It is possible with children.
The baths are gorgeous, the pool, the snow room.
The place itself is wonderful.
The cafe is just a little short.
There is water, pizza, drinks. If it's purely for children, then it's good.
Slides are both simple and complex. The coolest "space saucer" is one of the difficult ones. Jacuzzi, waterfall.

The aquazone has been asking for repairs for a long time, the massage guns do not work, there is a lot of rust, the showers are dilapidated. The sauna area is even more or less. In the aquazone near the food place, cockroaches were seen in huge numbers in infrared warm booths (it seems to have been eliminated in early February 2024). All the super guys, the day flew by unnoticed, and we swam and tanned and rode and of course steamed)))
we just didn't want to leave, we were up to eight and didn't notice any special queues from No words at all.
They coped with parking, left it on the supposedly toll road along the Surganova road, no one offered a check for payment.
We also sorted out the snack, ordered sushi with delivery and took it with us to the locker room)
We were impressed by the training process of the freestyle skiers, now we can understand how hard it is.
In general, we were very satisfied and of course we will recommend you to visit)))

There are always queues at the entrance - it takes 20-30 minutes to enter. Changing rooms, showers are normal, a large full-length dryer is great! The pools themselves are (objectively) noisy and dark. The bathroom block is located in the basement. We only go because of the kids and the slides.

An electronic queue is being maintained. As a result, we stood in line for 1.5 hours, counting on the fact that we were given a room that was earlier than ours. Out of 5 cash registers, 2-3 worked with varying success. There is no way to pay for an open zone online. As a result, it just passed and it started to rain. Half the day is ruined. The locker room format is a bit inconvenient.
The sauna complex is excellent, there are all kinds of baths. The presence of a font is also a big plus.
Of the cons: the staff is not always adequate. Standing next to a colleague and complaining loudly about work is ugly, especially in the presence of visitors, especially if a colleague has to serve a visitor.

I'm definitely not going. Yesterday, my wife and daughter visited this institution. Parking problem. It seems that the parking lot is occupied by employees' cars. Well, okay- the city center, although those who want to and in the center somehow decides. There is zero information on possible parking on the website. The circus started at the entrance. In the "Space" they gave a booklet for the next "action" - 50 rubles for everything for the whole day (if 3 hours in the water park is enough for you, then this coupon does not give anything)). There is a QR code on the booklet. "You HAVE TO scan it and provide it to me ELECTRONICALLY!!!!!! the view. Should I??? Take it and scan it... Personally, I don't have a scanner in my mobile phone and I somehow live with it). My wife downloaded the scanner, and lo and behold? - nooo!, the controller's scanner did not want to read from the mobile screen... Dancing with tambourines on +-5-7 minutes... The next act is an hour later in a cafe, my daughter wanted to eat, I quote: "Then bars and cafes are at your service! Delicious pizzas, burritos and burgers, pancakes, various pastries "from the heat of the oven" are offered to restore strength. Soft drinks and cocktails will quench your thirst. The friendly staff will help you quickly satisfy your hunger and share a cheerful mood." Did you believe it? Don't believe it! At one o'clock in the afternoon, only burgers from the refrigerator remained in the cafe... The employee of the cafe said that he was "not the owner" and "take the burgers, otherwise this will not happen now.".. Can't you arrange it? Give the delivery a corridor-we'll figure out what to eat today without you. Well, other little things like non-working saunas, non-working bracelets in the dryer or somewhere else. It is very slippery and plastic paths are far from everywhere where there is a lot of water on slippery tiles. Yes, the pool is big, and the river is lazy. It's clean and there are rescuers on every corner. But, in my personal opinion, the level of related service remained somewhere in the early 80s... It turns out like in a joke : "Fake Christmas toys were brought to the city. Be vigilant. They are very similar to the real ones, but they do not bring joy..."

It's a little cramped inside, the water park is divided into two zones, it's fun to swim from one to the other downstream, it's normal. Food is generally bad, not because it is not tasty, but because there is nothing except one point with ready-made food. If you leave the water park there is a cafe, but you have to go out. However, only one infra-red booth worked, however, I went there to warm up without any problems - it was not popular. Full-length drying was very good, my daughter and I dried out for only 4 rubles, and our hair is long.

It's a small water park, but it's free. The slide is essentially one, red, the rest (three in total) are for children. But there are no people, you can roll around a lot.
The sauna complex is great, it's a buzz, although there are a lot of people in the evening.

I liked the water park. The place is not big, but cozy and compact. So: the spa area is clean in the baths, as in principle in the surrounding area. What I didn't like was the meager selection at the bar. Safety regulations are constantly monitored by instructors. When communicating with them, they are polite and tactful. The water area is a lazy river made perfectly, there are not many slides, but the place is limited. But the big plus is 3 large Jacuzzis, and an area with water bombs in the pool. The pool itself is large in size, and not very deep (professional swimmers do not interfere with swimming, but those who do not know how to swim will stand up anywhere and feel safe, because the water level is somewhere chest-deep) during their stay, the floor was cleaned from the water several times. I liked the bar in akazon more.
The cubicles and showers/toilets are clean.
If you have children, there are two pools for children, a children's playground.
And just in case, there is everything you need near the ticket offices, if you forgot something at home at reasonable prices.

On September 16, we had a rest with a child at the Freestyle water park. I was struck by the terrible dirt on the stairs that serve to climb the slides. There is a lot of dirt and sand on the stairs. It can be seen that even the floor is not wiped, given the fact that we came right to the opening and this dirt was already there. And judging by the amount of dirt, the floor hasn't been washed since last week and last month. Given the fact that all visitors, and most of them are children, walk barefoot up the stairs to climb the slide - you can easily pick up a fungus or other infection. I ask you to put things in order and pay special attention to cleaning the stairs used to climb to the floor to the slides.

We've been there 2 times already. There are enough lockers and hair dryers, and showers too. Inside, by the pools, there are two power points.
There is a children's area and a very small one. There is a lazy river and a waterfall (turned on periodically). There is a Jacuzzi (about 6 pcs. in different places).
A variety of baths and saunas. Some are really quite tiny, where only 3-4 people can go at the same time. Cool showers and an ice pool.

I brought my younger sister to this water park, the child is 11 years old, but they took it as an adult ticket.
