The location and the nature around are great. The improvement of the sanatorium's territory is not at all. To understand this, San is nearby. "Sputnik" and "Priozerny". He lived in an old building - it's a tough guy full. There are dead flies in the room on the windowsill and in the ceiling lamp shade, dust everywhere, toilet😂 - the children did not want to come in until I wiped them with wet wipes, the handle was broken off on the inside of the front door when they checked in. I asked to fix it - they wrote down an application at the reception... nothing happens in 3 hours. I fished out the staff myself and brought them to the room - they fixed it. During the week of my stay, room cleaning was limited to garbage collection. A call to the reception and a request to vacuum is an empty sound. I was looking for a maid myself - that's another quest - they're nowhere to be found. In the morning, he waited for me and called me to the room with a vacuum cleaner. In response, ATTENTION, she said that the maids (taking into account the shortage of 50 percent) do only the so-called "general" cleaning during eviction. In short, if you want cleanliness in your room, clean it yourself. Dining room: no catering at all - if you managed to take bread and soup from the "common" table - well done, you didn't have time - ... You can wait for the second course to be brought for an hour!!!! Many went to the distribution and carried plates in their own hands, otherwise - see above. Tea, coffee if you didn't have time to pour - ... You don't drink. but!!!The quality of cooking is excellent - everything is very simple and without frills, but delicious.
To sum up, san. "Narochanka" requires attention from the management, or its change to a more sane one.

We had a rest in the summer of 2019. The food is delayed, edible, but the tables are set when you are already sitting and waiting, waiting, waiting... The room is a slightly updated scoop (two-room main building). You will not wait for cleaning, only if you start complaining, and even then they will fill your eyes with bleach. Elevators break down periodically. There is leisure, but weak (thanks to the girl of the cult trade - I tried my best). There is nothing worthwhile on the territory. But you can always go to another sanatorium. The procedures included in the package are the simplest (but it's the same everywhere). The vaunted pool is packed to capacity with people from neighboring sanatoriums and visiting athletes.
As a result: a good view from the window of Naroch and poor service. What else do you want from the trade union sanatorium? A big plus is the price, but for those who are in this very union.

In August 2019, we rested at the Narochanka sanatorium. It's a very nice place. Pine forest , lake . I liked everything. Good food , treatment, excellent accommodation. Leisure activities, Discos, excursions for every taste are organized. I recommend visiting this place.

I did not like the sanatorium, a lot of people did not get to all the procedures because of this, you will get to the doctor for an appointment after standing in line, then you need to defend the same amount to get to the nurse who distributes the time of the procedures, the rooms are dirty, poorly cleaned, the parking regime is not observed in the dining room they put everyone in a row without observing 1.5 m. It feels like no one cares about anything in this sanatorium!

We rested in a sanatorium, took a weekend tour.The room is a standard one-room double room.Everything in the room is simple, the shower and toilet are combined, since the days of the Soviet past.The food is so-so, this is not our first sanatorium, it happens much better, but you will not leave completely hungry.The dining room is also not renovated yet, it's a little dark.The renovation was done at the reception, outside the building, a beautiful fountain at the entrance.But the whole building needs to be repaired, of course.A large swimming pool, long paths, suitable for swimming enthusiasts.A big plus of course is nature on purpose.Nearby is the Sputnik sanatorium, where you can rent catamarans, boats, bicycles.And there is also a wonderful Spa area in Sputnik, I recommend visiting, but you need to make an appointment in advance, it is very inexpensive.

What can be improved: the range of dishes and, most importantly, the speed of service in the dining room (more than once I had to be late for after-dinner procedures due to the delay in serving the second one); leisure activities; availability of medical procedures on weekends, as guests lose the opportunity to heal, and the sanatorium - money.

Nature is five. The staff of the medical unit is five. Nutrition - 3. Well, you can not give viscous porridges as a side dish! Maids - 3. Until you give a guiding kick, they will not clean up normally. The condition of the rooms is average. Repairs are required, furniture has been asking for replacement for a long time, as well as televisions.
The medical part is a bit poor - there is no cryo, but otherwise it is fine. Four.

Only the cleaning of the rooms and the service in the dining room suffer. Although the menu itself is good.

There were several pre-ordered dishes on the menu, but very often they did not receive the ordered one (the strange answer to the question "why" is "not enough"). One of the indisputable "advantages" is a good medical base at an adequate price.

After staying for 3 days, I got used to everyday life and I think that at the moment the optimal combination of price and quality. Vacationers with requirements certainly won't like it here. + no medical cards, no sanatorium-resort, no tests, no need to carry anything with you
-the swimming pool in the sanatorium works extremely inconveniently: sometimes from 12, sometimes from 15 to 20. We had a nap and dinner at that time)The swims are 45 minutes long. You can use the pool 1 time a day.
-there is no children's menu at all (moreover, they say at the reception that there is, but in the dining room it turns out that there is not)
• the food is quite monotonous, but quite satisfying, considering that we had 3 servings, and four of us ate. They did not buy small items separately, because there was enough

The room was poorly cleaned, after wet cleaning it was necessary to ventilate the room, it felt like the floor cloth was not rinsed, the dust on the TV as it moved in was not wiped off, the bed linen did not change during the 13 days stay, shoe marks on the ceiling, smoking on the balcony and no measures were taken to protect the administration, all smoke goes to the top, the bolt is not opened It is impossible to ventilate the room. From Friday to Sunday, organizations come by and when dinner ends, drinking begins in the dining room and it is not possible to fall asleep at night, they begin to smoke outside, they begin to talk loudly, laugh, the hearing is good even with the doors open. Now about the dining room, we had to ask for cutlery to be changed, because it was dirty, they washed badly, at lunch they squeezed for 15-20 minutes when the second course was brought to us, there was not enough staff. The doctor prescribes the appointment of procedures, which is supposed to be paid, does not offer, and this is their money, well, my wife and I know what we need for five years we have been coming there and apparently we will not eat anymore, when it was not a sanatorium it was much better. My opinion is that they hurried with the change, it was necessary to establish the service first and then switch to the status of a sanatorium. As I said above, my wife and I have been there for five years and apparently the last one, the cost of the voucher does not correspond to the status of the sanatorium.
