The food is very tasteless, right here is the canteen (compotes with the smell of missing fruits, cocoa with lumps, cheap candied juices, food from the most budget products, something from yesterday can be given for breakfast), mayonnaise salads of questionable quality, fruits that have been lying down.
4. After leaving the dining room, you really stink of the dining room. The hair, all the clothes are soaked through.
5. There are dogs and cats on the territory, although they are not aggressive, but not everyone is OK, especially allergic people who need to pass a pack of dogs before entering the dining room.
6. Land works are being carried out on the territory, and in order to reach the building with a swimming pool, you have to take off your shoes a little
7. Also on the territory on weekends, wedding groups quietly come to take pictures and make noise, which then at 11 a.m. can launch a volley of fireworks for 3 minutes
The hotel is super, indoor, outdoor pool, everything is new, clean, beautiful!- but, it's the staff!- except the maids!- many thanks and thanks to the maid of the 2nd floor of the 1st building (huge, heartfelt thanks- for cleanliness and good-naturedness!!!) The rest of the staff!- starting with the reception, the restaurant, the spa, the beach staff-they are angry, they squeeze out a smile and in general the feeling from them is how fucked up you are! They practically do not get healthy in the restaurant - they do not want a pleasant appetite (thanks a lot to the chefs!!!!- delicious, homemade, varied!) They came to the SPA- they gave towels- where to go, where is the locker room, what procedures are there?- silence, thanks, the cleaner showed me where the locker room is and where to go next!- I returned the towels for 7 minutes!- the girls were busy with visitors from other hotels, they were offered all the services, we had zero emotions! And so it is with the staff everywhere!!! On the beach, I was generally outraged- going to ask whose towels are on the sun beds is not to borrow, but to come up to help, bring a sunbed (I was with an elderly mother, she has sore legs with a wand and sees poorly) never helped! I asked to extend the room for 3 days - late departure, mom with sore legs!- for that kind of money, 1500 hours!!!- I also had to bow down - beg for 3 days!!- it was humiliating.. The hotel is in a beautiful location, everything is great- but the main person is terrible!!! I loved Gars!!!
We had a rest for the New Year holidays in the 5th building. And you know, the nart hotel is a very amazing place! The friendly reception staff who met us, the lovely guys in the restaurant from the Swedish line, thank you very much to the beautiful girl Elle, who welcomed us with cordiality. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, chacha and wine - take as much as you want) Wonderful view, nice indoor pool. The only disadvantage is that you only get one bottle of water per day, which is very small for three people, and there is no cooler on the floor. But this minus did not spoil the impression of a vacation. All in all, everything went great!

We rest in the Sled often, 2-3 times a year in November and February, once we were in May. It's a great replacement for Turkey. Cozy rooms, stunning grounds, a dining room with sea views, friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms and on the premises. We always take rooms in the 1st building, and there are fewer people there. You can relax both body and soul in this boarding house! A magnificent SPA center. The food is delicious and quite varied. We read the reviews of some individuals who are always dissatisfied with something in their lives, and they are not too lazy to write kilometer-long petitions because of their harmfulness: the food is not like that, the bags cannot be brought in, their children were not entertained, the dining room cannot be compared with a restaurant. These aunts didn't bother to find out that there is a restaurant there, it is located next to the dining room! Bags really should be left, I don't see anything strange in this. It even seems to me that this is not because some people do not carry food in their bags, but also so that large bags and backpacks do not hang on chairs, making it difficult to pass to their table. This February we decided to go to the Boxwood Grove, which is highly praised. Those who have not been to the Sled will like it there. But you can't compare it with a Sled. Thanks a lot to Nart!
A very beautiful hotel, service at a confident good level, the territory is unrealistically beautiful and large. The view from the rooms is gorgeous. Even if you stay in the usual standard, you will wake up with a view of the sea, mountains or palm trees. The restaurant also pleased me. The Nart has entertainment for every taste: spa, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), gym, tennis court, badminton, billiards, there is exercise in the mornings and discos in the evenings, etc. The maids clean well, there were no complaints. Even if you put up a sign and ask not to be disturbed, they can meet you in the lobby and politely ask if you need water or shower accessories. This is very valuable and shows a high level of service. We were lucky with the weather, it was quite warm - about 15 °. The rooms are not cold, we even had a heater under the table, just in case. It is clear that the hotel management is worried about their guests. We had a rest in December, we were lucky with both the weather and the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful, the area is beautiful and clean. The food in the cafe is normal, the coffee is delicious. There is only a lack of national dishes in the cafe, they used to say it was. The view from the room is gorgeous, even from the glass elevator the view is super. The room is clean and has everything you need. I did not regret choosing the hotel, I consider it one of the best, at least of all in Abkhazia where I have been.

