Года 5 назад здесь еда было отличное сейчас не так вкусно и цены очень дорого обслуживание ноль каждый раз официанта по несколько раз позвали и долго не приходил время ожидания очень долго ремонт ужасный телевизор есть но не в какой кабине не работает не рекомендую!

We are very disappointed with the bad attitude towards the guests. We called in advance and tried to book a table, but they told us that there was a table. Come. We arrived in 15-20 minutes . It turned out that there was a live queue and no guarantee of landing ! They grinned for about 30-60 minutes . Are you serious? What kind of attitude is this? Immediately, the girl came up and said what kind of service , wait for a coke for 20 minutes . Sorry, but it 's terrible. We will not recommend visiting this institution either

They did not understand the general delight. At first it was difficult to get to dinner because of the full reserve, but after 1.5 hours the table was vacated and we arrived. We waited for 30-40 minutes when the order was accepted, then another 30 minutes when at least wine and water were brought. Of course, the delicious cuisine could have justified the expectation, but even here it was a failure (All the dishes with a claim, but did not make any impression, at best it was just good, the vitamin salad and hot were over-salted, beef and potatoes were served cool. On top of the prices, VAT is added to the menu in the receipt, which leaves a negative impression. We spent 600k on three people without pleasure. The rating of the institution is unjustified

Terrible service was waited for 20 minutes, no one even asked what we would order! And they serve tourists in the first place, 3 tables came after us, they were served and passed us every time as if we were an empty place, even if you are guided by tourists, not nada treats the locals like that, I will never return to this institution and I do not advise anyone.

Yesterday I had an extremely unpleasant experience in this place. I went there for the 3rd time, in the middle of the day, I wanted to have a cup of coffee on the veranda. 70% of the seats were free, but the beautifully dressed manager refused to let me sit at the table, referring to the reservation of all tables. I said that I would just have coffee for 15 minutes, to which they replied that "it's a very long time until they bring it to you, sorry, I don't want to get your hopes up." And instead of at least offering coffee to take away, they were escorted to the exit. It was very unexpected and quite humiliating. This has never happened to me anywhere in the world - neither in Russia, nor in Europe, nor in Asia, nor in America.
I can assume that I was dressed too casually for this place - I certainly could not have imagined that in the cafe at the hotel you need to dress up for coffee.
Otherwise, it's beautiful, atmospheric and delicious, but unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Nice interior, there are several halls, we sat in the hall during the day, apparently for night discos and concerts, a little bit reminded (not outwardly, in the mood) of the Moscow hungry duck club. During the day, there were 2 other companies besides us, one of them is English-speaking.
The food is delicious, not cheap by local standards.
When we were here, it was a little empty, so I lowered 1 point.
