A decent four ! Thanks to the chef for the excellent, high-quality and most importantly delicious food. We were unlucky with the weather - for 8 days we have never been able to swim - waves and cold water. We were surprised that at the end of March - the beginning of April and such cold water. It is a pity that the pool was not heated. Wi-Fi is good throughout and on the beach.
One of the disadvantages for me is a very soft mattress, but this is individual.

Wonderful beach hotel in the Emirate of Sharjah. Conveniently located right on the first coastline, excellent service, good breakfasts. An excellent heated pool and Jacuzzi are convenient in the cold season, there is a large water slide for children. From the hotel there are free transfers to several shopping malls in Sharjah, as well as to the Dubai Mall. Recording via the hotel app. There is an Oceanarium and several quite decent restaurants within walking distance. To the fish market 30 minutes on foot or 20 dirhams by taxi. In general, I liked everything. The only real drawback of the hotel is the presence of a cargo port and an oil complex 2 km away from it. But the water was clean, there were no smells. We were at this hotel in June 2022..the hotel impressed us.. The food is on top, especially really liked for dinner.. The only drawback for dinner was that you couldn't drink tea or coffee for free.. The restaurant is always clean, the waiters work well together. The beach is excellent, clean, well maintained,. The sea is a fairy tale! Warm water, fine sand. Super! The pool is not big, but there was enough space for everyone, no one crowded. it was a good entertainment slide, we rode in the water. The room was on the 4th floor 425 city view.in the morning, coffee on the Balcony is cool.. During the day, we dried the linen, in the evening we enjoyed the beauty of the city, bed linen was changed often, towels should be thrown on the floor to be changed. Tea, coffee, and water were replenished every day, even with excess.. But the cleaning is lame.. The balcony was never cleaned, the floor was sticky, they walked in slippers.. Construction is underway this year, I hope next year we will visit this hotel.

Cons that were very disappointing:
1. The reception staff hid from us at check-in that the all inclusive included room service from 22.00 to 7.00. After checking into the room at 6 a.m., we were told to wait an hour and go to a shared breakfast. The child couldn't stand it and fell asleep hungry. We took advantage of the fact that we did not yet know the options included in the all inclusive.
2. The hotel guide from the Russian express is not at all in the subject of how and according to what schedule additional restaurants work. Because of her misinformation, they could not eat on the last day and left hungry again. But they skillfully sell excursions to everyone.
3. The slide, praised by tour operators, does not work, and as always, no one knows anything.
4. The tour operator introduced this hotel to us as a children's hotel. It is NOT childish and is not suitable for children! The slide doesn't work, the kids' club is a tiny room with some rattles, the playground is generally tears, no one even went there. The pool is very deep, about 3m, which is very cool for adults, but not for children. There is no animation for children, only sports events 2-3 times a day and only for adults.
Dear tour operators and hotels, you should already establish contact with each other so that tourists receive normal and complete information BEFORE buying a tour, and not after.
Of the advantages, this is of course the location. Very well, on the shore of the bay. But it is important to note here, no one warns about this: out of 6 days of vacation, it was stormy for 5 days and swimming was forbidden. We swam for one day…
We also saw how the staff from the beach took out small snakes on a mop. We've seen it twice. Again, no one warns about this, I hope they are harmless.
The Swedish line is of course tiny, but this is compensated by very tasty dishes!
The hotel is open not only for guests, but also for everyone who pays for the day and can use the beach and pool. But in general, there was enough space for everyone.
The cleaning in the rooms is good, we cleaned the Enam, great job!

