The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city, the price is too high for a standard room with a square of about 2 * 3 meters (a sleeping box), the usual standard costs 50,000 tenge a day without a reservation. (Breakfast + 5500 per person). One of the advantages, for me personally, is the location of the hotel and the favorite nearby restaurant “Line brew". That's it.
For this price, it is possible and necessary to arrange water, tea and a kettle for guests in each room. The dispensers installed in the corridors with cold/hot water supply cause a lot of inconvenience if you do not live alone in the room (slamming the door, going back and forth for water) or early in the morning you want to drink a glass of water, and in your underwear, sorry, it is not quite customary to go out for water in the hall (in a room of category - “standard” there are no dressing gowns, which is also not a little important).
But you can always take a more expensive room and then you will have a kettle and tea and a bathrobe. Which in my opinion is quite primitive, given the fact that this is the center of a very recognizable city, and such elementary attributes as a matter of course nowadays in a hotel, especially considering the cost of a day's stay in this place.

It's a good hotel, it's expensive, but it's worth it. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, they cook very tasty! Try chocolate fondue, I haven't tried it better in Almaty yet. The rooms are small, standard, comfortable and cozy.

I was here in October 2023. The hotel is a very decent, modern hotel almost in the center of the city. Everything in the room is controlled by buttons, I was very pleased with this control. The restaurant downstairs is just insanely delicious.

The room can be classified as a double room with a big stretch. If only for couples who like to sleep separately. The beds are too close to each other, you can't move them away. A fresh hotel, modern room design. It is located in the same building with the Novotel (Ibis on the left side of the floor, Novotel on the right). Breakfasts are shared with the Novotel. The reception service is good. The building houses one of my favorite meat restaurants, Line Brew. The location is not bad, as there are a lot of things around. It may be a disadvantage that it is lower than the central part of the city.

There's not much to complain about. The linen is good, there are bathrobes, the breakfast is not a bomb but quite good. Our room had a huge bed, a fairly hard mattress, I liked it, but at the same time there were narrow aisles and there was little free space, there were no complaints about the restroom. There is a kettle, tea and a mini-bar. They clean well and regularly.

The only thing is that it is not very clear the mode of the air conditioner and if there are two single beds in the room, then, I should note, they are quite narrow. Convenient location, but weak reception. The guys are young, they do not understand very quickly and quickly that they need documents for an individual, an invoice and a fiscal one. They promised at the check-out that everything would be ready, then they transferred it to the accounting department, that it would be done for several days, then the arrows again, I had to explain everything myself. Upon check-in, I waited for more than 30 minutes, due to the fact that customers were notified by phone that they had already left, and asked to lower the suitcase, apparently the manager did not understand and they were charged another day for accommodation, the conflict could not be resolved immediately, screams, explanations, etc. and so on. At breakfast, a foreigner came to eat, they explained to him that breakfast was not included in the price of his fare, I heard his speech in English and realized that he was ready to pay extra, but due to a misunderstanding, he was advised to go to another hotel with such offers ... in general, there are advantages: the gym and pool are open around the clock, I can't say anything about the quality, I didn't manage to visit there. Also, upon check-in, I paid 51,000 for the room, when the signboard was that today the tariff was 45,000 tenge, the manager could not say anything about it, she referred that this was a promotion, etc. Well, in general, nothing intelligible. The room itself is standard: ordinary, clean, but not quite as we would like, stains on the tile, behind the toilet it was clear that the brush was handled carelessly and all the splashes were on the wall. The limiter on the floor from the shower door did not protect against water spillage, as a result, after taking a shower, all the water ended up in the bathroom itself :(. I had to turn on the heater in the room, as there was a draft due to the window closing loosely. The TV is big, but there was nothing interesting in the room. There was no bathrobe, 3 ordinary small towels, and that's about it.
Breakfast: continental, no one gives you scrambled eggs, maybe I didn't have time at 8:30 in the morning, in general, the usual standard breakfast without frills.
It is open on weekdays until 10:30
Coming back at 10:25, everything had already been cleaned and the coffee machines were being cleaned. The bar opened only at 12:00, so there was nowhere to get coffee, in any case, the staff did not provide alternatives, they only advised to go outside and buy on the Arbat…
For my money, Almaty rates are generally normal, but more if there are alternative options, I will choose another hotel. For example, the hotel on Dostyk 104a is much better and cooler, the staff there is more qualified and, in general, the rooms are better, well, the location is better