Beautiful fresh renovation, a large area on the first coast with many palm trees, magnificent views from the cafe, which is right above the sea, buffet meals are very varied and delicious! There is also a cozy and beautiful restaurant with sea views and a wide range of dishes. By the way, there was even a Pho Bo in the restaurant. In the same Abaat, the restaurant does not have such a variety of dishes, looks like a cafe and therefore cannot be compared with a Sled. The pool is large, but in May it seemed slightly cool. There was no normal animation. There is a children's playground on site, and you can also play table tennis. Overall, the impressions are only positive!😍
We stayed at the Nart hotel in early November 2024, it was a complete delight from everything, and from the beauty of the hotel, the location next to the sea, we lived in a new building, the rooms are large, modern, everything is new! Cleanliness is everywhere (kettle, cups, tea in the room), there is an ironing board and iron in the hallway! My husband liked the buffet and buffet the most! delicious and well-fed (3 times a day) , friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool and sauna are already included in the price), nature is a separate delight!(especially the colors of autumn) plus the weather was sunny and warm +20, my husband was swimming in the sea, the hotel territory is very green, beautiful and well-groomed, there is a cafe with delicious coffee and desserts, you can walk and take pictures endlessly, I didn't even want to go outside the territory into the city, in general, next November we are back in Nart hotel !
The hotel is new, beautiful, especially liked the design of the first floor and the panoramic elevator. We lived in the new fifth building with magnificent sea views. You sleep to the sounds of the sea, wake up and admire the views. Well-groomed territory, everything is clean and tidy, a huge plus: the presence of a SPA center with a large swimming pool (light background music would not hurt), sauna, gym, the opportunity to purchase a wide range of additional services, everything is described in detail on the hotel's website. Meals are organized in a separate room located on the pier, if you take a seat by the window, when eating you also get aesthetic pleasure from the views of the sea and mountains. The food is very varied, without frills and delicacies, but there is always something to choose from. Now about my comments and suggestions. As many have already written earlier, the staff at the reception, in the cafe and in the SPA complex could be more friendly. But, apparently, the local mentality is like that. Everything seems to be neutral, but somehow detached, without a smile, self-esteem and friendliness. At check-out at 6.30 am, the reception employee was sleepy and it is clear how unhappy he was that he was woken up. When the maid accepted the room, he muttered that that was it, the room was accepted. We did not hear any "goodbye" or "we were glad to see you here" or "we hope that you will come back to us again". The reception is the face of the hotel. The SPA's working hours are announced until 21h., I often went swimming in the evening, at 20.25-20.30 announcements begin on the speakerphone with a request to leave the pool. A huge request to the hotel administration is to install liquid soap dispensers in the rooms. The first time I come across such a moment, every day the maid puts 2 pcs. disposable bags of shampoo, shower gel (they put it only on arrival) and 2 pieces of small soap. Considering that there is nowhere to buy nearby promptly (the store is closed at the hotel, no shops were found nearby either), this moment causes real discomfort. There are bathrobes in the room, but no slippers (the maid explained the absence of supply interruptions), water is replenished daily with 1.5 liters, there is a kettle, tea, sugar. There are no chairs and a table on the balcony in building 5 (it is very lacking). There is an ironing board and an iron on each floor. And, those who rest in winter, keep in mind that there is no entertainment in the hotel in winter, there is not much place to walk outside the territory (it is very dark, given the power outages), packs of dogs and the nearest shopping kiosks are quite remote.
The most wonderful place in Abkhazia! I advise everyone! A wonderful hotel! The staff is polite and pleasant. Top-level service! We did not have time in May, when we stayed at the Rossiya Hotel (Gudauta)a new 18-storey building, explore the planned sights. Some were closed, others were not yet in season.
In general, you can come there and get acquainted with historical places all the time. I have already written about the ROSSIYA hotel, I will not repeat myself, there are a lot of disadvantages, although it is new.
I really liked the NART 4* hotel in Staraya Gagra. Beautiful green area, 5 buildings,playground for children,outdoor pool, sauna and indoor pool. The hotel is located on the beach. There is a dining room, a large bright, clean hall, and a summer veranda with access to the sea. A buffet with a varied assortment. They cook delicious, the merit of the chef. We left the words of gratitude in the book of suggestions.

