We went with my wife after the New Year. I liked the massage, but the management staff is trying to figure something out. We made an appointment in advance, called several times, but when we arrived, they said that they were not waiting for us and there were no places. They demanded a refund, found a place, I guess they displaced someone else.
The descriptions on the site also indicated a sauna for two, in fact there was a shared sauna.

2 stars purely for a normal massage and a hot jacuzzi. That's it.
The spa is dead. Showers pour anywhere but where they need to. The plums have not been cleaned since the day of foundation and after taking a shower you need to wait another 3 minutes to get out. Otherwise, the water will rush into the locker room.
The robes are yellow, but the receptionist insisted that they were beige and that's how it should be.
Towels with holes. The receptionist said that she couldn't check them all (however, at the beginning, she was just sitting on the phone). But even if it can't, why didn't they at least withdraw ours? Which we brought her with holes, and told her to throw in the general pile.

A very old spa. The towel was torn, the robe was not dried, the shower in the women's locker room was terrible (the tile on the floor was not fixed). The massage itself: we took a Bali massage, we were just stroked with oil. The pool is crowded and dirty. I do not recommend it .
