A lovely restaurant with a great view. The interior, the atmosphere, the music... the feeling of the Mediterranean coast. We ordered a boat, trout with vegetables, fish soup, chicken soup and grilled vegetables. Everything is very tasty! Hand-molded personalized tableware, polite waiters, hospitably and quickly served. We had a rest in N.Athos and decided to celebrate in this restaurant. From the doorstep, we were assured that the best service is here and Mishustin himself periodically comes to them. We came on the birthday of the family (four of us) in the evening at around 20 o'clock: we ordered 4 salads, 4 hot dishes and a bottle of wine. 2 types of different glasses were brought to us for wine, although according to the rules of the service, only one type of glasses should be on one table. The waiter Garik DID NOT WARN us that the cooking time had been increased: the salads were brought in 40 minutes, but at least at the same time (thanks for that). Hot dishes were brought after that at different times one at a time, as a result, a situation arose that one person was sitting eating while it was hot, while others were looking at it. The last hot dish was brought in 40 minutes. When ordering, the waiter did not ask at the same time / when ready to bring hot dishes, did not warn that one of us would have to wait for his dish (flounder on the grill) for 40 minutes. Although when boarding, one of the waiters emphasized several times that the service was excellent. As a result, the mood was spoiled, as was the holiday. Salads were delicious, hot dishes for 4/5. But we won't come back here anymore, and you decide for yourself.

And everyone told us: "there is no service in Abkhazia, be prepared." And in general, we were convinced of this until we got to this institution. All dishes are 5-plus, drinks are served immediately, waiting for hot dishes is acceptable and minimal. There is a special strainer on the decanter with lemonade, a nice waitress poured into glasses… God, on the fifth day of our stay in this wonderful land of the soul (this is not sarcasm now), we realized that everything is possible and there is service in Abkhazia! Just need to search :)

We rested for a week in front of the territory of this institution under our umbrella by the water, having lunch at this restaurant. On one of the "beautiful" days, the bartender of the beach came up to us, introduced himself to the administration and announced that from today it was impossible to sit with their umbrellas. I could not provide provisions for this law ... at the same time, a single girl was provided with a chaise longue and an umbrella for free for "beautiful eyes"))
We still have a week to rest, it is very unpleasant that such an action of the staff spoils the impression of the whole institution. We may not have paid you for umbrellas, but we ate at your place for a decent amount.
We are principled too!
I do not recommend this institution for such unfriendly staff.

I wanted to celebrate Dr, but I was never congratulated, the waitress just forgot, while when I asked for the bill, they told me to wait-now we will congratulate. But no-the holiday is ruined. The prices are overpriced-the kitchen is as low as possible below the presented price. A separate issue is the order of brut. This is generally a comedy, the waitress came and said-soryan, brut is over, after 2 minutes she comes with a martini and says that only this one remains. By the way, for a bottle of martini brut, the guys are breaking 3500 rubles.a cheap establishment with a claim to "luxury" with uncomfortable furniture, not comfortable low tables. Waitress Anastasia plays her role badly.

We had lunch at Panorama twice. The first time we were served by a very nice and friendly girl, which smoothed out some dissatisfaction with the ordered dishes. I liked the location of the restaurant (this catering establishment positions itself that way) comfortable furniture, soft outdoor sofas and the presence of a toilet, because in other coastal cafes it simply does not exist. I liked the setting, the restaurant has its own branded dishes, a beautiful serving of dishes. For the dishes and serving 5 stars. As for the prices, the restaurant is completely out of line... Chicken broth one in one, as in all other establishments (we did not eat in the canteens) okroshka on kefir is pleasant, for 4, raw potatoes, but I liked the dressing with mustard, only there were not enough greens. I do not recommend a warm salad with veal, the leaves are completely different sizes, thrown around, the meat is very small and a lot of sweet pepper, the ingredients did not make friends...Gazpacho is good,cabonara is good (surprised) But the salmon medallions didn't come in at all. It didn't taste like salmon, but catfish (cheaper and drier red fish) were a little dry, and the sauce was flawlessly small, one teaspoon, that he didn't save the dish...The child liked the New York burger, but I personally did not try it. As for desserts, they took Napoleon and chocolate fondue, delicious, without enthusiasm, it has happened better, but delicious) So why 3 stars? The second time we came to have lunch was on my birthday. We were the only visitors. The shift was different, absolutely not customer-oriented. I've been to many establishments in New Athos, and I'm used to the leisurely Abkhazian service, but my God, I specifically came to Panoramu to get this service. To be honest, I was extremely angry that the staff does not know anything about the dishes, says they do not eat fish, fondue is like fondue, and complains about dental anesthesia, like I have a good build, but anesthesia prevents you from smiling.When I asked for a spoon for dessert, the waitress replied that she said I had already brought it to you, but you did not use it for business, it felt like I came to the social dining room for free. We visited this restaurant exclusively based on reviews. Yes, indeed, the building itself, the interior, the sea view are at the highest level. But the food is mediocre and ordinary (minus the star is a restaurant, not a cafe). Well, the prices are more expensive than in other restaurants in Abkhazia. The waiters are friendly and helpful, but I don't know everything about the menu and the rules of serving dishes. We ordered homemade lemonade, before it had time to brew, it was immediately poured into glasses, and besides, it stretched across the entire table (minus a star)

The prices are quite adequate at this level. Almost the same price tag in the eateries on the Shore with products of questionable quality.
On Saturday evening there was live music with a pleasant repertoire without chansons and a la 90s. You can choose a table inside the building, on the veranda or on the terrace overlooking the sea. There is a playground. A zone has been organized for fans of photos and ticks

Another change of waiters and apparently cooks. We ordered lamb kebab, cream mushroom soup, meat in Abkhaz. I did not take a picture - the presentation is on the level, but it does not convey taste and quality. Soup and pita bread without complaints. But the meat... the mutton is tough. As it turned out, shish kebab is prepared from the most working and cruel part - the leg. The meat of the wrapper was generally struck by its dryness and also rigidity. Moreover, one piece cannot be cut with a knife, the other is falling apart like dust. Pieces of pepper and onion do not add flavor. I didn't feel any particular sharpness, but the obsessive, reliving taste of tomato beat off all appetite
