I have been to many establishments in Tashkent, but the service in the capital is in restaurants and in a plane tree... don't compare) I don't remember the name of the guy who served us, but he was just the best! the highest quality of service! I ate lamb with vegetables baked in foil, my boyfriend is Kazan kabob. The cauldron cable pumped up a little - the meat was a little harsh... the mutton was delicious, with a minimum of fat, but very juicy. It was sold out. Live performance on the saxophone. I'll also note that the beer is delicious.

A pretentious restaurant. The signature sycamore salad is an Olivier-type mixture in a dry pita bread plate. I didn't understand him. Lamb meat on a bone is fatty and tough. We sat and ate. Dishes are cooked without a soul, there is no need to go here, no local flavor, no original presentation. There is no satisfaction. But maybe for locals who don't need local cuisine, but want something European, then yes, maybe it's for them. In general, Uzbekistan does not have its own chains of restaurants and cafes, as in Kyrgyzstan. Those have a Nawat- even for locals, even for tourists.

This restaurant is overrated. A table must be booked in advance. I managed to get in only the next day. There is a "reservation" sign on all tables, while in the 2 hours that we spent there, half of the tables remained free. You can't wait for a waiter in a half-empty hall. There were no steaks available. We ordered medallions with porcini mushrooms - we waited for 1.20(!) - the dish is dry and there is no sauce. We chose a vegetable salad - just coarsely chopped tomatoes / cucumbers / onions and no hint of dressing (there is nothing on the table except salt and pepper). The borata with tomatoes was "dry" (no nice juicy core). Grilled vegetables - 1/4 part of a huge mushroom, 1/2 tomato and 3 slices of pepper and no "color" on all this - just boiled vegetables. I am very disappointed with this place. Judging by the reviews, I expected a lot more.

Delicious food, a pleasant place, but I would like to note the work of the young guys of the waiters, who spoiled the whole impression of the visit, because when asked to calculate us, they did not appear for a long time, after a repeated request, no one came up again for another 25 minutes, after that I had to go myself to look for who would calculate us anyway, with what the waiter who served us went somewhere for other business and when he returned and saw me, he immediately calculated us within a minute, that is, he just forgot and left, and the landing was far from complete, I think such a service should not be in an institution that considers itself one of the best in Samarkand.

Everything was fine until I asked for the bill. The menu had a price of 500ml 7000sum vodka, I asked if I could order 300g, they told me "no problem", and when the bill was brought, it turned out to be 150,000 for vodka: they say, "it's more expensive on tap", in restaurants everywhere! Probably one of the best establishments in Samarkand (by the standards of Uzbekistan), as far as I understand, is in demand among tourists. There were many Europeans, the boarding was complete, it is advisable to book a table in advance.
The interior is beautiful, everything is well decorated, the waiters are clean, it is clear that they are being drilled :)
The menu is huge, there is a large selection of dishes, there is pan-Asian cuisine, European, local, everyone will find a dish for themselves. The food is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are reasonable.
The three of us had dinner, the first and the second was a salad compote, we paid 1000 rubles each, in Russia we would have paid at least 5000.
But it's still inherent, as it seems to the whole of Uzbekistan, uncleanness.
