I clarified everything with the administrator especially before coming there. The answer was "yes, yes, we give everything: bathrobes, towels, slippers, come without anything, yes, yes." As a result, it turned out that the slippers cost 3p (okay without b), but bathrobes and white terry towels are not allowed at all. Only those who have a massage. In total, we were "given" only ordinary thin orange towels, so to speak. And the administrator who initially told me that all this was in the purchased service was not at work that day.
Therefore, I advise everyone to take their own towel with them, in addition to the one issued, because it is terrible and will get wet very quickly, and you will have to wipe yourself completely wet at the end after a shower. Take your bathrobe too, because running up the stairs to the sauna is not particularly pleasant in a swimsuit.
Neither in the hall, nor in the sauna, nor in the pool, there are absolutely no observers, no administrator. Maybe this is a plus to freedom, but it's hardly okay for safety reasons.
Pros: there is free drinking water, a pool of pleasant depth, a hot Jacuzzi, there are separate rooms in the locker room that close to change there. Two toilets, two hair dryers and two sinks. And of course I think that it's still top for its price. Everything is in one place and you can freely run back and forth as you want. And, there are also showers next to the sauna to wash up. It's a class.

The sun beds in the pool are torn, the water cannons were not turned on - or rather turned off with the words "well, you don't need them", although I was standing right next to it, the toilet in the sauna does not work, it is not clear where to run if anything)) A tea ceremony after a massage with tea bags is a so-so pleasure. But the choice is yours)

Nice sauna, Jacuzzi. It's clean, except that there are nuances regarding a non-working thermometer, the door to the sauna can open, the handles are hanging out. I visited the SPA according to the "Day of Rest" program. The program included a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and full body massage. I liked everything very much. It was in the morning (around 9.00), there were few people, closer to 11 o'clock the number increased slightly. The water in the pool is comfortable, the Jacuzzi is just super. I was alone in the sauna. Everything is at a high level. The staff is very friendly and courteous. All you had to take with you was a swimsuit, slates and a swimming cap, a bathrobe and a towel are given on the spot. You only need to wear a hat in the pool. I also liked the massage very much, the dimmed lights and relaxing music complemented the massage. The only thing was that I was a little bored by myself. Therefore, it is better to come to the company).

A complete disappointment. The only thing that is still in good condition is the pool. The rest is a scoop! There is a bar on the territory of the pool, but it is empty, only the water cooler is standing. I would like to minimally, so that it would be possible to get tea, it couldn't be easier. A Jacuzzi in a dark corner with bolt water smelling of a faded floor cloth. The Finnish sauna can be accessed via a cold climb up the stairs. The sauna is small, barely works, visitors constantly have to turn it on themselves so that it heats up, it cuts off all the time. The hammam does not work from the word at all, although now they write that it is not included in the pool visit... Bottom line: the entrance is 50p unlimited, so there is nothing to do except the basin. I swam for an hour and then you get bored... So you didn't understand where LUXURY is???

It's not the first time we've come here with a girl, everything is fine, the only disadvantage for me is that you can't order food inside, but you're quietly allowed to go to the hotel restaurant. Price / quality - it's great for me that we were not disappointed for the first or second time, we will be happy to come again, it's also worth mentioning the staff, who are always polite

I went by the gift certificate, there was no one at the reception, I had to wait, then they gave me a bathrobe and towels (not the first freshness with small holes, it could be replaced).

A good place to spend a couple of hours on a cream certificate. For 25 rubles you will get a swimming pool (shallow), with my height of 1.83 was shoulder-high, a Jacuzzi and a sauna. There are sun beds and deck chairs. Overall, I liked it. It's better to take your towel, despite the fact that the institution gives out a towel (it smells like it was on the shelf for a very long time). There were no substantive claims or disadvantages. I recommend it!

Today there were several attempts to sign up for a manicure with a long-term coating. At first, the administrator asked to wait and disconnected for 2 minutes. And she didn't call back. After I dialed several times, she dropped me. Boorish attitude towards the client. The arrogance of the administrator. And this is taking into account the far from cheap price list. It is not surprising that the office is open 2 times a week and there are no clients. I tried to sign up today on 07/19/2023.

We visited the SPA, which claims to be one of the most respectable in Belarus.

The overall rating is 5 out of 5 with the hope of a bonus from the Nova Shangrila Spa for not notifying that the hammam is under reconstruction, and the steam room of the second bathhouse accommodates 5-6 people with 25-30 visitors.
The highlight of the Spa is the pool with a glossy ceiling, in which the water is incomparably reflected. The oval shape of the pool is generally chic-squeak!
It should be noted the Jacuzzi, a fairly large capacity for up to 8 people and an unusual mode of operation, powerful bubbling, cold streams around the perimeter for contrast, as well as an interesting discharge of water overboard. You can sit for half an hour, it's so comfortable.
The gym, which overlooks the pool, is available free of charge. There is a bar, machines with free water. The certificate included a tea ceremony, you will be brought directly to the sun beds on a stylish tray.
According to the certificate, time is unlimited, you can not worry and enjoy the water and steam, relax and meditate)
In general, pleasant impressions, an unambiguous Recommendation!

The worst spa in my life!!! Absolutely everything is disgusting! Service, massage, cold salt, which supposedly scrubs the body, which has not even been in the shower yet! A closed bottle of champagne, like open it yourself and you have to drink it in 20 minutes because it's time!
They said on the phone that they do a body massage for an hour, and another 20 minutes for the head. As a result, 45 minutes of oil strokes and 3 minutes!!!! Just 3 minutes of head massage! It's not cheap! They didn't even open the champagne! They left it to them. Let them drink at our expense and think what a disgusting spa they have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE😡

The room itself is a little tired: the tile and the upper shower are broken in the shower, the watering can is broken in the sauna, one ladder is broken in the pool from the side of the sunbeds, the toilets are sealed with the inscription "does not work" near the sauna, there is no pool bar (more precisely, there is even a refrigerator for soft drinks, but it is empty). I liked the Jacuzzi: it is large and the temperature is very well chosen.

We got into a program for two and, if the massage itself was good and thanks to the specialists for it, then the procedures before the massage in the cold hammam were at least contradictory. It was uncomfortable to be in a cold room, massage on a hard stone is also not the most pleasant event.
The institution itself has potential, but the service and procedures can and should be raised to another level.
