The territory is well-groomed, more or less calm, if you don't count the weekend arrivals, when people come to drink and yell drunkenly.
The food is an outright table scoop. I visited the USSR factory canteen like a time machine. Bread and paper cutlets, watery mashed potatoes with lumps, an incomprehensible kind of fish, all from different pieces, over-dried - you can go on indefinitely. Anyone who lived in the USSR and visited factory canteens will understand me.
The rooms are kinescope!!! square TV sets, all the furniture is rubbish, according to the maintenance staff + Soviet times.

Now medicine - we came to the sanatorium.
The procedures are difficult, everything that is at least a little popular is clogged up and cannot fit into the schedule. The doctor who prescribes the procedures treats you on the principle that you say what you want, I may prescribe it. To get advice or, from our experience, to offer you something - no, we do not know how and do not want to. The one who distributes you according to the procedures prescribed by the previous doctor will definitely forget something or confuse it and then will look surprised and send you to the first doctor, and he will return, like he did everything right, it's his fault... And so on in a circle.
The store on the territory worked strangely, sometimes less than it should, then it did not work at all. Not according to the schedule, but as it turns out. The assortment is not rich, but in my opinion it was enough. Not far away, Mitur 10 on foot there is a shop outside the territory
The bar is a scrap price tag. The quality of the kitchen is terrible, I ordered French fries, so they cooked it in unheated oil for a lot of money, boiled potatoes instead of fries.
The lake - no one tells anyone that swimming in it can catch a disease. Thank you, at least we made cabins with showers right on the shore, there is a chance to have time to wash everything off. But instead, a woman was resting with us, who caught this filth.
Entertainment - there are none. Just not.
Karaoke, like a disco, a TV series, money in the hall and a self-made holiday a la I think that the artist, give something to someone with the forces of vacationers - does not count. No normal person will consume it.

2. Terrible food! The format has been changed to a buffet! The cost was increased - the result is 20 minutes after the start of dinner - there is nothing to eat!
To the question - will there be more chicken! The answer is - there are more cutlets! Take it before it's disassembled!
3. Attention! 7 nights costs 1800 rubles for two in early May! Out of season.
4. Sub and autopsy - the doctor does not accept! Then why take the payers? For 300 rubles a day, this is without treatment!!!!
That's all! And the medical staff and procedures are very good! But don't set foot there anymore!
If you want to make money, then create conditions! Previously, it was at least not offensive and a week of 700 rubles and it is clear what to demand for this money! But 1800r sorry, that's good money for 7 nights. 250 rubles per day is almost like the Robinson club.

This review was formed based on the results of new impressions from repeated stay in the sanatorium in February 2023 and is based solely on the subjective assessment of the author. We can consider this a continuation of the story.
Hello everyone I am sharing the emotion of the trip in hot pursuit. I had the opportunity to be in Narochanka for the first time almost two years ago. Then the rest took place. I remember only positive moments, new impressions and pleasant acquaintances. Time flew by then. This time, too, the days were filled with a busy schedule of treatment, nutrition and entertainment.
Unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised by the changes in local catering. Now almost ALL INCLUSIVE Buffet is waiting for consumers here. The food pleased with its taste, variety, and most importantly – benefits for the whole body (I attach a photo of the assortment). Now, for sure, breakfasts, lunches and dinners should not be a reason for some dissatisfied guests to write negative reviews. By the way, I have personally met such reviews before. There doesn't seem to be much to complain about right now. The bar also works in a new way, though for a separate, but moderate fee. There is a functioning kitchen and a menu with various dishes and snacks has appeared. Everything is great for drinks. The prices are almost like in the store. For example, a portion of juice or tea (it should be noted, of a decent level) cost somewhere in the region of one ruble, coffee of excellent taste was a little more expensive. Stronger drinks, local and foreign bottling, seemed affordable for any wallet. I would like to mention the bar counter wizards who did an excellent job with their duties. We worked efficiently, served customers quickly. By the way, they know how to make good cocktails here. The bar's work schedule has become convenient. In the evenings, you can see a lot of vacationers with happy faces. Especially on weekends and, of course, to the rhythms of domestic and foreign pop music. There was a full-house disco in the bar on weekends. In general, it was fun!😜
As for the work of the sanatorium staff, it was a joy to meet familiar faces of all the same employees with whom I had the opportunity to meet and communicate the previous time. Big greetings to the marketing department under the patronage of Olga Fedorovna! I shake hands with Eduard and Sergey Ivanovich, who are responsible for water and bath procedures, as well as Sergey from the gym, a great specialist in strength and game sports! Along the way, I note that in Narochanka all fitness activities are called "Mechanotherapy", which sounds somehow colorful and even a little funny. Despite the fact that the gym itself and all its equipment allow you to train professional athletes.
I didn't have to be bored. Animation tried to decorate the leisure time of the guests every day. There were dances and karaoke, and movies were shown. I can't remember everything. Fervent greetings to the mass entertainers - Angelica and Alexander!
As for the treatment program, everything has remained stable here. According to a clear schedule, it was necessary to attend the procedures of the sanatorium-resort book prescribed by a staff doctor. If you are interested, you can purchase additional medical or SPA services for a fee. Everything is at a good level. They promised to open dentistry and gynecology soon (for information).
Living conditions. There were no complaints about the number. The maids imperceptibly did their part of the work, and when they met, they were interested in whether everything was fine, which even surprised them. There are different room categories in Narochanka. I prefer a two-room apartment, somewhat similar to a two-bedroom apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Narochan region is beautiful at any time of the year. Fresh delicious air and a wonderful aura reign everywhere there. But if bad weather happens, you can stay at the hotel. It's great when you just go out on a huge balcony with a transparent glass fence and continue to admire the local nature, breathe this healing air.
What conclusion can be drawn after another stay in Narochanka? I give you a high rating again! And I suggest that the heads of the sanatorium rename this wellness complex to Narochanka-Grand Resort & Spa and assign the resort a well-deserved number of stars. P.S.

