The hotel is located almost in the center of old Grodno. The rooms are clean and cozy enough, everything you need in the room is there: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, wi-fi works fine. From the window there is a beautiful view of the city square. The hotel has its own restaurant with good cuisine and nice waitresses, there is also a beer restaurant, but the entrance is from the street. The hotel staff is very friendly. There are many sights of the old town nearby.

We lived in a hotel with a group of six people. Therefore, it was possible to evaluate three rooms and the hotel as a whole. Everyone liked everything very much! Spacious and clean rooms, delicious buffet breakfast and a very convenient location in the city center. I stayed at this hotel for the second time and if I come to Grodno again (and the city is wonderful), I will stay at the Neman Hotel. I thank all the staff, the girls at the reception, the lovely guard for their kind and attentive attitude to people.

A great hotel. Large, bright, clean rooms. Delicious breakfasts. In the lobby of the hotel there is a stand with the stars who came here. There were a lot of guests. The location of the hotel is very convenient: the city center. In the evening, before going to bed, it is pleasant to take a walk in the park located opposite the hotel.

Excellent hotel in the center of Grodno. The room is large. We arrived as a family of 4 people. They occupied two rooms. They asked for a discount on two rooms, but did not provide it. The furniture is new, but economy class. The prices are too high. The hotel is very quiet. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast is modest. Delicious.
Convenient location, the hotel is in the city center. I recommend the hotel.

A great modern hotel. The rooms are large and bright. Purity. A diverse range of products for breakfast. Everything is very tasty. And there is always a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant. You can get a discount at the reception. The staff is respectful and polite. It is located near historical sites, as well as near the train station. I recommend it to everyone. You won't regret it.

You can't think of a worse place for 8,200 rubles per day. An angry woman is sitting at the reception, no greetings, no response (brunette)
All communication is "through the lip". The rooms are cleaned somehow. Dust on all cabinets. Stripped window sills, living creatures on the windows and ceiling ( spiders, mosquitoes, because there are no mosquito nets on the windows), someone else's hair in the drain and on the bed. The comments were answered with a dry and insincere "sorry." We rented two rooms for two families, both rooms have all this mess. They put one pair of slippers for two rooms for four. There are traces of past guests on the toilet (!!) toilet paper is also left from past guests.
Both rooms are Double Comfort 👍🏻
We did not expect such "hospitality". When they handed over the keys, they didn't even say goodbye to us. We communicated with restraint, without tantrums and other things.

Now we live in this hotel, there is one plus food, breakfast and lunch, that's all over, the terrible smell of cheap building materials on the 4th floor, even if the windows were opened, the room was cleaned through a scandal, they don't want to work at all, the air conditioners don't cool, they just don't work, the repair request was not completed in two days, the room is 30 degrees, the guest wrote on June 6 that the air conditioners do not work.To boil a kettle, it must be put on the floor, the windows are cheap without ventilation function, hot and cold water are mixed up in the shower, there is a refrigerator, but it is a piece of furniture, it does not cool, in a word, this hotel pulls 2 stars or a hostel, in winter everything was probably different, and so summer, I do not advise at all This hotel, the quality does not match the cost.

The room is generally not bad. Clean, there are no outside smells. Breakfast is included in the price.
What I didn't like - the refrigerator doesn't work, the TV is going badly. There's no coffee.
I was especially upset by the additional payment for a 4-year-old child of 30 rubles for breakfast. It's a little expensive for a sausage and scrambled eggs. They would be ashamed.

The double bed, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The location is good, in the center. Advantages of the hotel:
- located near the sights and pedestrian street;
- there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around;
- spacious rooms, comfortable bed;
- polite staff at the reception, quick check-in
Minuses:
- the hotel is old, everything in the rooms is shabby, it is unpleasant to go into the shower (plumbing could be replaced or at least cleaned). I didn't dare to wash up;
- shampoo and shower gel in bags. It just kills the desire to save money;
- the guards should be taught politeness when dealing with guests. It is reported by phone that parking is available both on the street and behind the hotel. As a result, half of the street is filled with cones. I put them away. At the door I met a guard who neither hello nor goodbye: "As soon as you check in, move the car into the courtyard, buses stop here with tourists." Unpleasant.
- the dust on the sides of the bed and on the coffee table could be wiped off;
- disgusting Wi-Fi speed. It's impossible to even work, let alone do more.
- in the age of the Internet, there is a telephone directory on the table, and even 2020. Why do you need this garbage and an extra dust collector?
- poor sound insulation, you can hear the street, neighboring rooms and the corridor;
- tasteless breakfast. It seems to be like a standard buffet: sliced cheese and sausages, eggs, sausages, cereals, pancakes, cereals, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, tea, coffee, but everything does not smell fresh and you do not get pleasure from eating. The classic interior, terracotta tablecloths on the tables and uniformed waiters do not save the situation.
I can confidently say that this is one of the worst among the many dozens of hotels in which I managed to stay.

