The food is monotonous, but there are enough types of meat, a lot of things, there is no sea of products, there is everything from fruits except Watermelons and bananas, apparently it is not the season.
For alcohol, imported ones ended for some reason, although the hotel is full, local people remained, and not all of them, they do not know how to make cocktails at all, they pour a lot of alcohol, the staff is Kyrgyz and Turks, there are no problems with Russian

But, there is no territory at all, immediately after the pool there is a descent to the sea. We didn't go to the animation more than 1 time, everything is the same, the bartender is reluctant to pour Russian) champagne and cocktails are not even offered, whoever finds out for himself is well done. And the cocktails are decent, they give nuts, but also, not to everyone, many do not know about it. At the reception you can get a branded beach bag, too, I saw by chance how they gave it out, they themselves do not offer. Many of our Russians, I think, have remained without all this) the guide is not an assistant in this matter, he needs to sell excursions. I liked the hotel itself and the pool, these are the shortcomings associated with the staff. So, who eats, be brave! Everything is due to you, we don't even know about many services. The sea was warm, we were in early October. There is also a descent to the sea from the pontoon, but there is also a sandy entrance, however, there are a lot of kids there. The restaurant is huge, the choice is great, but, like everywhere else, everything repeats itself, but you will not stay hungry and sober. We stayed at this hotel in October 2021. I chose the hotel for a very long time, many wrote good reviews. But this is the worst hotel I've been to. The room is not cozy, very dirty, the bed linen is gray. In the restaurant, the tables and chairs are all dirty, there is simply no service, there is a lot of food, but it is of the same type and does not exactly pull 5, the drinks are disgusting. We managed to catch a couple of days when a cocktail was made with a martini in the bar on the reception floor, when the drinks ran out they were not brought, they made cocktails from what was left. It was a very good coffee shop. Soft sun beds need to be occupied at 6 a.m. otherwise they will not be available. There were discos, but the DJ was terrible. We came with two families, we were very upset. We will never go to this hotel again and will not advise anyone.

We are still vacationing at this hotel and I already want to write a review so that people do not buy a tour here. Everything would be fine, BUT it's impossible to get enough sleep in this hotel. The hotel is located right by the road and half of the rooms face the road, where it is noisy around the clock. The second half is at sea, but with an additional payment of $ 10 per day, but all the entertainment takes place by the sea and you can't sleep late, especially the children do not sleep. But there are also the ends of the hotel and we were so glad that we were settled neither on one side nor on the other. But they were happy early. Our end faces an unfinished hotel and there was hope for a quiet room. In the evening, we heard music from the amphitheater, as if it were in the room, but since we didn't sleep on the plane at night, it didn't bother us at first. From 4-5 in the morning we wake up to the crowing of a rooster, which is 1.5 meters away from us, just IN FRONT of the room. Neither the closed balcony nor the operation of the air conditioner saves. Then the roll call with the other roosters begins, a little further away. And every 10-20 seconds, roosters are crowing. It is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep FURTHER AT ALL!! It is not clear why the hotel administration does not take measures to protect its hotel from extraneous sounds? Why not ban the settlement of these roosters near the recreation area? There is a whole chicken coop near the hotel and there is not one rooster, but several. The hotel has already lost us as tourists, and there are 6 of us. We are not picky and everything suits us here. There is enough food, though fruits are only apples and oranges. Melon and grapes are not always available and the plum is over. Why are there no pomegranates? It's the season now. We rested in August in Alva Donna in Belek, there are countless fruits and food, but I understand that the categories are different, but I also eat apples in St. Petersburg. It is scarce for fruits. The rest is quite tolerable. I really like wooden platforms. And also about Ultra all inclusive. The word Ultra is unclear. What is included in this word? Alcohol a la imported? So we poured it out the first time. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to drink. It's a terrible swill. Like a Bailey made of vodka with sweet coffee. Brrr, disgusting, champagne is gas. wine. In general, the RESULT is: we are living without sleep and will never come back here again. Definitely a super all-inclusive holiday hotel.
Excellent responsive staff, well-coordinated and effective team. Lots of various animations, 6 pools, a beach (only pebbles), a pier, bars, cocktails, discos and foam parties everywhere. There is a different program every evening.
For children: water park 4 slides, mini club from 10 to 00! Children 3.5 and 8 liked it very much, they did not want to leave.
The cuisine is diverse, every evening themed dishes: lamb, duck, partridges, fish, full of fruits and sweets, in addition to the main restaurant there are: sushi, pasta, pizza, bakery, ice cream and snacks, it is not an option to stay cold.
My family and I really liked it, I definitely recommend it for those who like this kind of vacation plan.

