Good afternoon, future tourists! I would like to tell you about our stay at this hotel. I'll start with the room: in general, the room is like a room, except for the fact that two people do not have to go apart. The room is poorly cleaned, the sheet is dirty. The room is located in the distance, as if in separate houses. All the hoods of the hotel come down exactly behind these rooms, so the hum is incredible, especially at night. If you come across numbers 7000 and beyond, it is better to change them if possible. The territory of the hotel is really interesting, the hotel is very wide, but narrow, so be prepared for queues in elevators, or for walking up the steps) The food is not bad, but, unfortunately, there are a lot of dirty plates and cutlery. If you sit at a distance, the waiter will not approach you and will not offer any drinks. In my opinion, this is due to a lack of staff. The poor waiters rush from table to table, trying to get them out in time. In this connection, we have a conflict situation.
My husband and I gathered food, went to the tables, saw one empty, but dirty. I asked the waiter to clean it up, and she went on to get something. When I came back 5-7 minutes later, the table was still dirty. The husband offered to move to an empty set table. That's what we did. As it turned out later, the table was reserved, although there was no sign on it. My husband, in turn, told me that as soon as I left, he once again asked the waiter to clean the table, but he cleaned everything else, and avoided ours, so he invited me to move. So, after we started dinner, the waiter came with the manager, who, without apologizing, did nothing, just brazenly "asked" us to move, we said that we would finish at this table. Then the manager just put up a reservation sign, like we were already sitting at a reserved table. Oh, after that, another manager came, who no longer just impolitely asked us to move, but threatened the guards that he would simply escort us out. Of course, we would have moved quietly, but with such an attitude, it was a matter of principle. The waiter blew our request, the administrators almost sent it. And after all, they also accused us of being in conflict, and they were very polite and all that.
The sea is excellent, there are no complaints about it.

Now we are vacationing here with children aged 4 and 15. The hotel is family-run. There are many children. Three water parks: for the smallest, for medium, for adults. There is also a slide on the sea. The beach is sandy, the water is warm, there is a pier from which you can dive. There is a children's room, children can be left to play. In the evenings, there is a mini disco where all the children go on stage to dance. Then the adult program. There is plenty of food, and when the restaurant closes, several cafes are open. Ice cream every day. The reception responds very quickly to requests. We were not asked for any additional payments. Only popcorn, hammam, massage are paid.

I liked the hotel...... but the boorish attitude of the staff crossed out all the positive emotions! At the restaurant for dinner on 06/03/2024 , one table was clean , the rest were not cleaned , we took the table , the waiter came up and asked to vacate the table , as if it were in reserve ( there was no sign ) we asked to be removed from another table so that we could move , ignoring our wishes , everyone tried to kick us out of the table !!!!!! At the same time , different managers came for 10 minutes and threatening the guards , without apologizing , none of them , with a bunch of dirty tables , instead of offering us a polite seat , they go and kick us out of the table !!!!! I don't understand, is this attitude only towards Russians, or does the administration not value all the guests???? We don 't live here for thanks , there are five of us and we didn 't pay a little money! And yet ..... we were all sober and did not try to make a scandal, they just did not accept to apologize, did they???? This is the first time this has happened in Turkey!!!! The hotel is 3+ and not 5+, there are a lot of disadvantages.
1. The room is not washed at all, it is not cleaned, in 8 days it was washed only once and shampoo was put on once.
2. For rooms with sea views, they ask for an additional fee of $ 20, although 5 years ago we did not pay anything for it.
3. Gas water was hidden in one refrigerator, which could not be found the first time, and ice cream is given at 14.00 to 17.00 and also hidden at the end of the hotel.

The most terrible hotel that I have ever met, Russians simply do not like, queues at the bar are long in life, if you come to the pier at the beginning of the disco, you will be able to take a drink after standing in line for an hour and a half, at the end of the disco, the bartenders are very weak and lazy, trying to serve primarily Turks, on there are umbrella stands on the pier, and there are almost no umbrellas , you are constantly queuing everywhere, the staff is as weak as possible, as if they recruited only inexperienced people, the choice in the dining room is not just meager, but there has never been a feeling of delight, for all the time I spent here I only had disgust, and there are also a lot of locals, if you just give them a reason to complain about you and call the police, I advise you to choose another hotel, do not repeat my mistake! I have nothing to praise here from the word at all, the hotel is old, shabby, the territory is small, there is no greenery, there are no locations for photos at all, the sand on the beach is dirty with rubble!

We were at this hotel from October 9 to October 16. I would like to say with what mood you will arrive, this will be the rest. We came to enjoy the sea, the sun and the good weather. All this was naturally in abundance. The hotel has advantages. Very polite staff, responsive. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day. Also, the minimum was always full (water, juices, soda). But the hotel itself is a little (very) tired. Sewerage does not work well almost everywhere, in the rooms, in the bathrooms on the floors and on the beach. By the way, the number was replaced for us without questions and even better given. The pools are clean. Sunbeds, pier and all beach equipment are washed and disinfected (witnessed). The animators are also well done, on top. In the children's and teen club, girls work one hundred%. I would like to tell the owner to pay attention, so that the renovation can already be carried out. The staff will not be able to take out the whole impression for a long time.

