We are still vacationing at this hotel and I already want to write a review so that people do not buy a tour here. Everything would be fine, BUT it's impossible to get enough sleep in this hotel. The hotel is located right by the road and half of the rooms face the road, where it is noisy around the clock. The second half is at sea, but with an additional payment of $ 10 per day, but all the entertainment takes place by the sea and you can't sleep late, especially the children do not sleep. But there are also the ends of the hotel and we were so glad that we were settled neither on one side nor on the other. But they were happy early. Our end faces an unfinished hotel and there was hope for a quiet room. In the evening, we heard music from the amphitheater, as if it were in the room, but since we didn't sleep on the plane at night, it didn't bother us at first. From 4-5 in the morning we wake up to the crowing of a rooster, which is 1.5 meters away from us, just IN FRONT of the room. Neither the closed balcony nor the operation of the air conditioner saves. Then the roll call with the other roosters begins, a little further away. And every 10-20 seconds, roosters are crowing. It is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep FURTHER AT ALL!! It is not clear why the hotel administration does not take measures to protect its hotel from extraneous sounds? Why not ban the settlement of these roosters near the recreation area? There is a whole chicken coop near the hotel and there is not one rooster, but several. The hotel has already lost us as tourists, and there are 6 of us. We are not picky and everything suits us here. There is enough food, though fruits are only apples and oranges. Melon and grapes are not always available and the plum is over. Why are there no pomegranates? It's the season now. We rested in August in Alva Donna in Belek, there are countless fruits and food, but I understand that the categories are different, but I also eat apples in St. Petersburg. It is scarce for fruits. The rest is quite tolerable. I really like wooden platforms. And also about Ultra all inclusive. The word Ultra is unclear. What is included in this word? Alcohol a la imported? So we poured it out the first time. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to drink. It's a terrible swill. Like a Bailey made of vodka with sweet coffee. Brrr, disgusting, champagne is gas. wine. In general, the RESULT is: we are living without sleep and will never come back here again. Definitely a super all-inclusive holiday hotel.
Excellent responsive staff, well-coordinated and effective team. Lots of various animations, 6 pools, a beach (only pebbles), a pier, bars, cocktails, discos and foam parties everywhere. There is a different program every evening.
For children: water park 4 slides, mini club from 10 to 00! Children 3.5 and 8 liked it very much, they did not want to leave.
The cuisine is diverse, every evening themed dishes: lamb, duck, partridges, fish, full of fruits and sweets, in addition to the main restaurant there are: sushi, pasta, pizza, bakery, ice cream and snacks, it is not an option to stay cold.
My family and I really liked it, I definitely recommend it for those who like this kind of vacation plan.

A chic hotel, I liked everything literally. Starting with the room and ending with the beautiful weather. An abundance of food, well, why so much. I rested 2 times, the last one in late August and early September 2020. The hotel has changed for the worse, the staff does not solve problems and is generally rude. For 7 nights, the air conditioner turned off, and with the coming of the sun, a miracle happened and it worked again (apparently there is a program to turn off at night). And all these days I asked to fix it, every day they told me they wrote an application, but it wasn't their worries that didn't come, and all this with a grin, only one of the managers called the master for the 7th night, after I promised him to sleep in the corridor, since in such heat it was the only way out. Alcohol is only locally produced, very poor, the variety of snacks has decreased, there are no more gemzle tortillas, burgers, etc. The draft ketchup was replaced with a portion one, but of such poor quality that it did not look like sauce, rather like jelly, so it was not possible to eat French fries and other similar things. There were practically no fish on the menu, the food was not bad but monotonous, there were not enough tables when the tables were not fully loaded, a small beach (preferably not to go during the season), cleaning was just for show, bed linen was not changed, a towel only if it was thrown on the floor. But most of all I was outraged by the attitude, on the day of departure at exactly 12 o'clock the "manager" burst in, told me to leave the room immediately, I was changing clothes at that time, I asked to close the door and let me get dressed and then I would immediately leave, but he opened the door wide open to humiliate me even more and began it's brazen to wait for me to get dressed, I haven't seen this anywhere, it's good that my son came out at that time and didn't see this shame. After hastily putting on a sweatshirt, I grabbed my things and ran out of the room, he asked with a grin if he could help me carry my things, as I had not forgotten anything during such an eviction, and after all, it was possible to wait 2 minutes. Last year, we waited until 4 o'clock to vacate the room and no one kicked out the guests like that, of course, it's not the same thing, but it's not the same to do it, especially since it was only 12 and the hotel was already half empty. In general, apparently they no longer think that someone will return to them, they are working on their former glory.

