The breakfasts are great! Just a delight! There are many different fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, fish, meat, fresh pastries.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is also clean, there are bathrobes and slippers everywhere.
A house is being built nearby, so the noise goes on from 8 a.m. and almost all day. Windows are not very helpful (At first I thought the window was open. So, ask for a room on the other side. In the shower, I had an upper watering can that was not working, everything was pouring in different directions, but not down. And it's not because of salt deposits, it's something inside the watering can. And the air conditioner was working strangely. I wanted to make heating, but the air was barely warm all the time.

A pleasant hotel! Nice staff. Normal room cleaning. I liked the breakfast! We took a room with separate beds - both beds were large (bunk beds) and excellent hard mattresses. There is already a slight fatigue in the interiors and equipment, but it is clearly too early to do renovation. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the central part of the city, but everything is accessible. The nearest good grocery stores are a 7-10 minute walk away. There are restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a bank in the same building. The largest mosque in Asia is a 7-minute walk away. And the view from the window towards Victory Square is gorgeous! But this is for now, in a year the complex will grow there and close the view of the mountains.

A great, fresh, modern hotel. The room is comfortable, everything you need to eat, there is nothing superfluous) the staff speaks excellent Russian, is polite, tactful. I ordered a transfer - a little more expensive than a taxi on Yandex, but I was met at the airport by a business class car (according to the same Yandex, if you look at it), the location is good, the center is accessible on foot. There is a construction site nearby, but here ... in general, I recommend it for visits. I will definitely use it myself. The price/quality ratio is good.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, the stay here was very comfortable. Cleaning every day, air conditioning is working, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are just super! I didn't quite understand the reviews of those who wrote that breakfast was meager - there was almost everything, eggs, porridge, sliced bread, pancakes, desserts, and even second courses. The assortment changed every day. I'm not talking about the choice of pickles, nuts and fruits, there was really almost everything you could wish for, and what delicious homemade lemonades! Since groups of tourists stay at the hotel and they also go to breakfast in a group, you can get into a crowd of people and stand in line, we got this 1 time. On the 13th floor there is a restaurant with a good view, large portions at reasonable prices, we went there for lunch. One of the shortcomings is that there are several construction projects around the hotel at once. The noise did not bother me personally, but it goes without saying that the views of the construction site are not the best sight. In general, this does not apply to the hotel itself. From the shortcomings of the hotel, you can make a small cosmetic repair, slightly refresh the rooms, eliminate the shortcomings, and then you can safely put 5 stars to this place. For example, to update the wallpaper in the rooms, there are very large noticeable spots on the carpet in the corridors in some places, fix the plumbing, clean the showers, etc. In my bathroom, one tile was missing from the ceiling and the faucet handle was falling off. Otherwise, everything was fine

This is not the first time in this hotel, the size of the rooms is amazing, we took a triple room, the room offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant has a spacious terrace on the 13th floor and a good kitchen. I would like to note the availability of free parking in front of the hotel.

The breakfast is amazing, the staff is very polite, despite the fact that we could call at 23:30 and ask for something to bring, everything is clean, the furniture is in perfect condition, the bed is clean, the bed is huge, the room is cleaned daily. I am very pleased that I made a choice on Damas during my business trip. I will definitely return to Damascus again!

Nice hotel in the center of Bishkek. The rooms are clean and fresh enough. The only negative thing when I was there was that the room was quite cool (about +20). The breakfasts are good, they cook scrambled eggs with a filling to choose from, besides there is a fairly large selection of food. In the morning, when the weather is clear, there is a beautiful view of the mountains (I lived on the 10th floor).

Twice in the course of a year and a half I came to Bishkek with friends. And both times we stayed at the Damas Hotel. For the first time, we stopped solely on the availability of seats. And the second time - because I liked it. Quietly. Calmly. The rooms are very clean. Always fresh towels and linen! From the windows, especially in the morning, there is a magnificent view of the mountains!!! By the way, the breakfasts are very decent. I especially want to mention the staff! Politeness, tact, accuracy and responsiveness are not the whole list of employee benefits. I want to mention the guy who is the receptionist at the reception - Sharshebaev Salamat. That's just because of him, after going to Bishkek again, I will stay at this hotel. An attentive, well-mannered, educated young man. We had some business questions and he solved all the questions for us, prepared the papers, organized couriers to deliver the documents. In a word - clever girl!!! There is no other word!!!

So-so experience.
The air conditioning was not working in the room. They tried to fix it twice and once to convince me that it was working properly. At the same time, it was almost +27 in the room, and this was in the evening.
They offered a replacement room with worse conditions and a larger area, since there were no others. No apologies, no compensation options.
WiFi in room 1205, if it works, it is very slow and every other time. They couldn't do anything about that either.
But yes, good repair, polite staff.

Quite a decent hotel.
Stunning views of the city and mountains! However, construction has begun under the windows, so they won't let you sleep for a long time.
Big rooms, huge beds!
The shower rooms are large and comfortable, but all the taps are flowing, which is unacceptable for a hotel with a claim. Unfortunately, there is no heating or heated towel rail in the shower, so it's cool in summer and just terribly cold in winter.
Unfortunately, the hotel has no central ventilation with air conditioning, no heating. And heating and air conditioning with an old air conditioner.
The biggest disappointment is in serving breakfast. With a small number of guests, almost empty or even empty food containers. I was very surprised that when you approach the distribution, they helpfully open the gastro containers in front of you, but they are empty!!!! You say it's empty, bring something, the staff makes round eyes and develops violent activity, and after leaving the kitchen, an entire delegation of staff begins to appear on the tables in turn. Is it really impossible to follow the distribution without comments and kicking the guests! This approach is very frustrating.
A small note on the design, everything was interesting, and this gives the hotel a certain level, but the simple and thoughtless replacement of lighting with a poisonous white color of light, not only does not spoil what the designer intended, but lowers the overall impression to a poor shabby one.

Great hotel. Check-in was at 7.00 am, they settled in without problems, but for the money at the rate of a day, it was not expected, they thought they would take half a day, but there was no choice, at the same time they improved the standard room to a suite. The breakfasts are excellent. The location is in the center. I recommend. But taking the cost for 7 hours as per day is a robbery, despite the fact that the hotel was half empty, this rule is understandable.
