We rested in a sanatorium, took a weekend tour.The room is a standard one-room double room.Everything in the room is simple, the shower and toilet are combined, since the days of the Soviet past.The food is so-so, this is not our first sanatorium, it happens much better, but you will not leave completely hungry.The dining room is also not renovated yet, it's a little dark.The renovation was done at the reception, outside the building, a beautiful fountain at the entrance.But the whole building needs to be repaired, of course.A large swimming pool, long paths, suitable for swimming enthusiasts.A big plus of course is nature on purpose.Nearby is the Sputnik sanatorium, where you can rent catamarans, boats, bicycles.And there is also a wonderful Spa area in Sputnik, I recommend visiting, but you need to make an appointment in advance, it is very inexpensive.

I did not like the sanatorium, a lot of people did not get to all the procedures because of this, you will get to the doctor for an appointment after standing in line, then you need to defend the same amount to get to the nurse who distributes the time of the procedures, the rooms are dirty, poorly cleaned, the parking regime is not observed in the dining room they put everyone in a row without observing 1.5 m. It feels like no one cares about anything in this sanatorium!

I rested and was treated from January 5 to January 12, 2020. What I liked: the attentive staff, a good selection of treatments, beautiful nature around the sanatorium. What can be improved: the range of dishes and, most importantly, the speed of service in the dining room (more than once I had to be late for after-dinner procedures due to the delay in serving the second one); leisure activities; availability of medical procedures on weekends, as guests lose the opportunity to heal, and the sanatorium - money.

There were several pre-ordered dishes on the menu, but very often they did not receive the ordered one (the strange answer to the question "why" is "not enough"). One of the indisputable "advantages" is a good medical base at an adequate price.

We come with my wife to the sanatorium for the 2nd time. To be honest, 3 years ago everything was better in this sanatorium. After staying for 3 days, I got used to everyday life and I think that at the moment the optimal combination of price and quality. Vacationers with requirements certainly won't like it here. A strong middle man.

From Friday to Sunday, organizations come by and when dinner ends, drinking begins in the dining room and it is not possible to fall asleep at night, they begin to smoke outside, they begin to talk loudly, laugh, the hearing is good even with the doors open. Now about the dining room, we had to ask for cutlery to be changed, because it was dirty, they washed badly, at lunch they squeezed for 15-20 minutes when the second course was brought to us, there was not enough staff. The doctor prescribes the appointment of procedures, which is supposed to be paid, does not offer, and this is their money, well, my wife and I know what we need for five years we have been coming there and apparently we will not eat anymore, when it was not a sanatorium it was much better. My opinion is that they hurried with the change, it was necessary to establish the service first and then switch to the status of a sanatorium. As I said above, my wife and I have been there for five years and apparently the last one, the cost of the voucher does not correspond to the status of the sanatorium.

They don't ask for help, they don't check if people wash in front of the pool. 3. Many procedures are prescribed from the second week and if you want to buy extra, you will not have time. 4. There is a constant mess in the halocamera, some sing, others want silence, scandals form and no one regulates it. 5. Repairs are underway in the main building and it's terribly noisy there, but people are settling in there. 6. One day there was no water at all and no one warned or apologized.

We lived in Narochanka for two weeks, horror...they got into Soviet times, the houses on the territory were dilapidated , children and teenagers from Moscow lived in them , sporty and unpretentious swimmers, but they were children and lived in poor conditions. We went to the main building to eat. Of all that I liked, it was the pool, a little crowded, a lot of people had a rest in the summer.there was no normal entertainment, discos were for adults, but children and their parents went to them, they played the same music. Therefore, most people went to Sputnik or to the Lakeside sanatorium. There is a gorgeous territory in Priozernoye, we had great pleasure walking there with our child, and spent more time near the lake. In Narochanka, it is necessary not only to repair the building, but also to arrange the territory and security. Because there is no fence, no guards, anyone can come in... Now about the most painful thing - how to get there...and most importantly, how to leave the sanatorium. You can buy minibus tickets in advance.There were representatives who sat around the dining room in the morning and sold tickets. Normal carriers had tickets and a receipt was given to us, but we got the left one:tickets. .it's just a piece of paper, it says who the sole proprietor is, but 2 tickets were bought, an adult and a child, because it takes two hours to get to Minsk, and they gave me one piece of paper and I didn't even guess that it was necessary for the number to stand. A friend also bought two tickets on one piece of paper and managed to lose them. And I started running at the reception in the evening and in the morning. And so the loading into the minibus began at 10.15... The driver, who is also the owner, takes the tickets and puts us in one place, like it's not written there.and he refuses his friend at all, or let him pay again.I say call the person who collected the money and wrote down the NAMES. And you can't get through to her, she's in church (pleading for sins)...then he started arguing with us, the children were small, my child began to cry , my nerves were on edge, they quarreled , hysterical, and the driver specifically made a reservation, I'll drop you off now....even if the tickets are bought again.and the seats are exactly all calculated by the number of tickets purchased.and if out of greed he took one passenger with a ticket for 15 hours, it turns out that one person has nowhere to sit...take the child in your arms...although the place is paid for.