A youth hotel, a lot of young Russian-speaking girls and young single Turkish guys, very tasty food, pizza, pasta, sushi, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are also very tasty, the hotel is clean and cozy, many Turkish families with kids, an additional $ 10 per room per day for a sea view. The hotel is worthy of its 5. Very beautiful, cozy, clean, polite staff, excellent cuisine, good entrance to the sea. The only disadvantage on the day of arrival is that they settle on the 1st floor, this is the basement, the rooms are dark and smell damp. On the first day, you can check into a nice room, if you only pay $ 7 extra per day for the entire vacation period, but the sea view is awesome. We rested from 17 06 2021 to 29 06 The hotel is a real anthill.. There is no normal service. He's just missing. Tourists are like herrings in a tight barrel, the territory is small, although there are a lot of sun loungers, you have to run in the morning to take up places for sunbathing and swimming.
There are no words about nutrition just out of indignation! The dining room (not a restaurant) is one for the whole crowd, eternally hungry, and mostly vacationers with children In this dining room is a real bedlam when you go to eat, especially at lunchtime and for dinner. The queues are endless for food, almost any kind. (by the way, you don't see much variety, it's the same every day) Although you can disinfect your hands everywhere, I think it won't help, you can get infected safely in such an unruly crowd. Moreover, food is also limited, I saw some people asking to put more, to which the staff shakes their heads negatively.There are a lot of children, while ice cream is given only in one place and only at a certain time. The rooms are cleaned formally, somehow.. A chic hotel, I liked everything literally. Starting with the room and ending with the beautiful weather. An abundance of food, well, why so much. The aroma of the rolls is maddening, everything is very tasty, always fresh. There is a huge selection of pies, it is impossible to resist. Sushi, pasta... You can list them endlessly. Bed linen is changed every day. Ice cream for every taste.. The program is gorgeous in the evenings. And the children's room, so it's generally a gift for parents, many thanks to the guys who work with the kids. Children have learned dancing, as soon as they hear familiar music, they are already dancing. The sea is within walking distance. Our family is absolutely delighted.

It's the worst hotel I've ever visited.I rested here recently from 06/27 to 07/21. Do not meet a hotel by its clothes.To take a sunbed, you need to get up at 6 in the morning.there are simply not enough sun loungers.The staff does not respond to disturbances.And the dining room just killed me.Queues are like in a mausoleum.Get ready to stand for an hour or two, there are not enough tables, and since I was with a child, you run around the second circle with two plates in your hands and run around looking for a table, the table is found behind the second one.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It's just an endurance test, not a rest.It cannot be described in words.You are treated as if you are vacationing here for free, but if you are a Turk, then you will be served without waiting in line, they are at home here.The staff simply ignores all objections that they climb without waiting in line.Here's an honest review for you.I can't wait to get away from here.I wouldn't even put a star on it.

