The Novotel, as always, is on the level. Nice clean rooms. But the price has become inflated. The breakfast area is small. It can be difficult to settle down. Russian Federation cards are not accepted. Be prepared to pay in cash.

A new hotel. The breakfasts are good. The furniture in the rooms is Scandinavian minimalism, similar to Ikea. There was a great lack of a kettle in the room (in the evening you can't drink tea in the room, only in a cafe) and a wardrobe for things: it's unusual to leave your wardrobe on display to everyone.

Great hotel. It is very different from the usual IBIS. Fresh, stylish and with excellent infrastructure. There is a gym and a sauna. Delicious, one of the best steakhouses in the city on the ground floor. The rooms are small, but that's the whole point of IBIS.

Nice hotel. It was reconstructed from the Soviet one, but very successfully. On the ground floor there is a great restaurant with good cuisine, and what surprised me was the excellent local beer. Staff. Friendly and friendly.

The spouse booked 2 rooms by phone a couple of weeks ago, at that time no prepayment was required to confirm the reservation. We agreed that we will pay on the spot in cash, there will be an early check-in, etc. In general, come and we are waiting for you very much…
Today, a day before arrival, they informed that they would cancel the reservation if the prepayment was not made today.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms are cramped, as they are frankly tiny. There is no separate closet for things. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the door does not lock on the latch. The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous. For such a cost of living, I would like better conditions. And the bird scaring system, which starts working somewhere from 5-6 in the morning, does not allow you to sleep even on weekends, as it works every day.

The customer orientation is disgusting. The first hotel out of hundreds I've stayed in where it costs money to open a bottle of wine in the room. Not finding a corkscrew in the room, I called the reception, suddenly it lies in some specially designated place. They say no, there is no corkscrew in the room, but you can order the service through rumservice, they will open it for you, but the service is paid. Called. Rumservice says we have a full boarding at the restaurant, wait about 40 minutes. If you can't even provide a paid service, maybe it would be more logical and more correct for guests to put corkscrews in the room, as most hotels have it?..
At breakfast by 10 o'clock there were only non-marketable dishes. The containers were empty, I waited for 10 minutes, hoping that they would bring it from the kitchen. But no.