Just returned from vacation, rested at this hotel🥰 I will note the comfort, everything you need, at the hotel! The rooms are new, the ocean view is even from the bed! In the room there are slippers, bathrobes, all bath accessories, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. The balcony has 2 wicker chairs and a table. TV has already 7 Russian programs. The bed is comfortable, just huge!
Next, the foyer, it's just a buzz. At the entrance, the decor is made of fresh flowers in vases, they were changed every 4 days! Restaurant, pool and sea view, if you're lucky to sit by the window. A large aquarium serves as a partition. Space food, everything and for everyone and even baby food. Very tasty food!
There is a gym. Towels are given to the beach, passage through the pool and you are at the sea.
At 8.00 in the morning from the balcony it was already possible to observe such a picture, how were the towels on all the sun beds?!!!!! That's trash. And when you go out by 10.00 voila, there is no free sunbed. We took it to the pool and brought it to the sea, something like that.
There is a beach volleyball, a separate area next to the sea, lifting the ball a couple of times, I drove a booty😅
And if you are lovers of walking, excursions, then you can take a taxi or if you have friends, you can ride with them. I have a friend there, she drove us everywhere. We even went to Global Village, it's cool there.
If you are going somewhere, so as not to stand in wild traffic jams, you can go at 12.30-13.00 and back after 21.00, then the road will be comfortable. The prices in Dubai Mall are wild, you can go to the Outlet.

I will also note the excellent cuisine in the hotel. I don't know if the hotel is all inclusive or not, but breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant deserve praise: a lot, delicious, varied. Drinks are also very well prepared.
Russian Russian is spoken or understood by the staff for the most part (the hotel is completely "captured" by our compatriots, mostly families with children, so keep in mind - it's noisy, beautiful, crowded and always fun there). The staff is also attentive and hospitable.
Separately, it is worth noting the manager Kristina, who is constantly working to ensure that everyone is satisfied and get the most out of the rest. I also want to express my gratitude for the attention and gifts for our honeymoon from the hotel.
I took off one star, but there was something for it. There are also disadvantages in this hotel that you need to know about:
- a lot of things in the hotel are already worn out and require renovation
- the hotel is located in a zone far from everything. that is, there is simply nowhere to get out of the hotel and just walk, The nearest interesting places are at least 6 km away. Go only by taxi, buses do not go there
- there is a frozen construction site nearby, it does not interfere much, but it is there
- the restaurant on the shore is straight for a C... you can't wait to be approached during the day. One waiter in the evening. you need to pay right there, they don't write down the number. Perhaps this is due to the fact that most tourists do not go there, since they have everything included, but I believe that this should not reduce the level of service and operation of the restaurant. Excellent hotel, first line. We were there in November 2023. Our room was on the 4th floor, without complaints. We cleaned, bed linen, towels were changed every day. I stayed at this hotel in July 2024
Positive:
1. Polite employees. I didn't come across any boorishness or even a hint of such a thing. Everyone was emphatically polite.
2. I was checked in at 11 a.m., although they officially check in from 15:00.
3. The food was good for my taste. It was quite varied and tasty. The working time was also optimal. But without any frills.
4. Location. During the transfers for excursions and to/from the airport, I was in the most advantageous position. They were picked up last, and dropped off first.
5. Proximity to the sea. You need to literally go down to the 1st floor, walk 50 meters and you are already on the boat.
6. An empty beach. I always found a place on the sunbed in the shade.
7. A good room. I got a corner room with a huge balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. The room had everything you needed.
Cons:
1. Doors with poor sound insulation. The walls themselves are thick enough, but through the doors you could hear everything when you were walking down the corridor. I had a door to the next room in my room (apparently they do this for families), so I could hear everything perfectly when they were just talking. Fortunately, they were quiet.
2. Garbage that sailed from the sea in the form of empty plastic buds, some pieces of wood and other plastic. This happened regularly and noticeably. So much so that during the lunch break, the beach was littered with a thin strip of garbage near the sea and the staff had to clean it up.
3. For some reason, it was at our hotel that organisms on jet skis liked to hang out in the evenings. One of the rental locations was right on our beach. Instead of the sound of waves and the smell of the sea, you could enjoy the sounds and smells of the exhaust of these organisms for more than an hour.
P 2 and 3 are outside the formal area of responsibility of the hotel, but it is quite possible to somehow negotiate with the authorities or rental points
In general, I liked my stay at this hotel, but there is something to work on.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. We had a room with a sea view. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee. Daily 4 bottles of water (0.5 liters each). balcony with armchairs. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The food is delicious, but monotonous. There is always a choice. There is a children's menu... the beach is big, there are enough rods. 2 swimming pools - children's and adult, slide, Jacuzzi. Every day there is a free bus to shopping centers. The price is adequate. There are almost no foreigners. The staff speaks Russian. The hotel is not a party - for a relaxing holiday.
