Just Georgia and Tbilisi, respect!
To be honest, it should be of the highest level and properly repair the similar capital Moscow. And Tbilisi is a beautiful city and so many tourists visit, is the mayor not aware, namely, aware that the waiting room almost does not exist!
To be honest, the score is no more than 3, even 2, but Georgia and its atmosphere and for its sake I put it in the "5"!
It is better to make investments to build a new and modern bus station in accordance with the Georgian capital, and there should be shades of national architecture! Sincerely, Armenian brothers 👍
I put five only out of respect for the city of Tbilisi, if I'm serious, it doesn't work there, but there is a cafe nearby and I want to say a few words about it, I was there eating khinkali and khachapuri, I recommend it to guests of passing "rafs" there they can eat delicious food and relieve themselves, and if you need to if you want to visit certain locations in Georgia , then you need the Didube bus station 👌
They decided to take the bus to Vladikavkaz, first the bus had a broken wheel, a 2-hour stop for repairs, then they were detained at the border for 6 hours, they said the bus driver took a parcel with a dagger, and it turns out because of the selfish driver the whole bus, including 2 grandmothers, one 82 years old, the other 85 years old, and a whole big bus We sat in the heat for about 6 hours under the turned-on stove and couldn't sleep, it was hot. That is, all the good impression about Georgia was spoiled by a frivolous driver, you can say bad things about him very easily, but I will not stoop to his level. The bus says Beka Tur (Byaka Tour turned out) Bus number ss552as, we drove on 10/24/2024 at 16:00 we left, we had to drive 4-5 hours, it turned out to be 12 hours, at 4 a.m. in Vladikavkaz he dropped us off. The bus actually went on to Moscow, I hope the grandmothers are alive.
I liked Georgia itself, a lot of cool stuff! I ask the administration to look into this situation, to avoid a repeat for other citizens, especially since there were mostly Georgian citizens on the bus.
A good bus station. There is everything you need. Russian-speaking cashiers are sitting at the cash register. There are paid toilets, card payments are not accepted. You can wait for the bus inside the station (but there are few places). Stray cats and dogs walk around the station
There are many directions to follow, responsive employees.
The main thing is to know the specifics, some carriers need to buy tickets in advance, there may not be free seats
The central bus station of Tbilisi is Ortachala (locals call it Urtachala, they couldn't find it for a long time). There was no one inside, but this is a landmark to go to the suburbs of Tbilisi, if you suddenly did not have time to catch the bus
If you got into this hole at night, there is absolutely nothing to do here)
At least there is a toilet during the day, and the ticket offices are open. It was a slight shock to me that the bus station does not work around the clock ...)
The poles and the signboard and the company and where the bus is should be clearly marked. There should be announcements on the speakerphone from which person, what goes and where, arrives. There should be normal signs inside the hall, civilized shops. So this is Shanghai in the late 90s. In general, it is necessary to make repairs and put things in order there. It is a shame for our Tbilisi to have such a morally and physically outdated tourist cluster.🤷♂️
Time has not spared this car terminal. Soviet-built. I did not find it to be something whole or unified. Various transport companies are located on the ground floor. The central administration does not always know exactly the direction of traffic, so it is better to ask the company's deputy again. It may be that the bus route may change without notification, and the purchased seats are resold. There are many different cafes nearby. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor. On the second floor there is an exit to the city. The view of the building does not make a special impression
The bus station is relatively close to M. Isani, several bus stops. Go through the square to the train station and go down. There are tickets and departure/arrival. 40 lars to Batumi, departure at night in 8 hours on the spot. To Vladikavkaz: 5-6, if you don't stand on Lars a lot. Regular trains seem to pass faster. I was on my way to the airport, we stopped at both the railway and the Vladik bus station. The road is incredibly beautiful!
A minibus from Vladikavkaz arrives at the lower tier of the bus station, there are benches where to sit, it is impossible to get to the bus station, either run across a three-lane highway or by taxi

