The mood is spoiled, and then the birthday. They call the next day at 15 o'clock, a day has passed since the call that the chair will not be delivered. It took the store 24 hours to resolve an issue that they couldn't even solve. I ordered the right chair from another store, it was delivered the same evening.

Then she started to squeal and at low speeds when washing. I dropped the video with the sound to Nevton and the service center recommended by him. They answered - yes, there is a problem, the sound is not good. (As a mechanic by profession, I can say that this is the sound of a tired bearing without lubrication. Chinese machinery is assembled on Chinese bearings with corresponding consequences) An employee of the Technoadria-Service LLC service center arrived, listened to her for 5 minutes, said he hadn't heard anything and left. After 5 minutes of washing, the car howled like a Yu-87 dive bomber. I call the "serviceman" -- "oh, I'm already far away. Keep watching." The howling increased every day, and I wrote a claim for termination of the contract of sale due to marriage. In response, I was advised... contact the service center). I explained once again that by law I have the right to terminate the transaction. The store sent couriers to deliver the car... to the Technoadria-service service center. The couriers refused to fix the tank with shipping bolts and use the original foam packaging for transportation, although I persistently suggested doing so. I spent more than the car in an unknown place, after which I was sent a dubious document from Technoadria-service stating that "the claimed defect was not detected." It is possible that the forecastle assembly was replaced on this Chinese miracle and they will try to put it back to me. In the act, Technoadria-service indicated that there were "traces of exploitation" on the washing machine. That is, 2 weeks of use, 10 washes - and traces of exploitation?!

The next day I took the headphones to the NEWTON seller.BY under warranty. After 2 weeks, the seller called me and said that my headphones were NOT SUBJECT to WARRANTY REPAIR, since they had traces of third-party autopsy, i.e. the headphones HAD ALREADY BEEN REPAIRED EARLIER, in addition, it was stated in the conclusion that there were MULTIPLE SCRATCHES on the case.
I repeat, the headphones were NOT USED, but only opened for connection and immediately after unsuccessful attempts put them back in the box.
In the technical department NEWTON.by (the phone number is listed in the warranty department that they give you) the girl answered very unpleasantly that the headphones were new and I brought them already such (i.e. repaired), so take your product and there is no other choice.

My husband and I came to replace it. The box was in its original packaging and under the film. Then we opened the box and saw that the HEADPHONES were NOT NEW, they HAD DUST AND SCRATCHES on them. I had several headphones that were purchased in the USA and I know what new factory headphones should look like. Therefore, naturally, I REFUSED such a replacement, demanding money. The money was not returned to us, they said we need to coordinate with the management.
The next day, the same head of the department called me and said that he was aware that I DID NOT LIKE the new headphones. That is, he did not admit that the refusal was from the fact that the headphones were used, but presented it in a very interesting way that we simply did not like them with my husband. And how can you like used headphones with scratches, sold as new and at the price of new ones. It was heard that the seller's representative was not surprised by this situation, although I had been told several times before that an internal investigation was being conducted. But after this phone conversation, I realized that they know what they are selling.
I was offered another pair of headphones from another supplier, I refused and insisted on a refund. The money was returned to me. The service center has stopped cooperating with them and can "try to help" (and not carry out warranty repairs!), but without any guarantees and within 2-3 months. There are many similar reviews on the Internet. Do not contact this store, and we will solve the issue further.

Возникла проблема с гарантийными обязательствами магазина Newton, который отказывается выполнять гарантийные обязательства ввиду смены (слияния) юрлица в 2022 году, однако название магазина, логотипы, телефоны остались прежние. ООО «Сейл Холл», УНП 693281901 продолжает использовать наименование, брендиг и сайт: ООО Новый Тон УНП 692173065, однако правоприемником последней, является ООО "ФенОптГен" УНП 193627554, которая также отказывается от любых гарантийных обязательств. Прошу обратить на это внимание, случай не единичный, в сети много подобных отзывов.
Как итог, авторизованные сервисные центры гарантию не предоставляют, т.к. товар (монитор) проданный Newton, не ввезен официально для продажи в Беларуси, сам магазин Newton говорит мы вам ничего не продавали, и мы уже не мы, и соответственно, гарантийные обязательства никто выполнять не желает.
