Over the past ten years, the museum has improved, new exhibits have appeared: a steam locomotive and a diesel locomotive in the section, the interiors of passenger rigid wagons, repair equipment. I would like to see an electric locomotive.
I liked everything very much, the prices for visiting exhibitions are low, the visit to the Brest fortress itself touches the soul very much. The only drawback is people who throw bottles and cans in some places... For them, apparently, this place is some kind of joke...
A very good museum, the exhibits are in excellent condition. Some of the exhibits are open, I visited the cabin of a steam locomotive for the first time. 100% worth a visit when traveling to Brest. By the way, students get discounts.
It's a very interesting museum, although I can't call myself a train fanatic. And do not forget to visit, especially with children, the indoor pavilion, there is a working installation with model trains.
An interesting place! Especially for fans of railway equipment. On the territory there is both an open museum with locomotives of different years (some have access inside) and an indoor museum with old railway equipment and miniatures of railways from all over the world (spoiler: toy trains ride on them :)
+ Cafe.
It will be especially interesting for children.
Not particularly for adults (strictly my opinion). Just for once.
There is a cafe on site, but it is very small with little choice.
There is a very interesting toy railway with moving trains in the pavilion.

There are many different steam locomotives and slightly newer locomotives. The tour must be booked in advance, it did not work out on the spot. A bell can be rung at the entrance.
A wonderful museum! All trains are in excellent condition, in some you can sit in the cabin. It is interesting not only for children, but also for adults. I recommend you to visit
A great museum! The exhibits are unique! The location is convenient relative to the main attractions of the city. I recommend visiting with a guide and preferably in good weather)
There are very interesting exhibits here.
You can climb inside the cabins of some trains. The tickets are not expensive at all.
An interesting museum. Convenient location, parking.

A curious museum, of course, but there are not enough older exhibits, the very first steam locomotives, or one of the very first.
Plus, I would like access to be inside the Wagons and cabs of the drivers.
Inside the wagons, it would be possible to organize a cafe for visitors, rather than in a modern museum room, it would certainly be more logical to serve tea in a cup holder.
Wax figures of passengers and machinists from a century ago would add atmosphere.
.This is a must-visit place for everyone without exception. This museum will not leave anyone indifferent. There are open expositions where you can go inside and imagine yourself as a machinist for a second. I was impressed by the museum, I will definitely come again.
I recommend visiting, especially for families with children. It is suitable for a photo shoot, as many exhibits can be climbed. In some cases, you can even go inside the driver's cabin to see how everything works there. There is also an indoor museum. There are various interesting things on display, there is a mock-up of the railway along which the train is moving. The children will really like it. There is also a buffet.
A good museum! There are a lot of equipment, wagons, locomotives, trolleys, etc. Most of the 50-60 years, although there are also 1917 years. It is very interesting to see and touch the story! There is also a cafe, a toilet, and a museum... I recommend it!

A very interesting exhibition. You can climb on some of the exhibits and see what is inside. It is interesting for both children and adults.
An open-air museum. There are a lot of trains, you can go into the driver's cabin and even see the train in the "section" and understand how everything works. There is an exhibition hall, there is also something to see, there is a small cafeteria!
It will be interesting for those who are interested in technology, there is an opportunity to look inside the exhibits, not all of them, of course, there is a small museum of devices and means of communication used on the railway.
There are few trains to inspect, high prices in cafes, but I want to say that the filling of trains is detailed, you can inspect the entire system in detail and you can also feel like a driver
An excellent open-air museum. You can enter the cabin of some steam locomotives. Also, do not miss the indoor hall of the museum, in the building where there is a cafe and a toilet. There are interesting installations with moving models of trains!
A great place, a huge amount of equipment is where to climb with a child and adults will be interested. It should also be informative with a guide, unfortunately we were not lucky with this.
