I was at the complex in mid-September on a Sunday. The receptionist at the reception politely and carefully told everything.
There were a maximum of 5 people in the complex itself, and at some point there were 2 at all. The water in the pool is of normal temperature. The Jacuzzi is working, the water is warm. The sauna is very hot. It is noticeable that the complex is not new, there are signs of equipment wear. But the most worn-out items were items that are very easy to replace: rusty trash cans, battered mattresses on sun beds, holes on the wall from hangers. This creates the impression of unkemptness. The towel and robe are whole and clean. The massage was excellent, the master attentive, not navyaschivaya.But the room in which the ritual took place is obviously in need of repair, there are stains on the ceiling and walls, the skirting board is torn off. Of course, this does not really affect the quality of the procedure, but it spoils the impression of the procedure. I was very surprised by the women's locker room (when I came, I was alone in it and did not attach importance to everything) In the upper lockers, and I got just such a one that I need a straight stepladder to hang something. But there are no hangers, by the way, so the problem went away by itself. But here's what to do in the cold with outerwear, I did not understand. Should I also stack it in a locker next to T-shirts and underpants? There is a separate dressing room and it's great. But when I came back after the massage, there were already three of us, and the place was over. I needed to wash up and have at least one shower, but there is. And it turns out that there is not a single shelf or hook in it. How is that at all? Where should I put my towel and bath accessories? And it would be possible to leave it on the table near the washbasin, but there is the same moment the girl was drying her hair, the hair dryer was also 1. And this was strange for an institution called Luxury Spa.
In general, taking into account such a cost, I liked it. But you need to take a ritual or massage, otherwise you will not be able to completely relax.

The pool is not bad. Deck chairs too (if you remove the visible types of mattresses lying on them). The sauna on our visit had broken doors. There are a lot of chipped tiles in the jacuzzi - I scratched my foot. But the water is of excellent temperature))) And the robes purchased there were more fun than each other - sometimes with a hole, then patched, then a terrible yellowish color....
The staff was friendly and friendly.

The procedure "Cleopatra's Secret for her" was generally very intense and relaxing. But the massage turned out to be as toning and kneading as possible. The wrapping was chocolate, wrapped in foil and heated with an electric blanket. You lie there sweating like a croissant in the oven and get high from the smells. I would like the site to have a more detailed description of what is included in this complex, because it is very interesting and rich. Of the wishes, it is, of course, to update the renovation, furniture. Contact with water does not go unnoticed, as they say. There was an extreme lack of any little things: hooks (! Especially), chairs, so that you don't have to panic where to put what, where to leave what or throw it away. And it is advisable to add navigation signs, and everyone walks in mazes, up stairs and gets confused, asking each other where everything is.

There are no questions about massage, but there are big questions about the condition of the premises and plumbing. During the 50 minutes of massage, some kind of closet creaked twice and the front door was opened twice for some unknown reason, it was impossible to relax. It obviously hasn't been repaired for a long time, the toilet doesn't work, there are problems with the shower in the women's locker room. The water in the pool is cold and muddy. This complex is definitely not luxury!

The spa area is not bad. There are few people during the day on weekdays, you feel like you're on vacation. The Jacuzzi is large, relaxing. The sauna is also good. Well, the pool itself is clean, cool (but not very). You can ask to turn on the massage streams. I really like it!
I was only at 1 spa ritual (for couples). Everything was great too. The girls were neat, gentle and gave a super relaxing massage!
Definitely I will still walk!

I visited this spa on 28.01. on the program "oriental fairy tale"
The pool is quite large, there weren't many people. The receptionist is a very nice girl. The massage girls do is just amazing, they have a separate respect for it.
The only negative thing that didn't suit me was that there was bleach in the jacuzzi. I understand that it is public, but it was uncomfortable for me to be there.
Massage of course then corrected this situation and let you relax)

The worst spa in Minsk. Visitors pour water on the stones in the Finnish SAUNA and no one stops them. But this is not surprising, because apart from the Finnish sauna there is nothing else but a Jacuzzi, in which the tiles fall off and you can get hurt, and a swimming pool that is trying to save the situation. Towels for rent are as thick as a piece of paper, slippers aim to break your head on a tile (which, let me remind you, is falling off or has already fallen off). The staff inside is never on the ground and the orientation of the casemates is provided through signs, which are more likely to confuse than direct. If it's called a Luxury Spa, then it's better to go to the Masherova FOZ or Freestyle, there means Ultra Super Deluxe Premium.

Very small locker rooms where several people can't turn around. Dirty and leaky robes. There was no administrator in the aquazone, there were a couple of water glasses and they ran out on me.
I liked the massage, it is very relaxing. Crunched all my joints 😅 Keep in mind that the hair will also be in oil and it is better to take your own shampoo.
There were few people in the pool on a day off in the afternoon.

I bought an annual Fitness & SPA plan... and never regretted it. It is very comfortable, the administrators are pleasant, they always give fresh towels at the entrance, the atmosphere is cozy, everything is clean and comfortable. The gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment, there are no queues. Sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi...everything is fine, I plan to sign up for a massage soon, everything you need is in one place👍

I clarified everything with the administrator especially before coming there. The answer was "yes, yes, we give everything: bathrobes, towels, slippers, come without anything, yes, yes." In total, we were "given" only ordinary thin orange towels, so to speak. And the administrator who initially told me that all this was in the purchased service was not at work that day.
Therefore, I advise everyone to take their own towel with them, in addition to the one issued, because it is terrible and will get wet very quickly, and you will have to wipe yourself completely wet at the end after a shower. Take your bathrobe too, because running up the stairs to the sauna is not particularly pleasant in a swimsuit.
Neither in the hall, nor in the sauna, nor in the pool, there are absolutely no observers, no administrator. Maybe this is a plus to freedom, but it's hardly okay for safety reasons.
Pros: there is free drinking water, a pool of pleasant depth, a hot Jacuzzi, there are separate rooms in the locker room that close to change there. Two toilets, two hair dryers and two sinks. And of course I think that it's still top for its price. Everything is in one place and you can freely run back and forth as you want. And, there are also showers next to the sauna to wash up. It's a class.

There is a bar on the territory of the pool, but it is empty, only the water cooler is standing. I would like to minimally, so that it would be possible to get tea, it couldn't be easier. A Jacuzzi in a dark corner with bolt water smelling of a faded floor cloth. The Finnish sauna can be accessed via a cold climb up the stairs. The sauna is small, barely works, visitors constantly have to turn it on themselves so that it heats up, it cuts off all the time. The hammam does not work from the word at all, although now they write that it is not included in the pool visit... Bottom line: the entrance is 50p unlimited, so there is nothing to do except the basin. I swam for an hour and then you get bored... So you didn't understand where LUXURY is???
