Excellent restaurant, good service and reasonable prices. Everything is very tasty. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea. A very big disadvantage is the lack of parking near the resort, you have to leave the car on the side of the road and walk to the restaurant. Next to the police department or the police, xs as it is called there, and it is very inconvenient to hang a "brick", if you go under it, they immediately issue a fine (three "rubles"). Abkhazians are just as eager for bobl as ours.

The restaurant is located on the beach. It is beautiful, good dishes, well cooked, but without miracles and expensive for such a kitchen. At least, when compared with Zelenograd in the Kaliningrad region. There are a lot of good restaurants with more interesting cuisine and an order of magnitude humane price tag.And the price for 100 grams of fish and meat is very annoying.

Thanks to the waitress, we asked which dishes would be prepared as quickly as possible, she helped us choose and the serving of the dishes was really quite fast and we managed to have dinner before the cinema). The first place in Abkhazia where they had a delicious meal. A large plate with assorted kebabs - 5*. Excellent lula kebab. Delicious tomato sauce. Very pleasant citrus homemade lemonade. Chicken soup is also very good. Terrace with a beautiful view, comfortable sofas. Not all waiters are positive and hospitable, but we got a good one.

That's how we counted the first 3 visits!
On the 4th, 4 men of criminal appearance sat next to us and lit a cigarette indoors. To the question: is it possible to smoke in an institution, the waiter replied that yes!
The next day we came to have breakfast and, while waiting for the order, we settled comfortably on the couch with our legs thrown back. From the other end of the hall, we were shouted that we should not do this.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, we clarified whether it was possible to smoke, to which we received the answer: no.
After all, the Abkhazian service leaves much to be desired even in seemingly premium restaurants.

But excuse me for a portion of fries 400 rubles (200 g) Carl??? How's that??? 100 grams of lamb lula 700 rubles, a portion of 2100 rubles and there is cartilage ... for 2100 here the meat should be chopped with the handles of Ivleev himself at least. We found a place for ourselves in the end, at a vacant table inside, we received a menu and... It is convenient to park near a restaurant or the traffic police, we wanted 27 degrees under the pleading sun with a view of the sea on the veranda. The staff is polite, the food is delicious, the toilet is clean, WiFi is free; we have been choosing "where" for a long time precisely because of the sea view. Prices are "like in a restaurant", but cheaper than Sirius restaurants. I recommend it, but I haven't seen it "not tasty" anywhere in the entire winter of 2024. I was impressed by the "grilled scallops", I just love them in any form.

It is located on the seashore, there is an enclosed terrace and an open one with soft comfortable chairs, the service is at a high level (European), the cuisine is more European - there are no spicy ones with a lot of spices. I liked fish soup, pasta with mussels, French fries and a burger for the children. It is very comfortable to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Payment is both cash and non-cash, which is rare in Abkhazia.

Pizza is not worth the money, (chicken with mushrooms 810₽) in fact, in other places it is 2 times cheaper and 100 times tastier!
French fries 400₽!!!! 400 Carl! We thought at least the weight would be fine (the menu does not specify the weight of any dish), we took it with us, in a small container, the bottom is translucent, how little it is there, terribly little just for that kind of money. The main dishes were brought along with ice cream , of course we asked to bring it later , at first we refused , then apparently the waiter realized the stupidity of the act and took it to the freezer .
The dishes were brought out when ready (although we did not ask ) and while one person is eating , the other is watching!
Caesar with shrimps leaves much to be desired, only shrimps are delicious, lettuce leaves are bitter, one cherry tomato for the whole salad .
Carbonara is sour , after trying it , I asked my friend if it seems to me or is really sour , it also tastes sour .
Of course, she said this to the waiter, she stared at her eyes and began to say: "This can't be!!" and asked to take the dish away for persuasion.Of course, take it away , we won 't eat sour.
There was no replacement for the dish , but it was included in the bill anyway .
Surprisingly, a self-respecting restaurant wouldn't do that.
And most importantly , we did not avoid poisoning .For your 4,500rubles .

The restaurant is cozy, the waitresses are smiling, which is very rare in Abkhazia. The order was brought quickly enough, there were sooo delicious shrimp in Caesar with shrimp, and the rest of the ingredients are so-so, 1 cherry tomato cut in half, a small pinch of cheese and a drop of sauce, its price is around 800 rubles. The prices turned out to be unreasonably high for the entire menu.
But the surprise was something else when they smelled cigarettes in the room, looked around and saw that three neighboring tables were smoking. There are places on the street, they would probably be more suitable for smokers. But in the amazing Republic of Abkhazia, you will also see something else...

And the same reaction in other things.

Not the level of the restaurant. They served for a very long time (the first 15 minutes, the waiters passed by). Ordered - meat for the company (assorted meat + vegetables on the grill). It was impossible to eat chicken kebab, it was dry. Pork kebab is also over-dried. I had to order the sauce in order to somehow eat it. We were very hungry and waited an hour for the order. They didn't put an egg in the boat.
I was pleased with the service, the atmosphere, a clean toilet and live music. Overall, it's not bad. But we expected more.

После посещения нескольких кафе и ресторанов в Новом Афоне наконец-то зашли перекусить в ресторан «Panorama». Он однозначно выделяется в лучшую сторону на фоне всех остальных. Вкус блюд, их подача, уровень сервиса – все на высшем уровне. Отдельные блюда являются просто шедевральными (из того, что наша семья из двух человек успела попробовать): окрошка на кефире, суп Том Ям, люля-кебаб из баранины, салат с тунцом и апельсинами, салат с хрустящими баклажанами, фокачча. Остальные опробованные нами блюда (стейк филе миньон, ризотто из морепродуктов, греческий салат, теплый салат с говядиной, борщ и др.) также на очень высоком уровне. Приходили обедать в этот ресторан почти каждый день и каждый раз получали огромное удовольствие от качества блюд и от обслуживания официантами. Помимо Нового Афона также посещали рестораны в других городках: в Пицунде ресторан «Амшын», в Сухум ресторан «Леон». Но нет…. С удовольствием возвращались в «Панараму». Чтобы отзыв не казался заказным опишу и пару разочарований в этом ресторане за две недели его посещения: взятый нами шашлык из свинины оказался жестким, а стейк рибай пересоленым; кроме того, при заказе рибай стейка официантка не спросила степень его прожарки (сам я также упустил этот момент) и в результате мне принесли подубитый well done. В следующую попытку исправили.
Несмотря на пару вышеперечисленных оплошностей за достаточно длительный срок его посещения - это однозначно лучший ресторан в Новом Афоне, а возможно и во всей Абхазии! Очень рекомендую к посещению.

We went to this place twice, once unsuccessfully, we didn't eat anything. For the first time, we ordered pasta, Greek and Caesar. There are no eggs in Caesar (a feature of the Caesar of Abkhazia?). Pasta was just poured into the palm of your hand)) the plates are interesting, but when you take a cucumber, tomato, etc. with a fork, you stick it into these sides, it's just inconvenient) and the second time they wanted to have a snack with French fries after the beach, but they said that it would only cook in 40 minutes. So we left.