It was gorgeous weather, warm clean calm sea, because the hotel is located in a bay and there are no waves, especially in the afternoon, as often happens. Cool hotel! Rating 5+! Rested from 3.10.2023-9.10.2023 . I liked everything ! Food for 5, room 5 changed towels daily, refilled the refrigerator daily, fanta, cola mineral water, juice. The beach is gorgeous, sand entrance, umbrellas and sun loungers were always enough. I really liked the animation too! Concerts are daily from 8-9 children, 9-10 adults. The staff relations are good. The hotel is clean . Alcohol not diluted natural! In general, everything is 5+, let's eat more!!!!

For breakfast, only tea and water are available from drinks. Coffee machines are not refueled, hot water flows, a beverage machine without drinks, only cold water. The last two days just starved. I went in August 2023 with two relatively adult children (6 and 10). About 10 years ago, it seemed to me that 5 * is straight luxury. In fact, now it's 5 * well, this is where you can sleep, eat and who needs a drink. There's nothing special about the hotel. There are advantages. There are disadvantages. There is no territory. I entered the hotel from the road, and went out to the sea from the other side. Going for a walk is not about this hotel. The elevators are not very convenient. You cannot walk from the restaurant to the sea. Only through the elevator. Everyone praised the Irish pub on the ground floor. But there's such a stink. Well, words just can't convey it. The whole line in front of the pools: spa, towel distribution (they have a stupid work schedule. Something like up to 12-delivery, from up to 16- delivery. I don't remember exactly, but we didn't have time to take it or send it), a children's club, a store-everything is in smoke and a rotten stench. Everyone smokes there. Moms can breastfeed and smoke at the same time. Such wildness. Ugh. My children were sitting in the children's pool. They really liked it. Sometimes on the slides. But finding a sunbed next to the pool is an ideal. There are mostly free ones on the glass verandas. I didn't like the beach at all. It's kind of dirty. But there are really huge queues. For pizza in the main restaurant, for pasta in the restaurant by the slides... the food is basically normal. You can just take the chicken, it's always there, and vegetables, and not stand in line. Cool Chinese corner. I ate vegetables with meat in sweet and sour sauce for 7 days out of 10) there were also rolls ... on the outdoor veranda-shawarma or something else. Don't forget to sign up for an a la carte reception. There is no food for small children. Apart from a huge vat of carrots and some kind of vegetable puree. Therefore, the huge number of small children is strange. The kids' club is normal. A large room. You can leave the children. I liked the evening animation, but the children didn't. In the kids' club, for $ 10 you can buy and paint a T-shirt and the child will be handed it on stage at the evening show. Cool. Anyone who wants a scene is very pleased. The rooms are normal... we took a view of the road, but a nice woman gave us a view of the sea. I wanted to thank $ 200 (although the difference with the tour operator was $ 100 when booking), but we really just didn't have it). Well, the faucet was running... something else... but I personally don't care about the lantern. This is not my house. There is a shopping mall (relatively) near the hotel. You can take a walk, but you don't need to) there is nothing to do there) there is no water sports. It is necessary to climb over the parapet to the next hotel-you can ride there. The disco is exactly until 12. We went to bed late-the music didn't bother us. The double-glazed windows of the balcony are decent. They miss it, but not critically. There were a lot of dissatisfied people who wanted to change the room. They complained about a broken air conditioner and cockroaches. We didn't have one on the top floor. There are indeed rooms on the same floor as the restaurant. Someone said that the doors go straight to the restaurant, but this is not the case. In general, I do not advise with small children, with large ones-normal, without children-ideal. The weather in August was great. There are few Russians. There were Ukrainians. There were no conflicts. Baltic States, Lithuania, Latvia… Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran... mostly Turks. We were traveling without big requests. The sea and the sun are clean. I had a rest with my child on 29.10-8.11, I am very happy. Everything is at a decent level, good food, a show program every day in the evening. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They really want tourists to feel comfortable. The only drawback is the cleaning of the rooms. During the whole time of our stay, our room was not really cleaned! The floors have not been washed even once! We washed the toilet, the sink and changed the bed linen with towels. Well, at least they took out the trash. And so everything else is very good!

To get to Alanya itself, you need to cut 30 minutes by bus, only there you can feel the colorful Turkey.

I had a rest in Orange County Alanya from May 28 to June 4. This is the third time. As always, I was very pleased. Many thanks to the chefs and waiters. The food is wonderful and the service is excellent. Gulya works at the reception - she is very attentive, always positive. The rooms are cleaned every day and of high quality. Eric and Gulshat liked the staff at the SPA. There was a bit of a lack of animation, but I think it will be fun soon. I want to come with my grandchildren in October, and only to this hotel!!

Beautiful views, very good staff, I would like to single out a cleaner, a girl in my opinion from Kazakhstan, such a modest girl has never been seen, silently came, did her job efficiently and also did not leave! And most importantly, she didn't take tips, we had to give them to her ourselves! We have been returning to this hotel for 4 years in a row. We travel with 3 families. We like the hotel.I really love the pier and the soft beds. The food is varied. I really like the pasta that is prepared for you personally. There is only one thing upsetting.In many hotels, for regular tourists, there are small but pleasant bonuses. For example, an upgrade of the room category upon check-in or a discount on the surcharge for a room with a sea view. In this hotel, regular tourists are not pampered with attention. It is sad. There is a disabled person in our company and I always want to settle closer to the restaurant and the beach.