I love Abkhazia very much. My favorite places: staraya Gagra, Pitsunda, Ldzaa. My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a Nart. IMMEDIATELY ABOUT WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: 1. We paid for a semi-suite room with a sea view in the first building. 5th floor room 510. Why make panoramic windows to the floor if the balcony is concrete, deaf. The view of the sea is only standing or sitting on the side of the balcony. I think this should be indicated when describing the room. That I can't see the sea from the room in any way. And I won't see it sitting on the balcony either. It was very frustrating, spoiling the mood for the entire rest period. In the same building on the third floor, in the standard rooms, there is a beautiful direct view of the sea, not covered by a concrete partition. 2. A warm outdoor pool is very cozy BUT very cold. (we rested from 13.10 to 18.10) Although the website says that the heating is until 31.10. But the temperature in it was - brrrrrr.... 3. Spa area: the girls at the reception are not very happy that they work there ... and in general, the visitors who come to them only distract them from browsing the Internet and some very interesting picture book ((( they are not interested in selling spa services at all. I pre-ordered a spa complex for myself and a massage for my husband. I wanted to choose something else on the spot and order it. But apparently they are not paid from the proceeds, but by the hour and they just sit there for a while. NOW ABOUT THE GOOD))): the food, the area, the sea - everything is excellent.
We rested in this hotel in the summer. Excellent service, daily room cleaning, linen change in 2 days. Three meals a day. It's delicious, but it could have been tastier. The beach is nice. The only thing is that there are not enough umbrellas for all, elderly and frisky ladies take their places with towels in the morning, although the beach attendants forbid this, but the ladies will not be intimidated. We received rotavirus on the first day, but the hotel has a medical center where they give pills. I liked everything. We plan to come again.

Very decent. Excellent, exclusive location. Clean. Compact. Green enough. They were selected for our three elderly families with a child for a beach holiday.
Territory: Staraya Gagra. There is a colonnade and a seaside park nearby. The hotel is right on the beach, the first line and a private beach. We lived in the first renovated building in junior suites. The sea view is impeccable. At the beginning of June, the hotel is just over half full.
Beach: Large and free. There are no heating elements, there are few umbrellas, the entrance to the water is cobblestones, you can't go in without shoes. But there are places on the beach without shade and umbrellas.
SPA: The indoor pool with a terrace is magnificent. The hammam is solid, beautiful, but with a pungent smell of rot. The sauna behind the glass is very atmospheric and clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool nearby and a children's pool nearby. The dimensions are small. They did not go in - there are a lot of children and parents, there is no shadow. In general, a frog house. I recommend indoor or sea.
Meals: Three buffet meals. The food is similar to homemade, very tasty and quite varied. The atmosphere is more like in the dining room in a huge hangar on the shore. Although the view of the sea at lunch is exclusive. Olives, olives, salmon, oils, seasonings and other restaurant additions were missing. There was also no atmospheric decor of the restaurant. For understanding, it is not a restaurant, but just a dining room. Simple and delicious food without frills.
Entertainment: There was something, like animation, but very mediocre. Therefore, the sea and food were the best entertainment.
The overall impression: With the arrival of new entrepreneurs, the hotel business is gradually developing. Therefore, if you visit large 4 and 5 star hotels, then at least it is not cheap, but it is comfortable enough. Outside the hotel there is the same old Soviet atmosphere: the cafe has terrible service and food quality, construction and repairs everywhere in June, not always friendly behavior of the locals.

