The location is good, that's all.
the heating didn't work, the rooms were cold, the pillows were very thick, the hood in the bathroom was very loud and rattling, there was no refrigerator in the superior room. Breakfast is very much so-so. Cold fried eggs, salted porridge.In general, the restaurant is Neman, we had lunch there, 2 times, does not differ in delicious food, unfortunately. the hodgepodge is very greasy, the chicken broth is empty.I don't recommend it.

There was a superior room. Not new, but neat. The room is warm, although the batteries are not particularly hot. For example, it was cooler in the next room. The room is large. A pleasant view from the window and at the same time calm at night. But we stopped in winter, I didn't open the windows wide. I put on micro-ventilation. It is reasonably divided into zones. Dishes: cups, saucers, forks, knives, bottle opener, glasses, kettle, tea, water, minibar were present. The mattress and pillows are comfortable enough. In the bathroom: shower accessories, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer... A la carte breakfast with a choice of 4 options. It's cooked well. The location is very convenient. The center, the square below. There's a store downstairs. The hotel has 2 cafes (beer and classic)

Nice hotel, spacious rooms. There is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, dishes, tea, kettle and even wine glasses. The Internet is very slow, it will not work. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are uncomfortable, the watering can in the shower splashes in all directions. The breakfast is disgusting, the food seems to be there, but completely tasteless. If there are a lot of people in the hotel, then the queue for breakfast, you need to wait for a table and food, as it ends quickly.

The hotel's rating is overestimated. My husband and I are not whimsical people, but focusing on the review, we expected a very different entourage and service. The parking lot in front of the hotel is very small and crowded with cars. To park, I had to drive around the block and drive into the courtyards behind the hotel. The reception is great. Number... Well, that's it... For 6,000 a day, the zas once meets a white flower in spots and blotches. The ropes that turn on the light on the sconces, tulle that flew off the hinges of the cornice, the absence of toothbrushes and a hair dryer and other small things were torn off. Well... As if... There is no feeling of cleanliness. The beds are comfortable, the linen is decent.
Breakfast. Um.....
The waiter gives you a choice of several options, but... Do not count on a hearty breakfast - rather, it is a snack. I was surprised by the coffee. A tiny espresso cup half full of Americano.
In general, it's a bit of a pity that based on the reviews how great everything is here, they made a choice in favor of Nemone.
The staff is very nice, but we definitely won't be back here again. On the second night we will look for another hotel in Grodno.

A 3* hotel. No more, no less.
The curtains (tulle) are terribly dirty, gray in color, and it's scary to touch it. There is dirt, streaks and hair of previous residents on the windowsills.. the textiles in the room are shoveled and killed. The receptionist told me that he would tell the maid about the curtains, but nothing changed during my stay. As they hung, so they hang. I read the reviews- they have already been written about, it turns out. It's just that the staff and management prefer not to solve this problem. However, they offered to move to another room. The breakfasts are normal and inexpensive. The audibility is terrible: I had to listen to my neighbor's TV all evening. The sink in the bathroom seemed too low. But it's individual, maybe.
Pros: the room is quite large and everything works in it. Great location.

The food and service in general are at a very high level, but the coffee that Lavazza offers for breakfast is given to ordinary maccoffs, I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. And yes, the mug that the tea was poured into was a little dirty. The room is simply gorgeous, huge, with high ceilings, with excellent plumbing. You will laugh, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the absence of any smells in the room. The bed is simply gorgeous, the mattress is the top of the bed art, the sheets, blankets and pillows were pleasantly surprised. The sauna was incomparable, the heat was what it needed, three hours flew by unnoticed. The towel and sheets shone with freshness. The overall impression is very positive and positive. I'll give you a solid five.

This is a good option, especially for those who are not satisfied with our state hotels with a scoop flavor :) But you will have to pay extra for the pleasure, of the options "for ordinary mortals" this is probably one of the most expensive (100 rubles for the cheapest room in 2022). At first glance, the price was justified, there was an air conditioner in the room (although it was very old), there were towels with soap and shampoo (which were changed daily), even a bottle of water was left carefully and came in handy in the heat :) But you can't get rid of the Belarusian reality here either: for some reason the shower curtain was shorter by 10-15 cm than necessary, which caused a puddle to form on the floor every time, and when I needed to clarify something with the administrator before leaving, I couldn't get through to him (I tried several times for 15 minutes sometimes it's busy, sometimes they don't pick up the phone), I had to go upside down. Such trifles somewhat spoil the exterior gloss of the institution :)
