I heard the answer that your appeal has been accepted and will be considered for up to 10 days. As a client, I myself suggested other solutions to this situation. At the moment when the contact center employee replied that it costs 10 rubles to pick up the card at another bank, I was upset.

Отличное отделение. Приветливый и обходительный персонал. Приходил туда с маленькой дочкой, так и ей там нашлось чем заняться. Целый уголок для детей. Столик разукрашки, вообщем всё что любят дети.

The woman did not want to do her job and sent the client to deal with the issue on her own and was extremely unhappy when she still had to do her own job. She showed it with her whole appearance. She did not want to answer questions and did not talk about possible nuances. It did not work out to get full information on opening cards. I hope the management will find out the reason for this behavior and solve the problem.
I sympathize with the clients who will get to this "specialist".
Всегда все на высоте!!! Отличное культурное отношение к клиенту! Раньше была проблема с ATM, не всегда принимал банкомат купюры (видимо переполнялся быстро), теперь все идеально, 5 ⭐️
Нормальное автоматизированное обслуживание. есть приходно-расходная касса. Решение обмена валюты и проведение платежа ( перевода ) заняло 5 минут. Всегда рядом можно найти место для парковки.

пришли снять деньги с виртуаьной карты(когда это еще можно было) сказали валюты нет. (май 2023)
При оформлении карты, лицевой счёт не выдали, в интернет кабинете его тоже нет. Пришлось ехать обратно.
Карту взял белкарт , фактически не пользовался ей и эмблема почти стёрлась.
Плюсы, то что всегда приходят смс о каких либо операциях с картой и счётом.
Ужасное отделение по улице Притыцкого 91. Обратившись 4.07.2022 за выпиской с счета я просидела в очереди 1час 50 минут. За это время 4 специалиста обслужили 5 клиентов. При этом два специалиста после обслуживания клиентов минут по 10 сидели в телефонах отправляя милые голосовые сообщения и улыбаясь! И их совсем не забртило, что в очереди сидят люди. Решение моего вопроса заняло 2 минуты с учётом отзыва денег со счета, а времени было потрачено почти 2 часа.
Вопрос не к отделению, а к банку в целом. Для того, чтобы поменять номер телефона, нужно ехать в отделение. Я никак не успеваю до вашего закрытия в 19, по выходным вы не работаете. Как решить проблему? Как платить и получать код?
Ужасная электронная очередь. Зачем ставить буквы в очереди, если кассы обслуживают несколько букв, но ты стоишь и оказываешься в кассе, в которой до тебя обслужили людей, которые позже тебя пришли, но у них другая буква была...извините, но после работы не очень сидеть 50 минут и видеть, как человек, который пришел после тебя, идёт в окно, в которой потом оказываешься ты. Одного человека вообще без номера обслужили, как висел после одного человека так и остался висеть номер, но человек другой зашёл. Я думал нормальный банк, а очередь в поликлинике справедливее организована.
Три звезды только из-за того, что оператор все подсказала и была вежливая.
Огромное спасибо за помощь в оформлении пенсионной карты. Сотрудница узнав ,что мы привели бабушку (87лет), оперативно разобралась в ситуации и организовала обслуживание в максимально короткие сроки. Оформили карту быстро, а главное нет необходимости посещать отделение повторно.

Как ИП обслуживаюсь в этом отделении,персонал на самом высоком уровне,подскажут,помогут.Был во многих отделениях банка,нигде не встречал более лучшего отношения к клиентам.График работы полностью устраивает.
На сайте указано, что работают с юрлицами. По факту, только приём выручки. Уточните но на сайте, но девушке/администратору спасибо за помощь и организацию логистики а другое отделение!