Additionally, to understand the atmosphere of the area, I will give an example of one case that alerted my family.
Next to our NART 4* hotel there is the AMRA 5* hotel - it is bigger, greener, with monumental buildings of the last party century, its own park with ancient trees.
As we were told, the owner of these two hotels is one person and for familiarization you can freely enter the territory of AMR, both along the shore and through the main entrance. We - three middle-aged families with a child - went to the lobby of the main entrance with security for coffee in the afternoon, walked through the shady territory and went down to the beach to plunge into the sea. Our NART beach is a few meters away and there are no fences. There were several other vacationers of the hotel on the shore. The child stayed on the sunbed, and we went into the water.
At this time, three gloomy young hotel employees came ashore, who began to fold the sun beds – drove away several vacationing hotel guests and reached our deck chairs. They started shouting for us to take things away. The child was scared. We got out of the water and asked to leave one sunbed for a while – we will finish bathing and leave. Despite the aggressive behavior, untidily dressed employees of the beach, we kept calm with the child and tried to reach out to hospitality and civilized communication. but. All three of them quickly came up to us and began to really threaten us, and hurry us to release the sunbeds of the empty beach.
I asked to introduce myself and call security. The main one on the beach, Nozim, said that he was both a guard and a beach worker, and that "... if you don't like such hospitality, you can go back to your country!!!.." And when they saw the bracelets of a neighboring hotel, they began to shout that we would go to our beach, which was twenty meters away without fences.
We were shocked, but it was really dangerous to argue, and we hurriedly crossed twenty meters to our beach. Frightened, several elderly couples, guests of the AMRA hotel, quickly left the sunbeds.
It is a pity that such a beautiful hotel suffers because of such an attitude and upbringing of the staff. I thought that the hotel management should be aware of such service and the behavior of the staff. I wrote to the official chat (WhatsApp) to support the guests. They promised to sort it out. but! A week later, when I turned to the operator again for a result in considering my appeal, the operator very persistently and categorically told Nozim's version, where we allegedly attacked a drunken and noisy company on a beach employee.
The support service, as a result, also did not see a problem in the actions of Nozim's employee and his two escorts.
I repeat, we are not young families with a child, courage, noise and alcohol have long been on the side of our company. We were just swimming near the shore, and the staff had to hurriedly stack the sunbeds. And in other matters, no matter what company Nozim has on his way, you can't communicate like that and threaten hotel visitors.
The most important thing that I realized from this and other communications with local staff is that it is not always safe to stay at this resort. It is better to sit in your hotel and not argue with any employee, agreeing to their demand. Keep this in mind, especially with children.
And the management of the AMRA hotel, the support service and the "head of the beach" Nozim is a disgrace. I wish you to quickly realize and change your culture of behavior for the development of your business.

I was in a Sled about 15 years ago... Everything has changed a lot, for the better)) everything is renovated, restored, cleaned and put in order.
The territory is not huge, but also not small, you can walk along the alley, then along the embankment, then in the opposite direction)))
The beach is wide, pebbles, it is more convenient to go into the water, in the "coral". There are plenty of sun beds, umbrellas are "stationary"))
We lived in the first building, junior suite 1513 with a sea view, there are no complaints about the room, it is comfortable, cozy, has everything you need, including a chic balcony with furniture. The mattress is very comfortable, one problem is that the pillows are "padded", as in Russian Railways wagons. Tip to the owners - put 2 per person, it will be more comfortable))
Cleaning is daily, the girl plows like a bee, thanks to her. There are beach towels, there is a dryer. There is a tea set, tea and sugar are added. Bring coffee with you))
Food... Well, yes. The dining room, it is the dining room)) the food is simple, but delicious. The choice is not great, but obviously no one left hungry. It is strange that there is no grill from the word "at all". For a barbecue - to New Gagra))). Tea, coffee, compotes, "jupi". Yogurt and kefir. There is no alcohol, and no one promised)) so do not confuse "fullboard" and "allinclusiff"))))
The staff is polite, they try to help. But not Turkey.
WiFi is a separate song. It seems to be there... But sometimes it doesn't seem to be there. And this "sometimes" is quite common. So for those who wish, a digital detox is provided.

