We were a family of three, two adults and one child. From 30.09 to 6.09.24.
Advantages:
The beach is clean, the water is clear, a lifeguard is on duty, only in the evenings brought jellyfish, but not a lot. The beach itself is next to the hotel, its own territory. They let you go to the sea from 7 a.m., the door is closed, and towels are not given out, but if you have a room on the 1st floor, with a terrace, then you can go from your room. For someone, this is a minus.
Food- everyone has a different taste, every evening a different cuisine. Mexican, American, Asian, Russian, Continental, Arabic. We only had breakfast and dinner included, but upon check-out, we went to lunch (240 dirhams for three), and it seemed to us that dinner would be more interesting.
Pool - there is a lifeguard, one small pool, for kids, the other with different depths, in one place 1.40 m at the other end 2.70 m, which is very convenient. And there is a Jacuzzi.
The room is clean, everything works. The sockets near the bed are universal, suitable for Russian chargers. We cleaned and changed towels and bed linen on time, put a bottle of 0.5 water per person, every day.
There are a lot of families with children, therefore, ours was not boring, as he quickly found friends.
The location is near a pharmacy, shops.
There is a prohibition in this emirate, so there is no alcohol.
Minuses:
The children's room is closed, it is under restoration, as we were told, and will work with animators in October. The restoration of the hotel, there was noise, but it is floating, today in one place, tomorrow in another. In the next room, they made a balcony.
Conclusion: if you are interested in just lying down, sunbathing, and swimming in the Persian Gulf, and if you have a child, and he can either have fun himself or get acquainted, then it is definitely worth it here, but if you are interested in discos and alcohol, then this is not here.

A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel several times a day to Dubai Mall and back. We went several times to walk along the Dubai Mall, look at the Burj Khalifa and fountains. There are connect rooms for large families. We lived on the 1st floor, side sea view. The room was nice, but there was dampness. Meals were taken 2 times a day, you can change dinner with lunch. We liked the lunches more than the dinners. Everything is delicious, but drinks are only included at breakfast. Towels are changed every day. Bed every 3 days. Beach towels are provided both in the morning and after lunch by cards. There are enough deck chairs for everyone. Friendly staff everywhere. They will always help. We took an excursion and accordingly did not have time for dinner that day, we were given a ticket for lunch on the day of departure. You can also arrange a 1.5-hour late check-out for free on the day of departure. Meals were taken full board. The food is fresh, there was no poisoning, as well as heartburn, and this is an indicator for me. The staff of the Meena restaurant are very friendly. The chef is present at the restaurant every day except weekends. All drinks are free for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner they are already for money. I liked everything: own separate beautiful clean beach, clean water, excellent sand, good sun beds (not cheap plastic), beach towels, several relaxation areas by the sea under palm trees and umbrellas, an outdoor cafe-bar with cocktails and fruits, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, water slide, fitness club, excellent animators, yoga, water gymnastics, tennis, water polo...It's not boring.
The room on the 2nd floor was slightly tired, it was immediately replaced by another beautiful room with a fresh renovation and sea view on the 4th floor without additional charges and unnecessary questions. The hotel was loaded to the brim and this is not surprising, there is a lot of demand for it, but the staff at the hotel is doing a great job. There was enough for everyone, and sun beds, and food, and a place in the pool...It was not boring, we held a lot of events, it was fun. The cleaning is good everywhere and the beach and the rooms are clean everywhere. If you tip for cleaning the room, then you are a super customer, the attention to you will be off the scale. There is plenty of drinking water in the rooms, they will bring as much as you need, if not enough, they will add it, the bar will be filled at your request. The food is excellent, the chefs try their best, they cook delicious and varied. We rested for two weeks, took breakfast and dinner, overeated ... (dinner can be changed to lunch at your request, if, for example, you leave in the evening for a restaurant or shopping ...) The hotel lobby is spacious with sofas, armchairs and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. The hotel has a pharmacy, shops with jewelry, beach accessories, souvenirs and even a fur salon. There are shops within walking distance of the hotel. There are two huge markets about 35-40 minutes walk from the hotel, you can take a taxi, of course, but we walked, it's more interesting, there is something to see, everything is clean. Be sure to visit the markets, it is oriental exotic and very interesting. At the clothing market, which is on the right side of the road there is a currency exchanger, the exchange rate is excellent. There is something to buy and something to see. To the right of the road there is a clothing and gold market, to the left there is a grocery store.
