Takeoff is 5 minutes earlier, the flight is excellent, baggage collection is instant, especially upon arrival in Turkey. There is no water or food, well, no need, we slept, there were night flights.

(Subject to availability of luggage racks) What violated the rules of the airline and created an emergency situation during takeoff, turbulence and landing of the aircraft. A night flight, a lot of children, free seats could be used for their intended purpose. The step between the chairs is minimal, the back of the chair is fixed. The attitude of the staff towards passengers as if they were cattle.

After the cancellation of the flight (through their fault), the airline does not want to change tickets, but simply does nothing, the call center beeps and apologizes and has been promising for a week to "speed up" the request for a refund or replacement of the ticket, although they initially promised to do it in five days. The airline is disgusting, there is no service for the passenger, there is no water or food on board, and even for money. The seat backs are all fixed and do not recline. If the flight is delayed and the connecting flight is missed, neither the hotel is issued, nor any compensation or even any apologies, they also refused to return the transfer baggage to fly with another airline, put on the next flight (for which you could even buy a ticket) they also refused (the flight was in 4 hours and it was clearly possible to transfer the luggage), they gave an exchange ticket only 8 hours after arrival there was flight PC749, then I will not use the services of this company and I do not advise anyone, it is not worth it.

I bought tickets from Moscow to Antalya in February 2022 for March, right before the flight, 6 hours before the flight, I received a letter from the airline that round-trip flights were canceled without explanation.
I started making refunds through my personal account on the site, and for a year now I can't get my money back, the airline sends unsubscriptions all the time that they can't return the money, since SWIFT is blocked, since Russian banks are under sanctions, they invent all sorts of tall tales, the airline just ***, does everything, in order not to return the money. They do not have a representative office in Russia, they have one in Turkey, but they send it far and for a long time, they say write a letter to the post office. In Russia, communication with them is available only by phone on the website, but managers answer there who are rude and also run over you that it's your own fault that you can't get money from them. Therefore, my advice to everyone is not to buy tickets from this airline, at least directly, they bribe with the cheap price of tickets, and then in case of an emergency you will have problems through the roof, and you will not see your money.

I flew on this aircraft for the first time on August 28, 2022 from Antalya. I also found out at the reception that they would not feed me. I was shocked, as I was flying with a child, we had lunch at the hotel at 13 o'clock. Check out of the hotel at 14.00 , departure at 20.25. Fly for so many hours and will not be fed?! Prices at the airport are tower prices . Well, I took 2 eggs and two rolls from breakfast at the hotel. There is no pocket, the seats do not deviate. Well, that's the little things. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of time . And the woman who flew to Turkey with them arrived about 40 minutes earlier said. Reading the reviews, I am glad that the suitcase arrived with me. I didn't go to the toilet, I don't know if they closed it or not.

February 2023.. used their services for the first time.. flight Athens-St. Petersburg with a transfer in Istanbul (transfer day).. the luggage was checked in Athens (tickets with 20kg of luggage were paid for), one suitcase was 11kg, the second slightly exceeded the paid weight - they did not ask for an additional payment.. we also transported a musical instrument in a hard case, it was also checked out at the reception desk as luggage, without any questions or additional charges - we were pleasantly surprised.. all the luggage arrived in St. Petersburg (it was not lost anywhere at the transfer in Istanbul)).. both flights departed and arrived on schedule.. the planes are new, the staff is friendly.. the flights were calm, the landings were soft..
Pegasus IS A LOW-COST AIRLINE!! We flew to Dalaman in August.
Both times there were no delays.
The plane is new, the cabin is clean, the seats are comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the backs do not recline, but it is not fatal. On the Moscow-Dalaman flight, they generally gave free seats at the emergency exit. Back in response to the request, they said that, unfortunately, it was already occupied. But we also arrived late for registration. No additional payments were required for this in any case.
They do not find fault with hand luggage. All with small suitcases.
Food/drinks are not provided for free. Water is 2 euros per bottle. It is more advisable to buy in dutik (although it will not be much cheaper). But on board you can order a hot snack, which is quite tasty. Tea, coffee, juices, pepsi, dry wine - everything is there.
The only drawback was that they did not accept cards, asked for cash, but did not take into account that everyone had large bills, they themselves were running around, looking for change. I was generally forgiven 2 euros.
They took off softly, landed softly.
The flight was quite pleasant.
A great budget company.
A huge plus of the Turkish carrier is that it flies an hour less than the Russian one.

On 10.10.2022, 2 tickets for the flight from Antalya to Moscow on November 1, 2022 were purchased on the official website of the airline. Both tickets carry 20kg of luggage. A confirmation came to the mail, in which the purchased luggage was reflected. The confirmation was printed out and taken to the airport.
On November 1, when checking in for a flight, an airline employee said that she did not see luggage in the system and sent it to an airline representative. I showed him printouts, letters in the mail confirming that the luggage was purchased. The answer is one - there is no luggage in the system, pay $ 400. We paid to catch the flight. A hotline was called in Moscow. There, the employee was very surprised and said that she saw the baggage paid for when BUYING the TICKET.
We received a completely boorish response to the claim through the company's personal account - they correctly demanded money from you at the airport.
