It's just a very dirty place with blinkered and greasy furniture.
Cooks work without gloves and without overalls - who is wearing what. They fix something with their hands in the pizza in front of the oven. Waiting for pizza from 1 hour, there are a lot of orders for delivery.
They ran away from there without looking back.

Poor product, poor management and service.
We went to Papa John's on Timiryazev 38 - we wanted to drink tea with desserts.
Focusing on the photo in the menu, I chose a blueberry muffin. It's hard to call what I got in the end something.
Expectations (from the photo in the menu): ruddy, lush, well-baked muffin with whole blueberries.
Reality: a flat half-cake with a poorly baked heavy dough and no blueberries. There were small dark patches of something - probably something that is meant to represent blueberries.
With this nedokex, I approached the seller, showed him, explained that the product did not match the declared one, that it was a completely different dessert, but not the one that they advertised. The girl hesitated, clamped down, said nothing and gave no reaction. That was the end of it.
I have been working in the restaurant business for more than 15 years. When the product does not match what was promised to the guest (and the menu is actually a promise to the guest of what he should eventually receive), either the money is returned (with apologies), or it is proposed to replace the item with another (also with apologies). There is a complete zero here. The seller basically does not understand what to do in a situation that will be different from something like "this is for me, here's the money, thank you, I'm off."
As for the quasi-muffin, it tasted as good as it looked. In general, I threw the pseudocex without eating it. Money is thrown away.
The first photo shows a muffin from Papa John's menu. By the way, I took the photo from the pizzeria's website. On the second and third - as you can understand - what they gave me called "blueberry muffin". You know, this is complete bullshit. I will not experiment with your pizzeria anymore.
