I didn't like the hotel. The room smells of sewage, it's cold. The split system worked only for cooling, it was not possible to adjust for heat. In September, the nights are cold, it was not comfortable. There was no forced ventilation in the toilet. I will not come to this hotel a second time.

We were at the presentation, we liked the hotel. Fresh renovation, good location, it seemed to me that it was young and democratic, I saw that they even live with animals. We drank Line brew beer, I'm generally a fan of dark Guinness, but their dark is also excellent, which was pleasantly surprised. We have to go to them separately for steaks.

There are two hotels in the same building - the Novotel and the Ibis. She lived in Ibis. There is no water in the room - go into the corridor with a jug, no tea, no coffee, as in hotels that respect customers. Everything is explained by concern for the environment. Everything seemed to be clean, but there was some discomfort. A purely subjective opinion, of course. But with water, it's a fundamental point. It was the same in St. Petersburg in Ibis. And in the St. Petersburg Hotel - there was even a coffee maker in the room.

Modern minimalism. In general, a new youth modern hotel, an additional plus was the built-in restaurant Line brew. - they also provide breakfast.
The staff is new, don't pick on them. Location at 5+ (you are in the very party center, or rather at the very starting point - TSUM and ARBAT). The rooms are small but great.

Nice place, new rooms. The design in green tones is a good idea of the designer. The room has an Alice column and everything you need: towels, glasses, stove, microwave, all kinds of pots, cutlery, etc.

The new hotel is good. The hotel is in an ultramodern style - that's where the bad news is)).
Breakfast is scarce. You can eat enough, but there is no pleasure.
It is better not to stay for more than a couple of nights - you will live "out of a suitcase". The room has only one piece of furniture for hangers. There's nowhere to put socks.
It is possible to work from the room, but it is problematic: a stool with a back instead of a chair and a small piece of board sticking out of the wall, a replacement table, greatly complicate attempts to work.
Relaxing in the room is also not an option: instead of an armchair or couch, there is a stylish but uncomfortable swing hammock.
The photo shows ALL the furniture. Keep your underpants in the safe.
P.S. Traveling students like it. More or less budget-friendly.

I was here at a workshop with foreign colleagues. The conference room is pleasant, the tables can be rearranged. The Internet was working without interruption. On each table, the administration placed paper for notes, pens and water for each participant of the workshop. There was a huge screen on the wall. The air conditioner worked well. During coffee breaks, delicious pastries and canapes were served. Drinks include coffee from the coffee machine and delicious packaged tea. The lunch was very tasty. It was served on the ground floor in the restaurant. The food is delicious, drinks to choose from. Overall, I liked it. If you want to hold conferences or trainings, then the place is good.

A super tourist place. It is more suitable for those who come for a short time and do not spend much time in the room. I.e. it is inconvenient to work from this hotel. As for the location, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The windows inside overlook an enclosed courtyard in which crows scream loudly at night. The interior in the photos is interesting, but it feels like something reminiscent of the design of an airplane or train. Ie, you know such metal inserts around the perimeter, which have built-in flat buttons and light bulbs.
There is some kind of common theme related to music inside. Probably because of this, some Russian pop music was playing in the restaurant on the ground floor, and some terrible local music channel was playing on the TV by default)

Good hotel and service, the room has two bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher and an electric stove. One of the disadvantages is a very small gym, there is no pool and spa. If you hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door, they call the phone in the room, you have to turn it off.