I rested 2 times, the last one in late August and early September 2020. The hotel has changed for the worse, the staff does not solve problems and is generally rude. For 7 nights, the air conditioner turned off, and with the coming of the sun, a miracle happened and it worked again (apparently there is a program to turn off at night). And all these days I asked to fix it, every day they told me they wrote an application, but it wasn't their worries that didn't come, and all this with a grin, only one of the managers called the master for the 7th night, after I promised him to sleep in the corridor, since in such heat it was the only way out. Alcohol is only locally produced, very poor, the variety of snacks has decreased, there are no more gemzle tortillas, burgers, etc. The draft ketchup was replaced with a portion one, but of such poor quality that it did not look like sauce, rather like jelly, so it was not possible to eat French fries and other similar things. There were practically no fish on the menu, the food was not bad but monotonous, there were not enough tables when the tables were not fully loaded, a small beach (preferably not to go during the season), cleaning was just for show, bed linen was not changed, a towel only if it was thrown on the floor. But most of all I was outraged by the attitude, on the day of departure at exactly 12 o'clock the "manager" burst in, told me to leave the room immediately, I was changing clothes at that time, I asked to close the door and let me get dressed and then I would immediately leave, but he opened the door wide open to humiliate me even more and began it's brazen to wait for me to get dressed, I haven't seen this anywhere, it's good that my son came out at that time and didn't see this shame. After hastily putting on a sweatshirt, I grabbed my things and ran out of the room, he asked with a grin if he could help me carry my things, as I had not forgotten anything during such an eviction, and after all, it was possible to wait 2 minutes. Last year, we waited until 4 o'clock to vacate the room and no one kicked out the guests like that, of course, it's not the same thing, but it's not the same to do it, especially since it was only 12 and the hotel was already half empty. In general, apparently they no longer think that someone will return to them, they are working on their former glory.

A wonderful family vacation! ☑️Awesome lobby, lots of sofas to wait for the room and when leaving the hotel.
☑️Spacious, bright room. Excellent restaurant, a variety of dishes.
☑️ Super pastry shop with sweets, ice cream of various types plus Turkish coffee.
☑️There are a lot of sofas and sun beds on the beach.
☑️Every evening there is a show program. The waiters work well - I would like to especially mention Adem Yasar.
☑️Constant room cleaning.
The disadvantage of the hotel is a small beach by the sea, dirty, there is no territory for walking.
In general, there is a feeling of CELEBRATION throughout the rest!!!

We visited this hotel in April 2019. The first thing I liked was the excellent service at the reception, quick check-in! Special thanks to Gula, a professional in her field, she explained everything, told me, gave wonderful rooms with sea views! Such service has not been seen anywhere else! Clever girl, thanks again! For the sake of such people, I want to come back again! The second thing I really liked was the food! A huge selection for every taste! It is rare to see this in any hotels, it is simply impossible to stay hungry! There is everything, even for the most fastidious! But since everything is not enough for Russians, we went to a paid Turkish restaurant on the Map! There are no words! Such a selection of dishes has not been seen anywhere else and for only $ 6 per person! Several types of snacks, salads, delicious soups, top-class hot dishes and after all this awesome desserts! Of course, we didn't even eat half of it! The service is at the highest level! We didn't have time to drink the drinks, the waiters are already here at your service! Vacation in Turkey. Expectation/Reality
I broke my right arm very seriously on vacation at the Orange county Albania hotel, but it is already obvious that no one has been held responsible for my mistake so far!! I will not back down❗️we have the same health‼️
From September 8-14, my boyfriend and I were vacationing in Alania Orange County. On September 9, at lunchtime, after eating, we walked down the corridor to the room. I fell as hard as I could on the slippery tile at the elevator. The pain is unbearable. When I tried to get up, I couldn't "lift" my right hand off the floor, helping, my left hand was sliding on something spilled on that very tile.
I couldn't get up on my own. The hotel staff came running in a crowd (I fell right under the eye of "big brother"), among them was a cleaner who "secretly" decided to wipe the floor next to me (coincidence? I don't think so).
In the office of the hotel nurse, it turned out that he did not understand anything about injuries (which is very strange, knowing the level of medicine in Turkey). And Ingosstrakh does not cooperate at all with hospitals near our hotel (and how could we even be insured in this hotel then?). Collect receipts for the assistance provided, they say. We refused and were picked up by a car from the nearest hospital anyway.

