Previously, this place was 5 stars, but now.....
Not very friendly staff, torn menu.
When I was ready to order right away without looking at the menu, the waitress just ignored me, and when the owner of the restaurant was there, everything was great....
Then we ordered a pizza, it tasted okay, but there were no crusts!
The fabrics were dirty and the table itself was not very clean !
I don't know for sure, but we were asked for a table (maybe they don't have Hostesses)
We ordered a Tender pizza, it was delicious, but when we ordered it, we were told to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. The result is not only that, they brought it to us in 45 minutes, they also mixed up our order and brought a Branded one (which we did not order)! Then I went up to the waiter and she said :
- Your pizza is already being prepared!
I asked the cook, and he said that he hadn't even started cooking it (even though there weren't many people)!!
There are 2 drunks sitting in front of us, they drank a bottle of vodka and are sleeping (it's not very pleasant to look at them)!
There was nothing in the children's room except a broken car and a chalkboard!!!!
When ordering takeaway, we were supposed to get a 20% discount, but if we hadn't been reminded, we wouldn't have gotten it!

Great pizzeria. They cook quickly. My daughter's birthday was celebrated, dessert was given to her as a gift, they took it out with a candle and turned on the song) very nice. There is a children's corner and a nursery for children.

Pizza preparation was waited for 45 minutes. Chicken pieces were occasionally scattered on the pizza - so that there was no chicken at all on 3 parts of the pizza, and there were one or two pieces on the other parts. Despite the fact that pizza is not cheap (20 rubles per pizza), I think that such pizza preparation is, at least, disrespectful to the client. We are unlikely to return to this pizzeria.

Meat and potatoes were in one portion, and in the other, for the same money, there was, unfortunately, only potatoes. On the third day, ice-cold steak and ice-cold rice were brought. Not cold, but icy. This is the first time in my practice. Nobody came to count for a long time. We were reminded twice that lunch was over. Only when I asked the receptionist to come out, the waitress came, though not immediately. The next two days of the business trip had lunch in another place.

The price was, if I'm not mistaken, 27p for this dish. And so, a couple of days ago, since writing the review, I was nearby and decided to go to a restaurant. I didn't attach much importance to the modified menu book. I just said to the waitress in words: piao and a snack for friends. When they brought it to me, I was not that fucked up... there are no words. The price tag dropped to 19p. Previously, on a wooden tray, this dish included cheese nuggets, chicken, crackers, bacon and delicious sausages like Bavarian. And now on this tray, almost literally, there was a package from Euroopt! Strips of smoked cheese, just exactly as it lies on the shelf in Euroopt, where I think there is no need to show it, the cook knows. Thin sausages in a spiral are also sold in Euroopt right at the beer department. Only in a pack they are whole, and here the chef's life hack is broken in pieces. Next we go - chips lace. About half of a small pack. Approximately with the taste of cheese. Not grooved. Both the crackers and the chicken remained. I also drink beer, ate chicken. He chewed a couple of crackers and left. I go home and think - I visited the restaurant to try out the cuisine. And the cook took it, went to the Euroopt. He was told my order. He took out the cheese with his still unwashed hands after the store and put a couple of strips on the tray, opened the chips and also there. I opened a pack of sausages and broke it down to a pile, too. Fried chicken, warmed up breadcrumbs. So take me as a cook! On my way to work, I will go to Eureka and serve people the well-worn dishes that will come out of my green bags...

Every summer we come to Svetlogorsk, and every time we visit a pizzeria.It gets worse and worse every year.Really, guys, there is something for you to think about!The first inattentive service!I want to scream like a guard.Maybe for someone the little things will seem, but ...They bring French fries to the child...and the sauce is added to it after 1015 minutes, when the potatoes have cooled down.I order tea, I ask you to bring a couple of pieces of ice and sugar..The ice was brought when the tea was cold, and the sugar, attention!!!two bags for a huge kettle.And before that, they served potatoes and sugar in such beautiful buckets.Chicken pizza.The breast is written, there is no breast, there is some kind of chicken shavings, mozzarella does not smell there at all.But the cucumbers are salted as they should be.And the bill, the bill was carried longer than the food was cooked.I'm not really whimsical, but some such things really spoil the impression.And last year they even brought us pizza on raw dough, but really everything was quickly replaced.And by the way, it was a rainy day on a weekday, the landing was on 3/4. You need to pay attention to the little things!!!And yes, I didn't leave a tip, because tips are earned precisely for the attention to guests.

You can just go in to satisfy your hunger. But this place is nothing more than a diner, I have no complaints about the staff. The interior is old, the sofas are torn, the menu is served to you torn, which literally crumble in your hands (Is it so difficult to make a new one?).

My first visit to this place was overshadowed by the crooked-handed waitress who believes that this premium-class institution is not for people like me (wheelchair user). Then she lost my card. The administrator figured it all out, but the sediment remained. And we never received a compliment from the institution. I think the waitress worked for the first day or so and tried to transfer her joints to the client. In particular, she tried to make me insolvent by "losing" my card. Who taught her to take her anywhere at all? I have been there more than once. The usual place to eat.
