Hello everyone. This is my first review of hotels in general. Don't judge me harshly. I'll write it as it is.
Orange County 5* Hotel. We were invited by friends to relax in Turkey. And here we are. I will tell you that this is our first time in Turkey. Looking ahead, the attitude of the staff towards the guest is 3. But with a smile. A 5* hotel. Ultra is all on.
A room with an additional charge of $ 70 for 10 nights. It wasn't easy to get it either. Although it's a lot of money.

The room is generally a separate topic. The quality of service is lame. But that's just our opinion. On the second day, they asked 4 times to clean the room, by the evening they had tidied up, but with great displeasure to the guests.
There are 4 people living here. Two adults and two children, 13 years old son and 5 daughter.
Towels were prepared for just three of us. They asked for another set, they brought it to us. But on the second day there are generally two sets for everyone. You will have to contact the reception again. It seems like a trifle, but there are troubles and a loss of time on vacation, which is very little.
After cleaning, two urns were full all day. The cravats were filled up so-so. Pillows are simply thrown against the walls, and which one will fall, and will wait for the guests. The ashtray did not change, but simply the remnants of cigarettes were thrown out of the old one and put back with the ashes. We were outraged by this. We went to the reception with this and brought them an ashtray. A young man met us. We asked him how to contact the manager of the hotel. To which he replied to us in broken Russian that he would solve our problems. They were just words. In fact, nothing was solved. And this is a 5 star hotel. I will continue to write a review.

I really liked the Orange County Hotel in Alanya.Everything is thought out at the highest level for tourists.It is very beautiful in the hotel itself, as well as in the swimming and sunbathing area, as well as everything is convenient. Excellent food, cheerful animators and friendly staff of the hotel. The only thing is whether there will be enough elevators when there will be a large influx of vacationers.I wish all the staff of this hotel and also the managers great success and that your guests would always be satisfied.

We've never been to this hotel again. 134 tr. for this sucks.
The photos were taken at the time of check-in. I have never seen a dirtier room anywhere!!!
To top it all off, the child was hit in the pool and lo and behold - it was these cameras that were not working at that moment. And why? It's just that the Turks were to blame and we are cattle for them. And no matter how much you pay, we will remain wallets and not people. The rules don't allow me to write everything I think about this place.

Good afternoon! I hope my feedback will be useful. The hotel positions itself at 5 stars, in fact it barely reaches 4 stars. The only thing I liked was the large swimming pool and the nearest hammam, though outside the hotel. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly, complaints about cleaning are not considered, there is a lot of food in the dining room, but it is not tasty and of the same type, for 8 days of stay in hotels, there were no normal sea products at all, there was an incomprehensible fish of one kind and that's it!!!. The guide Suleiman is generally pissed off, brazenly pushes into three expensive excursions, says that we ARE OBLIGED to buy them from him, since he also wants to earn money when they cost twice as much around the corner of the hotel. The hotel is definitely family-run and suitable for children's recreation, but not for young people. There is very little greenery on the territory of the hotel, everything is sparse.

Of the cons:
- They don't clean the room, we ran after them so that the towels would at least be changed.We had to take it ourselves.
- Complaints are ignored at the reception.That is, you see that they have recorded a complaint, but in fact no one is doing anything.
- There was a blockage in the sink.They reported on the second laziness.When they left, no one came.
- The table lamp has fallen on its side.
- There is no water pressure in the shower.
-Air conditioning does not work in all rooms.
- The guides, with whom the meeting the next morning is very aggressive, not just offers excursions, but zombies.
- First they gave me a room without windows and a balcony!!!Lower level than it is listed in the tour.(there was a Standard in the tour).They called the tour operator and she said that the number did not match the one stated.The second room was given with a view of the air conditioning and the road.For an additional fee of $ 7 per day, we took a sea view.And we realized that the road might not be the worst option)The music is very loud from morning to night.I had to buy earplugs.Not much, but it helped.

Good day! We were at this hotel in early May. The hotel itself and the rooms are 5. But the territory of the hotel barely reaches 3. The area is small, the beach itself is small and not very clean. It felt like on the city beach of the Kama River. Fortunately, there is a pier where you can sunbathe, but it is not always convenient to dive from it. The restaurant, the food is fine, BUT it's weak for ultra. At 16:00, the entire food zone closes and there is nothing except cakes, so you go hungry until 19:00. For children, of course, paradise) there are many and varied animations, however, as well as for adults. The only thing I didn't like was that towels are not changed during the day, and you walk around with wet ones. I had to use cunning, hand over the towel and take it again after a few minutes. And so in general, the norms are solid 3. I can not recommend this hotel. Good luck to you, the owners of the hotel, I hope you will correct the mistakes. So far, only 3.

As they are now called the "budget five", this is exactly the name the hotel deserves. Food -5, sea-5, sun-5. That's it! The rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed, there are not enough chairs in the dining area, you stand with a plate and wait. There is no solution to any problems! The air conditioner did not work for all 15 days-they left and it did not work! The rooms were never cleaned! The hair dryer broke - it was never fixed. The society is 70+. The rest are local! For people who were at 5 *, I do not recommend it. The price of the tour is very high!

Compact, well-thought-out territory, there are always enough sun beds, an excellent pier, there is a sandy (not a large beach). The rooms are fresh, cleaned regularly, the mini bar is replenished daily. Everything is neat. There are many Russian-speaking waiters. Children's animators are great, animators for everyone else are not bad either. Sometimes they forgot about volleyball and did not assemble teams.the food is without frills, but more or less. Wishes: open the towel dispenser an hour earlier and close at least at 18-30, not at 18-00. There is no person who regulates the order of children's trips on the slides (water slides).

Everything you need for 5 is present: good food, drinks and local alcohol in abundance. When the hotel was fully loaded, there were no large queues anywhere.
A small beach with pebbles, and a large well-equipped pier with sun beds, a bar and access to the water.
Every evening there is a good animated show and a disco until midnight.
Within walking distance there are supermarkets, large markets, car rental.

A territory without a green zone, vacationing Turks behave disgustingly, only they are allowed to settle in without their samovar, so they stare at strangers. The hotel is boring, the food is not bad, the rooms are clean, even if they are old, going to the sea even from the beach, even from the pier. The hotel is worth the money.

When we arrived at the hotel, our passports were taken from us at the reception and told to wait. We sat on our suitcases for an hour and watched how the locals were served. It ruined the impression.