The sanatorium is located in a fertile place, towering over a pine forest on the first coastline. There is crystal clear and fresh forest air, which you want to breathe in plenty. The views of the lake are mesmerizing in any weather. The place is wonderful - swan land! The morning here begins with a hearty breakfast in the spacious dining room with panoramic windows offering magnificent views of Lake Naroch. Further, according to the instructions of the sanatorium doctors, all are waiting for the prescribed procedures. In between, in the allotted time, it is necessary to have lunch and dinner in the same dining room, where the pre-ordered menu allows you to significantly diversify your daily diet. The list is dominated by delicious and healthy dietary dishes with elements of national Belarusian cuisine. During your vacation, all guests can enjoy free daily water treatments in the pool with five 25-meter paths.
The well-equipped gym has a variety of professional exercise equipment, dumbbells, horizontal bars and barbells. Under the supervision of experienced trainers, you can quickly get yourself in great physical shape. I also enjoyed playing table tennis and Russian billiards. By the way, billiards turned out to be free. After all, there's still time for late-night entertainment. There is an evening disco bar in the building, which invites everyone to taste a variety of drinks and light snacks in the form of snacks. And a local virtuoso bar counter wizard named Ilya will launch another ageless hit at the right time. The rest in Narochanka was warmly and brightly imprinted in my memory. The place is magical there. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is sincere. Because of all of the above, I want to go back there again. I have rested at Narochanka many times. A good sanatorium in terms of price-quality ratio.
Immediately - about the problematic points. Perhaps the weak point of the sanatorium is nutrition. But if you do not attach great importance to the taste of food, do not "gourmet", then everything is fine. A customized menu, balanced, you can eat. There is a shop in the sanatorium where food is sold, you can buy it. There is a market in the village, a 20-minute walk away.
Otherwise, there are no special problems. What is great is the friendly, professional staff, always coming to meet vacationers, a large sports pool with warm water. The list of procedures is very extensive. It is very advantageous, compared with most other Narochansky health resorts, the location is on a hill, almost next to the lake. There is an Internet connection. The rooms are mostly small, but quite comfortable. There are cottages right in the forest - this is for complete unity with nature. The cultural and mass work is being carried out soundly. Cultural workers sing very beautifully, they often perform themselves, they sing live at the disco. There is a nice bar where you can spend time dancing in the evening. I can recommend the sanatorium to those who do not really strive for pomposity, appreciate the sincerity and beauty of nature, and not artificial beauty. And those who eat in order to live, and not the other way around.

Again, you should not expect red fish, but it was quite tasty and you did not have to buy more sausage and lard ;) The pool is warm at 27 degrees, with tracks for fast and slow swimmers, a waterfall and a cannon are present. Dancing, cinema, bar with dancing until 2 am and social prices, for a glass of juice 1 rub..in the rooms, if you do not look closely and do not find fault, it is also normal, considering that there is only sleeping. The medical building is generally decent and at a very low price all procedures and carboxyotherapy and other joys are available. The exit is directly to the lake and the walkway along the lake is very far away. You can walk 8 km back and forth along the lake. The gym is some kind of walk-through. There is a gym where morning exercises are held before breakfast. There are karaoke, concerts and tours in the surrounding area. There is a direct minibus from Minsk, directly to the sanatorium to the threshold. It's free!parking for cars.

