We are from the Netherlands.
We chose this Steakhouse based on the recommendation. We came to have dinner with our family.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting.
We ordered steaks that were cooked quickly enough.
I liked the steak serving, it turned out like a little show.
The steaks themselves turned out juicy and delicious.
The price is biting - European.
The only negative that spoiled the impression a little is the serving of "teramisu", which was served in some kind of piece on a plate and, in fact, it never looks like teramisu.
They gave 5 stars despite the incident with the dessert.

We came to Tashkent from Moscow for the weekend. We arranged a small food tour for ourselves. The MEAT restaurant, which is located in Tashkent CITY, hit the very heart! In 2 days we were here 3 times!!!
And for lunch, and for dinner, and had breakfast on the day of departure, too! Excellent quality and freshness of the original products. An amazing final incarnation!
And special thanks for the care and top-of-the-line service! We would like to note the work of Saddam, who monitors the comfort of visitors to the terrace. Such a warm attitude has not been seen for a long time. thank you very much! We will definitely visit this place on our next visit to Tashkent! Of course, we strongly protested), The steak was not included in the bill and did not even argue, for this I would put 4 so I would slap 2. Oh. Despite the fact that I am a fan of this place, my review will be ambiguous.
Parking seems to be there, but there are no free places there, so do not expect to park there. There is a summer porch, but I always sat inside. They smoke on the second floor.
Positive.
The most delicious steaks in the city. Dry aging is very fragrant and not expensive compared to Moscow. Not bad service (until the last case), and a great serve, where the mayo is cut in front of you. It turns out to be a small show. The food is all delicious, at least what I've tried.
Minuses.
Wine. Despite the fact that the wine list is very small, there is not even this assortment. There were only 2 types of red wine. But the price tag... With each visit, the assortment changes, and prices rise. A bottle from 70 to 400 dollars?!?
Meat. It is very strange, but there has never been a Rib Eye on sale, it never exists. There is on the menu but not on sale :(sad.
Service. It seems there is staff turnover, because every time there is a new staff of waiters.
And if everything was fine before, then the last time the waiter played too much, jokes and suggestions were not quite appropriate and did not help us decide on the menu. I've never understood waiters who try to remember, not write down an order. In our case, this just led to an error when they brought us a dish that we discussed, but in the end did not order.
Well, the cherry was the return of the waiter with a stop (cancellation because there is no kitchen) for a significant part of our order.
The guests we brought, according to our words, to the best meat restaurant turned out to be very upset.
In general, it is an alarming signal.

Here I ate the best tartar ever, the most perfect (for me, of course), and I ate it a lot of places! The meat is well chopped, not in porridge, with small pieces. There are onions and pickled cucumbers in the composition, and it seems capers and a little cognac, so the taste is quite rich, but at the same time balanced, does not clog the meat itself. I will definitely take more!

The perfect place!
We visited this restaurant for the first time on the weekend without having previously booked a table. As a result, we were offered several tables to choose from, which did not suit us. We agreed to sit on the veranda and were transferred to the hall as soon as the place was vacant. Waiters, cooks, receptionists are friendly, polite, and try to help.
We ordered several dishes. The rib eye steak is cooked perfectly. To the point of roasting medium rer. Delicious potatoes, baguettes had to be brought twice. Delicious!
The medallions almost reached us, but they were quickly brought to readiness.
The pitch is at the highest level! Each dish is presented in a special way.
Over the weekend, we got to the presentation of a big meat dish-a show from the Chef. The meat was cut with fakes, then free treats were distributed to all the guests.
Today, on Wednesday evening, we were treated to meat, cheese on skewers and tasted three types of wine, Georgian and Italian.
Carpaccio is also beautifully served and delicious to the taste.
The steak is divine. Tiramisu wanted to ask for a refill.
I would also like to mention Saddam's waiter, who accompanied us all evening! Thank you very much! We will definitely come again!

The most disgusting steak I've ever tasted. Meat is just good beef at best. They brought almost a gray steak, although I ordered a medium. The meat discarded the juice, it was all on the tray. This cannot be tolerated by clients. The mood is spoiled. In the other cafes, everything was always delicious. Uzbekistan is famous for its meat cuisine.