Check-in took place an hour earlier, cleaning was done every day, and the bed was also made (we even asked not to do it every day) thanks to our maid on the 4th floor. Thanks also to the chefs and the guys with the girls on the Swedish line, they are great! Everything is very tasty! I was ashamed of some of the guests who put themselves on the tables so that... Then put everything in the trash. Thanks to the animation girls, they tried very hard! There were super emotions when I was congratulated on my birthday! There are always accessories in the changing rooms and showers, and there is always water. The girls at the reception are polite, smiling and attentive. But there is a HUGE DISADVANTAGE, I ask you to pay attention to the management of the gym employee, IT is UNBEARABLE, there are basic rules of etiquette in the gym, the blonde coach apparently does not know about them, I am not talking about makeup, this is her personal matter, but the perfume is UNBEARABLE, there is nothing to breathe in the gym, I want to escape from there as soon as possible, and then and from the locker room, don't any of the visitors or staff feel it? You can torture people with such heavy perfumes! Please kindly pay attention to this remark, this is strictly prohibited in fitness and gyms.
I actually liked this place. Clean everywhere, cozy, excellent gym, swimming pool and sauna. The buffet is so-so: in today's menu, yesterday's dishes are often guessed. For example, if there was fish yesterday, then there will be fish cutlets today. There was soured broth twice.
We had a rest in August. We were satisfied with the rest, the service, the sea. I was very afraid of rotavirus, but, thank God, everything went without incident. The room is new, the furniture is good, the bed linen and towels were changed as expected. The maintenance staff is trying their best. The Buffet restaurant also tries to keep it clean. The food was varied, always vegetables, fruits, greens.
It turned out to be a great vacation. The Nart Hotel is cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. The buffet cuisine is very diverse. Thanks for the top-level procedures. We will definitely come back to you. A slight minus, there was a lot of rain.
The best hotel in Abkhazia. A very large area with a swimming pool, spa, gym, tennis court, outdoor pool. Everything is new - as clean and modern as possible. There is no such devastation and despondency that we see throughout Abkhazia. The 5th building is new - the decoration of the hall and lobby is admirable.
There is free access to table tennis, air hockey, kicker. billiards, but for an additional fee. The children really like living here - there is always something to do, even in bad weather.
The food is without complaints. There is a very large selection, everything is delicious. Here's a 10/10.
The rooms in the 5th new building are large, with balconies. A magical view! The old buildings have a smaller room area.
One disadvantage that we all note is the change of towels every 4 days. For this level of hotel, it's kind of awkward and strange. It's such an easy-to-remove little thing that every resident of the hotel notes, and it spoils the impression, although everything else is just amazing and really deserves 5 stars.
Well, special thanks to the employees of the spa complex. The administrators, the cleaner and especially the manager Nadezhda - exemplary politeness, smiles, always very clean, cozy and warm. I want to go back .
To sum up, we lived here for 14 days, we had planned to move to another part of Abkhazia to another hotel, but when we arrived there, we were so horrified that for the same money there was such devastation, despondency and disgusting food - that on the same day we arrived back in the Nart and decided that from now on, we will only stay and live here!)