The houses on the territory are small, dirty, not cozy , the furniture is broken, the doors of the cabinets are handles, the doors in the shower cabin are also skewed, the doors are not tightly closed, the tiles on the bathroom floor, the floors in the houses, the rugs are all in terrible condition, this feeling has not changed for decades, everything looks gloomy, not cozy , places not only that, you can't pull the beds apart, you won't open the closet. The bicycles that are rented are broken. Of the 6 bicycles, 5 brakes do not work, the wheels are flat, the frames and the seat are rusty, the price is 10 rubles per hour of such breaking, I think too much. The food is delicious, the territory is beautiful. But I didn't like the overall impression.

The rooms are simple, but everything is there. at first we were upset that the TV was a small cube, but then it turned out that it was showing great, there were a lot of channels. WF is there, it works, but in the evening it "floats".

The sanatorium is simple, for people who like simpler places without bells and whistles.
The staff in the screening rooms is also at a very good level. We got a bad massage therapist guy kab. 209 does not know how to massage!!! Labotryas and where did he study???!!! He said he was quitting - I hope he will quit!
Food is a separate topic. The horror!!!!! Not salty from the word at all!!! You can wait sometimes for 20 minutes at best when they bring it. But that's not the problem, we all understand that a person does not have a hundred hands and feet. But the food should at least be fried!!!! Not raw!! Three days in a row you sit from morning to evening. Another shift came, and the food was just undercooked in places, but that shift came back and everything came back again!!!

The week in Narochanka is from March 31 to April 7, 2023. We visited both winter and spring! We arrived- it was raining, we didn't notice how it turned into snow. I poured snowdrifts overnight - pure January) A day later, the rain washed away the snow again, and when we left, the sun was shining and the temperature rose to +12!) And all of us, the three ladies, were having a blast! Because the lake, swans, pine forest, walks, swimming pool, delicious buffet, pleasant treatments - this is such a proper rehabilitation complex after a busy work schedule! I recommend it to everyone! 10 days at least! There are no disadvantages!

I liked. Three meals a day and a buffet. The pool is deep and almost every hour and you can walk every day. But the only thing that wasn't thrown out when we stopped by was the trash and the bed linen hadn't been replaced. I lived in a cabin. There is a TV, but it is difficult to figure it out. Toporkova's therapist works at the sanatorium. Gives names incorrectly, indifferently. We came to treat my legs and back, and she prescribed a gym and aromatherapy. What did we pay money for? I offered a massage on a massage chair. This massage can be done in any store. Avoid this doctor. As a result, we had 2 procedures a day and that was it. Money and time were wasted. We do not recommend going there!!

My daughter was vacationing with her grandmother in July 2022. More or less normal, they cooked delicious. They gave only apples for fruits for 2 weeks (in the rooms of the medical building there is a washbasin the size of a large cup: when washing, you pour yourself all over yourself. The sanatorium is budgetary, trade union. It was 100% full in June. The rooms are an economy option, the bed is narrow. The audibility in the rooms is decent, it will not be possible to sleep during the day if the windows overlook the parking lot. Nature is good. Some procedures are not given, as everything is scheduled, and there are no places. The food is average, the first 2 days, when you eat what they bring, I went half-starved, since for example I do not eat onions, but they are stuffed into all salads. At first, the food was salty, I asked not to overdo it, they said they would give it to the chefs. And really, then it got better, well, or I adapted) In general, the employees of the canteen are doing well, they plow, as it seemed to me, more than all the employees of the sanatorium... To distribute portions to such a horde of people, and then remove them... It seems that with such a load of the sanatorium, the management needs to think about making more waiters, otherwise these may not be able to stand by the end of the season. The procedures are normal, everything is on schedule. I personally didn't like the pool. Where it is deep, there are no people, where it is shallow, it is pandemonium. There is also a place to have fun, there is a bar, discos are held, concerts were held. There are other sanatoriums nearby, where you can also go. Overall, the rest was not bad, but without enthusiasm...

Everything in the rooms is clean and civilized , cleaning is carried out in good faith . The medical staff is very attentive and good-natured, which has a very pleasant effect on your mood. Thank you very much to everyone , from the maids to the director , for not drowning in our difficult situation in the country , but staying afloat and improving . We had a vacation with my husband in April 2021. The sanatorium is nice and cozy. The staff is good-natured and decent. The rooms correspond to the description on the website. The kitchen is not for moody vacationers. The menu is simple. Everything was always fresh, but a little salty. Cleaning is carried out well, conscientiously. The sanatorium has its own nice swimming pool. The nature is good, quiet. Rest in this sanatorium is for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle.