At the nearest hospital in Konakov, it turned out that I had a closed comminuted fracture of the proximal head of the right radius with displacement of bone fragments. What do you think? I think it's gorgeous.
They sent me to the second, advanced hospital in Alanya, where I was hospitalized. After a couple of alcohol tests and a long wait for Ingosstrakh's approval, I was operated on under general anesthesia. They cut my arm, took out the fragments, couldn't put the pins, well, and..sewed up. The memory of a lifetime's rest♨️Now there is a hole in the place where the radius is attached to the elbow! You can see it on the X-ray.
The next day I was discharged, given recommendations and prescribed medications. Ingosstrakh said to collect all the checks (done!). What's the use? Upon returning to Russia, we wrote a statement at the main office of Rostov-on-Don, attached the checks. As a result, a month later, an amount in the amount of 1015rubles was credited to my card. I ask you to note that there was not a single check with such an amount.
At the Ingosstrakh hotline, I still did not find out what this amount was and whether there would be any more payments, since the operator could not figure it out. It seems like she sees something there under consideration. To this day, I have not received any more money from the insurance company. My friends, when you are an insured tourist, do not relax and do not trust the valiant insurers (and Ingosstrakh is still in good standing!)!!’

They turned out to be even less compliant and conscientious. Firstly, the hotel is not to blame, of course! And if you want to prove it, please! To get the footage from the cameras, you need gendarmes and an interpreter at your own expense! Great, and where to get it and who will reimburse us for these services? We gently hinted that they should not be sick, and asked them to at least do bandages once every two days. The hotel politely agreed to provide assistance for only 20💵 for one procedure😂 thank you, no need!

On September 11, a sweet note was left in our room: "Dear Anna, get well" and a "dead" cake with fruits that can be consumed, only with the note "dead fruits" (not to be confused with dried fruits)

It's amazing, because the territory has its own cool pastry shop. We carefully took the cake out into the hallway. The hotel did not contact us in any way anymore, as if nothing had happened.

We have read the judicial practice. The lawyers advised us to communicate further with the Tour Operator, he is responsible for us while the tourist is on vacation.
We have written an official appeal through the travel agency and have done everything necessary. We ask you to reimburse our "successful" vacation, which we decided on for a long time (a special year), earned money, and as a result, due to the fault of the hotel, from the second day of our stay our life turned into utter hell! I think the refund is very fair and even small, considering the "cost" of health! And the fact that the vacation did not work out♿ Movement, nutrition, and just living with such an injury after surgery was simply unbearable!

We are still taking out the consequences of this vacation! I have been unable to work for almost 2 months, and I have received such injuries that in order to live as before, I will have to have an elbow prosthesis‼️ the operation is difficult, very expensive, and the rehabilitation is incredibly long!!
It is now the beginning of November, the tour operator has not given any response. It's scary to live in our country! Imagine what would happen to such an "honest" company in America or Europe.
If you don't want it in a good way, as I understand it, it will be in a bad way. Please note! Your tourist was seriously injured by the fault of the hotel, you are not contributing in any way, and I am absolutely not concerned about the situation in the travel business. I'm also tense now with 💵💵💵

I really liked the hotel, we will definitely return to it again. The cuisine is beyond praise (its own pastry shop, pizzeria, sushi restaurant, 8 types of ice cream throughout the day). Professional evening shows. The miniclub, from which the children do not want to leave, is open until 12 at night. The fish festival is beyond praise. I have never met such kind-hearted and selfless waiters in any hotel in Turkey, where I have been 12 times.

We rested from October 1 to October 13 . The hotel is a nice, cozy room. Our windows faced the highway, but it didn't bother us, because they only came to the room to change clothes, take a shower, and for the night. The food is good, everything is delicious. Any fastidious person will find something to their taste. The staff is very friendly, mostly guys from the former Soviet Union work, so there is no language barrier. The beach is shallow- sandy, small. They mostly hang out with the kids. We sunbathed and swam on the pier. Very cool! The animation is not bad, it is designed for a week. Ie, the replay starts on Monday. But we are indifferent to it. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel. BUT! Those who like to hang out outside the hotel are definitely not here! There is absolutely nowhere to go! Once you can go to the Grand bazaar (15 minutes to the left from the hotel across the street). The same Gardener. Pomegranate sauce was offered to us there for $ 4, then dropped to $ 2. We were very surprised that we didn't buy it. And in a small market not far from the hotel, the same sauce for 0.37 tour.lira.
