We came to Tashkent from Moscow for the weekend. We arranged a small food tour for ourselves. The MEAT restaurant, which is located in Tashkent CITY, hit the very heart! In 2 days we were here 3 times!!!
And for lunch, and for dinner, and had breakfast on the day of departure, too! Excellent quality and freshness of the original products. An amazing final incarnation!
And special thanks for the care and top-of-the-line service! We would like to note the work of Saddam, who monitors the comfort of visitors to the terrace. It was the first place in Tashkent where they decided to have dinner, not bad, average prices, menu like most, unobtrusive staff. But the meat was slightly over-dried... overall a solid 4!

The most delicious steaks in the city. Dry aging is very fragrant and not expensive compared to Moscow. Not bad service (until the last case), and a great serve, where the mayo is cut in front of you. It turns out to be a small show. The food is all delicious, at least what I've tried.
Minuses.
Wine. Despite the fact that the wine list is very small, there is not even this assortment. There were only 2 types of red wine. But the price tag... With each visit, the assortment changes, and prices rise. A bottle from 70 to 400 dollars?!?
Meat. It is very strange, but there has never been a Rib Eye on sale, it never exists. There is on the menu but not on sale :(sad.
Service. It seems there is staff turnover, because every time there is a new staff of waiters.
And if everything was fine before, then the last time the waiter played too much, jokes and suggestions were not quite appropriate and did not help us decide on the menu. I've never understood waiters who try to remember, not write down an order. In our case, this just led to an error when they brought us a dish that we discussed, but in the end did not order.
Well, the cherry was the return of the waiter with a stop (cancellation because there is no kitchen) for a significant part of our order.
The guests we brought, according to our words, to the best meat restaurant turned out to be very upset.