Every evening there are discos, children's and adult animation. The food is delicious. I broke my right arm very seriously on vacation at the Orange county Albania hotel, but it is already obvious that no one has been held responsible for my mistake so far!! I will not back down❗️we have the same health‼️
From September 8-14, my boyfriend and I were vacationing in Alania Orange County. On September 9, at lunchtime, after eating, we walked down the corridor to the room. I fell as hard as I could on the slippery tile at the elevator. The pain is unbearable. When I tried to get up, I couldn't "lift" my right hand off the floor, helping, my left hand was sliding on something spilled on that very tile.
I couldn't get up on my own. The hotel staff came running in a crowd (I fell right under the eye of "big brother"), among them was a cleaner who "secretly" decided to wipe the floor next to me (coincidence? I don't think so).
In the office of the hotel nurse, it turned out that he did not understand anything about injuries (which is very strange, knowing the level of medicine in Turkey). And Ingosstrakh does not cooperate at all with hospitals near our hotel (and how could we even be insured in this hotel then?). Collect receipts for the assistance provided, they say. We refused and were picked up by a car from the nearest hospital anyway.

At the nearest hospital in Konakov, it turned out that I had a closed comminuted fracture of the proximal head of the right radius with displacement of bone fragments. What do you think? I think it's gorgeous.
They sent me to the second, advanced hospital in Alanya, where I was hospitalized. After a couple of alcohol tests and a long wait for Ingosstrakh's approval, I was operated on under general anesthesia. They cut my arm, took out the fragments, couldn't put the pins, well, and..sewed up. The memory of a lifetime's rest♨️Now there is a hole in the place where the radius is attached to the elbow! You can see it on the X-ray.
The next day I was discharged, given recommendations and prescribed medications. Ingosstrakh said to collect all the checks (done!). What's the use? Upon returning to Russia, we wrote a statement at the main office of Rostov-on-Don, attached the checks. As a result, a month later, an amount in the amount of 1015rubles was credited to my card. I ask you to note that there was not a single check with such an amount.
At the Ingosstrakh hotline, I still did not find out what this amount was and whether there would be any more payments, since the operator could not figure it out. It seems like she sees something there under consideration. To this day, I have not received any more money from the insurance company. My friends, when you are an insured tourist, do not relax and do not trust the valiant insurers (and Ingosstrakh is still in good standing!)!!’

To get the footage from the cameras, you need gendarmes and an interpreter at your own expense! Great, and where to get it and who will reimburse us for these services? We gently hinted that they should not be sick, and asked them to at least do bandages once every two days. I really liked the hotel, we will definitely return to it again. The cuisine is beyond praise (its own pastry shop, pizzeria, sushi restaurant, 8 types of ice cream throughout the day). I have never met such kind-hearted and selfless waiters in any hotel in Turkey, where I have been 12 times.

Our windows faced the highway, but it didn't bother us, because they only came to the room to change clothes, take a shower, and for the night. The food is good, everything is delicious. Any fastidious person will find something to their taste. The staff is very friendly, mostly guys from the former Soviet Union work, so there is no language barrier. The beach is shallow- sandy, small. They mostly hang out with the kids. We sunbathed and swam on the pier. Very cool! The animation is not bad, it is designed for a week. Ie, the replay starts on Monday. But we are indifferent to it. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel. BUT! Those who like to hang out outside the hotel are definitely not here! There is absolutely nowhere to go! Once you can go to the Grand bazaar (15 minutes to the left from the hotel across the street). The same Gardener. Pomegranate sauce was offered to us there for $ 4, then dropped to $ 2. We were very surprised that we didn't buy it. And in a small market not far from the hotel, the same sauce for 0.37 tour.lira.