1. Rotovirus, it has never been so bad for us, we had to call a doctor to give her an injection, otherwise it would not go away. If you feel that it is bad, you can immediately safely call a doctor from the hotel, he comes quickly and already knows what needs to be injected and what pills to give, since rotovirus is not news for Abkhazia
Life hack, if you have rotovirus, drink a can of Cola a day for infections and you can go to the nearby Amra hotel, make ivs for dehydration, they put us on our feet
Where did this rotovirus come from-from food or from the sea, of course it is difficult to understand
2. The staff and service leaves much to be desired, especially the guys at the bars, the impression of the service is not friendly
The moment was especially killed when we specifically clarified what was included in the Abkhazian pizza, we were told that it was exactly like Margarita, only with pork. As a result, this pizza is with hot pepper, and my girlfriend has gastritis. I went to clarify why they didn't warn us, because we specifically asked, to which the bartenders replied, "well, isn't that logical? Abkhazians love everything spicy." Did we clarify the meaning then? Unclear. This is an example, for sure the service is not a four-star hotel
Of course, there are fewer minuses than pluses
If you go and do not pay attention to the service, then I put a solid four, since the location is incredibly convenient and you enjoy every minute spent in the Sled with your eyes
The hotel is not bad, cozy clean rooms, cleaning every day, excellent territory right on the seashore, but ... we were there in August, there are a lot of jellyfish in the sea and some kind of schmurdyak floats on the surface of the sea and lures fish or these jellyfish. As a result, on the second day they seized rotovirus ... the whole family got over it ... and from the rest of the residents they also heard that people had the same symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, fever), fortunately the hotel has medical staff who will help you day and night and give you the right injection ... in the end, you still rest under these circumstances it was spoiled... either go there at another time or it's better not to go, because vomiting and diarrhea are provided for sure!!!!
An amazing and elegant place. The dining room is at a height: 5-7 salads, 3-4 types of meat, 3-4 soups and broths, 10-12 types of drinks, 5-6 types of fruits and berries and much, much more. And so it is every day. The beach is clean and everything is in its place. However, there are a couple of stray (but harmless) dogs. The rooms are cleaned daily and the linen is changed every 3 days. Shampoo and water are provided daily.
There are enough sun beds for everyone, but they are given out only from 7.00. And so they are on a chain.

We had a rest from October 7 to 11, 2024.Everything is at the highest level. We lived in the 1st building on the 1st floor, gorgeous sea view, large terrace,cleaning every day. The staff in the dining room, like bees flying, all tried to quickly clean up so that other vacationers sat down at the tables. I recommend this hotel.
We rested in Nart for 10 days, the spa hotel deserves the highest rating. I liked absolutely everything. Snow-white buildings are trampled in the greenery of palm trees. The beach line is wide enough, equipped with umbrellas and modern sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. Everything on the territory is within walking distance, and the sea, and the outdoor pool, and the spa complex, and the restaurant Swedish line. Everything is well maintained everywhere, very beautiful. The food is wonderful. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily or every other day, bed linen was changed three times in 10 days. The animators also worked great. In general, the impressions were very good, where we had not rested before in Abkhazia, perhaps the Sled impressed the most. I hope we will come again!!!

A very comfortable modern hotel. The room is clean and spacious (junior suite) Daily cleaning, towels and linen every 2 days. We used the laundry service - everything is gorgeous. The buffet is good, there is everything you need, they make desserts themselves, even marshmallows. The restaurant admired the quality of the dishes, especially the strudel - the dough is made by themselves, no freezing. The spa complex was also pleased. For a good 5 minutes.

The hotel is renovated, cleaning for 3 (hair in the sink, not a comfortable shower). The territory is large, well maintained, beautiful park. Large indoor pool with warm water. BUT the food is terrible, the hot dishes are cold. The staff at the buffet is terrible, they are rude to vacationers, they are not shy in their expressions. The cost of the hotel does not match the level of service!

The food is fried, as well as from the oven. Salads of 5 types. And chicken broth, if poisoned somewhere. The sea and the shore are clean, there are a lot of shingles, pebbles. I do not recommend using a group tranfer.
We visited in March 2024, I really liked the hotel, a large territory, there is a free indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, the buffet is good (I really like mashed potatoes), a large selection of drinks: coffee, tea, kefir, cocoa, juices, yogurt.
The dining area overlooks the sea, so it is very pleasant to have a meal, even dolphins swam in the morning for breakfast.
There are also a lot of dogs on the territory, personally I love them very much and was glad to have such a company, they are super kind, keep this in mind, in Abkhazia, in principle, there are a lot of stray dogs, but everyone I contacted is super cute and affectionate.
