Just laughter and horror at the sight/use of the bank's app on iOS. It's a fake, not an app. There is no transaction history, just format the statement. Support does not have my phone number, although I provided this information. A screenshot from the 2023 app. Transactions are displayed randomly in the transaction history, and I use the bank card every day.
Disable the app without notification in the app itself!- the apogee of the piggy attitude towards customers, SMS mailing is perceived as spam, and the bank's application does not have push notifications. It's just a disgrace. Incompetent work of first-line and second-line support specialists.
I don't have enough epithets here, I was there only recently and in my understanding this is a real bank for clients (individuals). Everything was solved with one employee, quickly, kindly and with willingness to help. The staff also apologized for the long queue. But this is not from bad work, on the contrary they are too good. In general, may Allah grant them development and more branches. Well, I really wish other banks to learn.