The station has preserved details from Soviet times (mosaics, clocks, stairs, etc.) — this is what it is good for. Everything would be fine, but a German woman who has lost her mind lives on the second floor (at least, that's what the cashier said). Bullies people, shouts curses and pushes.
The main thing is not the place, but the people.
The bus station itself is ordinary - there is some food, it is easy to get to the city from there.
But the staff at their Suite is a very responsive guy and will not leave in trouble!
Thanks!
Everything is fine, I came here from Vladikavkaz and back to Vladikavkaz. The ticket from Vladik is 3000, and the return is 100 lari, that is, almost 4000. Otherwise, everything is fine, there is a tent with pies, there is a toilet, culture)). The situation is normal

Well, the bus station is normal, there are many offices of carriers in the Russian Federation by buses, and Armenian minivans (on the route to the Russian Federation - Rostov) stop opposite - in the parking lot, but it is better to have your own carrier
An ordinary train station. The atmosphere is old-school, in the spirit of the 90s, open around the clock, at night there are mostly dogs hanging out and passengers of night departures. There is a hotel where you can take a shower for a reasonable fee, the administration is loyal.
Of course, the bus station needs to be upgraded! Of the advantages, for 100 lari (4000₽) you are guaranteed a place in a comfortable minibus from Tbilisi to Vladikavkaz.
A huge building, on the ground floor there are several ticket offices where you can buy tickets in any direction, as well as a currency exchange office (another point from the end of the building). There are two exits to the bus stops and a wide staircase to the second floor. There is a pretty decent hotel on the second floor, there are always places. There is also an exit to shops and cafes from the second floor, and an exit to the city from the hotel.
The once beautiful modernist bus station is in a deplorable state. Torn apart by private companies, plastered with advertising. It performs its function in the sense that buses depart from its territory to other cities and countries today.
The station is old, worn out, pathetic, but the staff is responsive and friendly. They prompted and helped) When we couldn't leave because of the closed pass to Gudauri and returned back, the child was given tea. It's nothing, but it's nice. The drivers are all excellent, punctual, responsible, funny, friendly, masters of their craft
The train station is like a train station. There is a waiting room, stalls with food and drinks. There are toilets, but they are paid, 50 Georgian kopecks. The purity is average, I won't say about ticket sales, in my opinion everyone buys online.
The condition is not yet collapsed.
The toilet is paid and the condition is terrible. Getting in / out is not convenient.
There is no opportunity nearby to buy food for the road at a normal price.
There are a huge number of taxi drivers, but there are no city buses.
The waiting area is in terrible condition.
Terrible, inattentive attitude towards citizens. I ordered the delivery of things. As a result, my things were lost. In response to my complaints, I was asked to come the next day. No apologies, no explanation of the situation. Just a non-caring attitude.
Buses go in different directions. The departure time can be postponed, because passengers are still waiting. traveling from Batumi. The train station is completely tired. Price tag up to MINVOD 180lari(not cheap)
Why 3 stars?
Because it is sad...
sad is the condition of the station, which has not changed for so many years.
Although this station is a departure point to many cities outside the country.
I hope something will change soon.
The most strange and incomprehensible place, a bunch of different points, no signs, in fact, this is a place where different offices stand and sell tickets at their own prices. When I went there, I thought it was the municipal bus station.
Surprisingly, the central bus station of the capital of Georgia is so dirty and dirty. One thing only pleases, the drivers are handsome, I can do everything, they broke down - we'll fix them, they got dirty - we'll wash them, and they drive like gods. And the gorgeous view of the mountains helps out.
A normal bus station. A hundred years have passed, but it remains the same as it is. There is nothing new and probably won't be.

Cold. You can only leave by taxi, it's a problem to get there on foot, there are practically no adequate traffic lights. In general, the cashiers work very well, they really try to send you in any way