We are currently staying in this hotel for the second day. The food at the hotel is excellent (we had breakfast and lunch). That's where the advantages end! It is 28 degrees Celsius outside, and even more on the sunny side, in the rooms +30! The air conditioners are not working, just a fan! Administrators don't do anything, just excuses!. No one repairs anything for 2 days. And this is in all rooms!!!! The cleaner came to clean only after the scandal, and it was after 5 p.m. To boil a kettle, you need to put it on the floor!🤦♀️. It's not clear how we're going to sleep tonight! The administration does not control the situation, and this is in the midst of the tourist season!

The hotel is in the center. The pedestrian street is 5 minutes away. Our room was a huge 2-room one. The breakfasts were modest, but no one left hungry. The young waiters are very helpful at breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel is free, and you can also park your car in the courtyard of the hotel.

The maximum is 1 star, not 4 as stated. I checked in at 14:30 and checked out at 16:00, as I couldn't stay there because of the cold in the room and the noise from the cars. You can laugh at the dinner menu, but I can't say anything about breakfast because I didn't wait until then. People who want peace of mind, I advise you to look for another place to stay.

We were alone with my husband. I liked everything: the room is pleasant, spacious and clean, there is a kettle, tea bags, a refrigerator (buzzing, so turned off), a comfortable bed, the bathroom is also clean, excellent water pressure. There are slippers.
The only negative is that there are no nets on the windows, it's good that there were no mosquitoes anymore, they slept with an open window and fresh air 😊
Breakfast is a buffet, quite decent, but cereal lovers would be out of luck - there were none. :)

My mother and I spent a delightful, wonderful and unforgettable New Year's Eve (from 23 to 24). The windows facing the square allowed you to admire the fireworks (and I really haven't seen such a fireworks display before!), LIVE (live, Carl!) a Christmas tree on the balcony and wonderful staff of the hotel, who were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier and calmly prepare for New Year's Eve!. I will not describe here all the other advantages of the hotel (room condition, location, prices, etc.). It was all done before me. I can say for sure for myself: It was one of the best new years of my life. thanks to the Neman staff. I will reconquer you and, if fate turns out to live in Grodno again, I will stay only with you. Thank you and the Government of Belarus for the excellent organization of the holiday!

The Neman is a wonderful hotel. Do not believe those opuses that are written here and put 2 and 1 as ratings. I set 4 myself... I wanted those looking for reviews to somehow read my "essay".
My real score is 5. You can, of course, find fault with something. Definitely. But!!! Then there will be no less than 4x. They're cleaning up. They're trying. They are friendly. All the sights are nearby. The city center. The very center. Everything is just around the corner. There is a large grocery supermarket nearby. There is an excellent beer bar in the basement of the hotel, open until 1 am. Shower. What else can a tourist wish for in Grodno? Breakfasts are not Kemer (Turkey), ol in kluziff, but it is quite satisfying and there is enough "fuel" until 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon. Then you can have lunch somewhere. And in the evening in the "Neman'" there is a cellar, drinking fine beer from a barrel. I wish everyone who has read the route to the Neman!!
P.s. text (even!!) I have subtracted from errors so that it is convenient for you to read. Right... go to the Neman Hotel and don't look for something better. I stayed at the hotel in December, before the New Year. I really liked it. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located in the city center. One of the disadvantages is a tiny towel, which is slightly larger than a standard hand towel. It's here for everything. And camuccino, which turned out to be warmed milk with a couple drops of very weak coffee (or even coffee water, probably). In short, take tea!

With all the advantages, this is more of a hotel than a hotel: the rooms lack the European "gloss" and style, or something.
Otherwise, everything is fine: clean, good furniture, air conditioning, towels, water in the room — everything is there. Secondly, the bathroom is far from perfect: both the design and the plumbing — but in general, it's fine.
The same can be said about the restaurant: personally, I am not enthusiastic about the "Soviet Empire"..
But the price includes breakfast — it is very good — there are several complexes to choose from :)!
The main advantage of the hotel, for which I added the 4th one, is its location!!!
The building is located in the very center of the city, near the pedestrian street. The Soviet one is already there "chic-shine-coasota": excellent coffee shops and cafes, cinemas, shops and a great atmosphere: European architecture, everything is perfectly planned and renovated, greenery, street musicians!!!..
For lovers of an early delicious and hearty breakfast, I can recommend "L-coffee"!!!
In general, if you are going to Grodno for one or two nights to "hang out" in the city, or on a business trip and do not want to overpay - this is the best choice!
