Mixed impressions. In the wardrobe, the ladies consider themselves very important people, just as in the locker room, the girl was not very friendly when asked to help. Many lockers do not work on the bracelet. Before entering the pool itself, everyone takes off their shoes, in the room itself there is a "do not take off rubber shoes" on the walls. The water in the pool is quite cold, in the children's pools it is warmer. Some slides were closed altogether, but this did not affect the ticket price in any way. I.e., as I understand it, they are closed for reconstruction. Some worked alternately. We were with a promo code, it wouldn't have gone for the whole price for sure. Further, it is not indicated anywhere that you need to pay some kind of insurance. We had a price of 35 rubles per person, which is 95 rubles for 3, but we paid 111rubles. The entrance to the baths is at the other end of the water park, until you get numb. The child woke up the next day with a cough and snot, although we generally get sick at most once a year. The next point is the bar. It's there, but I don't see the point. We wanted to order a complex of "fries, nuggets and juice" - the answer was no. There is no second complex either, the pizza is ~ 1.5 hours to wait. As I understand it, the bar would only sell drinks 💁 near the slides, the "caretakers" sit on their phones, let people pass (two on a single cheesecake, three on a double), and then turn around and say that you can't ride like that🤦 in general, for the full price, definitely not. Impressions are mixed, some are dirty, some are mildewed. I'm not sure we'll go any further.

A good water park, pleasantly surprised, since I previously read the reviews and all the negative ones, it feels like their competitors left them!) Friendly staff, no problems, a nice pool and warm water everywhere, not just in the children's pool! This is very striking! For comparison, in lebyazhye it is very cold in the adult pool and after swimming in the air! We took baths and spas, they are also great, we liked everything! The food is all right, tasty and normal portions, prices are the same everywhere, in general, I would choose Freestyle next time rather than another, especially in the cold season, which we almost always have)

We went there as a family. I spent more time in the baths, which are located downstairs. Of the minuses - no hydro massage does not work. And for a long time. Naturally, for technical reasons. The snow room also does not work. And also for technical reasons. I liked the hammam, as well as the Finnish and Russian steam rooms. From the conversation with the staff, it became clear that they were not going to repair the hydromassage and snow room. But please pay the money for these services. Another unpleasant surprise that I didn't know about, for example, is some kind of paid insurance. Hosh, not hosh, but pay 2 rubles from each. Ugh, to be like that.

Not serviced.Fatigue in everything. Jacuzzi - half of the nozzles are not working. Children's water meters 3 out of 3 do not work. The infocolor is barely working. Everything is rusty and not tidy.

It's peculiar. A solid four, after all, an indoor water park is a curiosity, because a lot of things need to be taken into account during construction, including many restrictions. But what do we have inside? Some attractions operate at intervals (sometimes only in the morning, then only in the evening, then once every hour for 20 minutes) and this is not indicated anywhere, you have to find out from the staff. The lockers in the locker room don't work every other time. Again, if you evaluate strictly, then the score will be lower. But I'll give you a discount.

Really good baths, great relaxation. Not all steam rooms are large enough to accommodate those who wish, but some of them are large enough to allow you to relax even reclining.
The spa complex is closed on weekends, which is not very convenient.
There are few slides, and even of this number, some are inaccessible (at least as of the end of August).
An inconvenient and not always understandable system of changing booths (some of them cannot be closed, you have to "guard" from the inside) and lockers for storing things, passage from the common area of the booths to the entrances to the showers (female / male).
Also, there is no explanation at the reception desk exactly what "pre-registration" means, which is why there are whole queues of puzzled people.

As a result, we did not spend a single minute in the water park, we paid 50 rubles and an additional 10 rubles for dirty sunbeds on dirty asphalt
The administrator assures you that when you go outside there is an ad, you go out into the paid area. But this poster is not there .
My opinion is that this dump should be closed and checked by the supervisory authorities for compliance with EPID standards.

We were not in the bathhouse, the children were delighted with the slides and riding cheesecakes. The staff is polite. We waited in line at the checkout for more than an hour and this is a minus, the children are tired of waiting. Everything is fine, beautiful, clean in the pool, but one big minus for me of our family is that it smelled strongly of bleach and after me it poured out from bleach, and my husband's eyes were swollen. Since we are alergics, it was very unpleasant. As it is, everything is fine.

It's all good.
I love baths with aromatic oils. A real bath attendant in a Russian bath probably won't get drunk, because there are still more ordinary people there, and not avid bath attendants. But it's very nice to go warm up!
The aqua zone is good, with a waterfall, a Jacuzzi, a lazy river, slides. Everything always works properly.
Minus a star for showers without doors (or any fence). I would like to wash quietly, without being seen by anyone, and so that the children do not look at their aunts.
We were lucky enough to always get into the hours of not very heavy workload. But everything happens for the first time, and then it was not possible to ride on the slides with children, because the number of "bagels" was significantly (very significantly!) less than the demand. After all, we don't come to stand in line for cheesecakes.

I was with a child on 31.12 in the afternoon.
Of course, it makes no sense to compare with the Swan, because they are different in size, etc.
What I liked.
The work of rescuers, someone's child got scared in the water and within a couple of seconds was already on the shore. The slides are much faster than in Lebyazhy. A lazy river with a good current.
What I didn't like.
1. Cafe work - guys, this is how to understand that waiting for a pizza is 50 minutes and a burger is 30 minutes. We say the kitchen is on the 1st floor, that's why it took so long. Don't torture people, come up with something that will speed up the delivery of food.
2. What a joke, 4 slides are open, 2 are closed, because there are not enough staff. Well, if you have opened such an institution, take a couple more people. They artificially create a queue.
3. There are sooo not enough sun beds, those who did not have enough are sitting at tables in cafes, and people who want to eat from sun beds are eating on sun beds...

There are no advantages.
Cons: terrible unsanitary conditions, a lot of cockroaches, woodlice, mold, a lot of broken tiles where you can injure your feet.
If you want a spoiled mood, then go there.
There aren't many people, but it's understandable why, after such a hike, we don't set foot there anymore.

Freestyle also has outdoor pools. I haven't been there (yet :)), but I'm thinking of visiting in the future!

A great place for a family holiday and a small corporate party, though I won't say about the pool and the water park, but the bowling there is wonderful, good and helpful staff, will tell you how to play if for the first time, there are children's tracks (this is the track where the sides rise and then miss very difficult, there is a cafe where you can order a very tasty pizza.

A very good place to relax. We walk all the time, we've been a little spoiled lately - slides in time, one will work, then the other, it's not very good when there are a lot of people. The spa complex is gorgeous; baths, saunas for every taste. The food is like everywhere else...they throw it on the chip - you pay on the way out. In summer, there is an outdoor recreation area with swimming pools. I recommend you to visit.
