We came on vacation with a child from another city . Attention, they work from 15.00. For children 7-9 years old, it is ideal. Tickets were taken on cream - much more profitable. Firstly, it is cheaper, and secondly, a separate queue. We didn't stand in line for a minute. The staff is dressed in a beautiful uniform and is very responsive and friendly. The children's pool is warm - opposite the pool there are 2 Jacuzzis for parents)) The baths are very diverse - we liked it - we will return with an adult company. There are two cafes in the sauna and near the children's pool. The prices are certainly above average, but they don't bite. It's good to give it to everyone

Nice aqua park. I liked it more than the swan. There are few people on weekdays, there are promotions (if you Google), all the slides work except the hydro cannon. The baths are varied, and the food inside is suspiciously cheap.

We were at the water park on 11/29/12 with a child after school for the whole day.The daughter does not eat the food that is in the cafe, only healthy and homemade.I took with me 2 0.5 bottles to drink and a few sandwiches.We went out already at closing time and when we got dressed on the way out, I found that I had forgotten this package on the sun loungers.I turned to the security-everything is closed, there is no light-call me tomorrow.I didn't swear-I called security tomorrow.They answered me for tomorrow - there is nothing, things remain, and the food is kind of thrown away.If the guard had reacted adequately in the evening, the mood would have been unspoiled.The child ate only 1 unfortunate sandwich.And after the water park, I was hungry-and it took 50 minutes to go home.I am very sorry for this attitude towards people!

I really love Freestyle. I often come here with my family. It is convenient to get there, near the metro. Or by taxi, also available. There are promotions for tea, you can go for a very good price. A very comfortable area for children, more precisely 2: for very young and older. Moms can hang out in the Jacuzzi at this time, and not just stand and watch the child, dreaming of relaxing in the water - which is not in the Swan. It is convenient to steam in the baths, compact, the bar is nearby. In short, I highly recommend it. An excellent combination of price-quality-pleasure!

We were with the children on Saturday in the aqua zone and in the sauna area. There is order everywhere, there is an instructor on each slide, there seem to be a lot of people, but there are almost no queues. However, in the aquazone in the bar, I strained with food. They don't have time to wait long. I really liked the Russian bathhouse, but the rest is not bad. In general, a good assessment .

I went with my daughter on May 10. In general, I liked it, but in the beginning one incident overshadowed the impression: my daughter came down from the children's slide and immediately tore her knee to blood (( And clipped it against the grate, which is located right at the descent..And this is on her birthday 🥺We approached the instructor, a very polite guy, provided first aid. But for the first hour, the daughter stupidly hobbled and wanted to leave. Then it started to play out, the blood stopped and was extracted until the end of time.
By the way, there are a lot of children's life jackets, but armbands/lifebuoys would also help.
In principle, I liked everything else, but I didn't want to ride on the first dysfunctional slide anymore.

A wonderful water park in the capital of Belarus. A perfect option to have a great time with your child if you are in Minsk for a few days. Unlike in Russia, they will not require a QR code or a certificate of vaccination. Friendly staff, a fairly diverse SPA area. There is no separate dressing room in the form of a male and female department. Of the cards of Russian banks, only MIR is accepted. My mastercard was not accepted for payment.

The Aqua park is not bad, but only at an adequate price. I.e. not at the same as it is currently exhibited.
I visited constantly when there were promo codes on cream, price = quality. And now there is no desire to go there. It is better to go to a more cozy and pleasant place.
The pools, Jacuzzis and slides themselves are all comfortable.
The only thing I want to say is more appeal to the visitors of the Aqua Park - let's have more respect for each other.

Mixed impressions. In the wardrobe, the ladies consider themselves very important people, just as in the locker room, the girl was not very friendly when asked to help. Many lockers do not work on the bracelet. Before entering the pool itself, everyone takes off their shoes, in the room itself there is a "do not take off rubber shoes" on the walls. The water in the pool is quite cold, in the children's pools it is warmer. Some slides were closed altogether, but this did not affect the ticket price in any way. I.e., as I understand it, they are closed for reconstruction. Some worked alternately. We were with a promo code, it wouldn't have gone for the whole price for sure. Further, it is not indicated anywhere that you need to pay some kind of insurance. We had a price of 35 rubles per person, which is 95 rubles for 3, but we paid 111rubles. The entrance to the baths is at the other end of the water park, until you get numb. The child woke up the next day with a cough and snot, although we generally get sick at most once a year. The next point is the bar. It's there, but I don't see the point. We wanted to order a complex of "fries, nuggets and juice" - the answer was no. There is no second complex either, the pizza is ~ 1.5 hours to wait. As I understand it, the bar would only sell drinks 💁 near the slides, the "caretakers" sit on their phones, let people pass (two on a single cheesecake, three on a double), and then turn around and say that you can't ride like that🤦 in general, for the full price, definitely not. Impressions are mixed, some are dirty, some are mildewed. I'm not sure we'll go any further.

Friendly staff, no problems, a nice pool and warm water everywhere, not just in the children's pool! This is very striking! For comparison, in lebyazhye it is very cold in the adult pool and after swimming in the air! We took baths and spas, they are also great, we liked everything! The food is all right, tasty and normal portions, prices are the same everywhere, in general, I would choose Freestyle next time rather than another, especially in the cold season, which we almost always have)
