Автобус был подан вовремя, (как и написано в полученной СМС, очень удобно и приятно, что о тебе компания заботится), чистый и комфортный. Хочется отметить водителей Алексея и Василия, вежливые ,внимательные и профессионалы своего дела.На этом автобусе ехали до ж/д Томань, там на поезде переехали мост, и там у нас был другой автобус тоже этой компании, на котором мы и доехали до Алушты. Да, в связи с обстановкой на мосту , может это не совсем удобно, но это причины не зависящие от самой компании , главное ,что они ищут пути решения удобства для пассажиров, как добраться до Крыма. Обратно мы ехали с Алушты 12.09.2023 г. , за день до отправления каждый из нас четверых(наша компания) получил СМС о том, во сколько, точный адрес отправления и номер автобуса. Это очень удобно и опять почувствовалась забота. Обратно мы ехали уже на пароме. Водители молодцы,Сергей и Дима (если не ошибаюсь), старались чтоб долго не ждали, всё оформляли быстро, чтоб на первом же пароме мы перебрались. Кстати на этом же автобусе мы и доехали до Гомеля, хотя в пересадке в Брянске не вижу никаких трудностей, перенести чемодан и свою,простите попу, размявшись заодно. Иногда читая отзывы (не только о вашей компании) удивляет что некоторые люди только и брюзжат о том что всё плохо. Да, это автобус, бюджетный вариант, немного тяжеловато, дорога дальняя, но водители делают остановки каждые 3,5-4 часа, иногда бывает и чаще. Мы с мужем тоже возрастные пассажиры и не раз пользовались этой компанией, главное с каким настроением ехать. В любой ситуации можно найти негатив. Жить надо с позитивом и тогда путешествие не будет таким тяжёлым. А отвлекать водителей во время пути и развлекать Вас он не обязан. Главная его задача отвечать за безопасность во время пути. Добрый день.первый раз ехали на отдых автобусом и этой компанией.Водители 2 Игоря,тески, номер автобуса Н671ра32.Водители внимательные,приветливые,дображелательные.Во время дороги о ношение внимательное,все объясняют показывают.Доехали от Гомеля до санатория Белоруссия очень хорошо,каждые 3.5-4 часа были остановки,в автобусе работает wi-fi-связь с родными была всю дорогу до керченского моста,детям включали мультики всю дорогу да и про взрослых не забывали.в дороге без проишествий,вождение аккуратное.Спасибо вам большое за дорогу.очень надеемся вернуться с вами назад

Ехали из Феодосии в Минск с пересадкой в Брянске 30 июля 2023 года.после железнодорожного моста, где мы ехали на электричке, до Брянска везли 2 молодых парня. Спасибо им огромное. Благодарность за то, что прислушивались к просьбам пассажиров. Всё было чудесно. А в Брянске 31 июля уже, нас пересадили, и об этом никто не предупреждал, в другой автобус до Минска. Водители вели себя неадекватно. Если кто то был замечен вставшим со своего места, после слов,, Присаживайтесь'' со всей скоростью следовало резкое торможение, специально чтоб люди теряли равновесие и летели по салону. Невозможно было ни телефоны зарядить, ни из сумки, которая на верхней полке что то взять.Если водитель замечал, что кто то встал, сразу же следовало замечание занять тут же свое место. Отношение к пассажирам было мягко сказать пренебрежительное. Из за подобных водителей отношение к вашей компании меняется не в лучшую сторону.

Водители Олег и Сергей рейс 911.диспетчер сообщил на Вайбер и на Ватсап на кануне о том ,что автобус прибудет в данный пунк время и место. В день отъезда мы получили сообщение о том ,что время отправления откладывается на 1 час, это немного нас коенчно огорчило, но учитывая ситуацию на дорогах мы к этому отнеслись с пониманием, т.к сами выезжали на экскурсии и видели , какие пробки на дорогах. И я не понимаю возмущения не котрых коментов, особенно тех кто возвращался с отдыха, южное направоения по-моему ежегодно в такой ситуации, где-то больше, где-то меньше. А в этом году авто больше обычного.
Наш автобус прибыл с опозданием в 2 часа, но мы все были рады,тем более, что нас быстренько посадили и мы двинулись в путешествие. Водители вели автобус очень аккуратно, санитарные остановки были практически каждые 3 часа, в не стандартных ситуациях были и экстренные остановки. На просьбу пассажиров откликались без всякого возмещения. В салоне автобуса была комыортная температура, кондеры работали постоянно, также практически всю дорогу был просмотр ТВ , за исключением ночи.,что позволило скрасить долгий путь. На остановках водители терпеливо ожидали всех пассажиров, общалисиь, шутили.
В пути у нас случилась неординарная ситуация, пассажиру стало плохо, пришлось вызывать скорую, и здесь водители проявили себя весьма профессионально. Особенно хотелось бы отметить еще и то что пассажиры в данной ситуации проявили себя (муж и жена ехали в Брянск), правильно среагировали и первую помощь оказали до приезда бригады скоррй помощи. Не взирая на то что скорую пришлось ждать на трассе, приличное время, затем больному была оказана необходимая мед.помощь, водители и здесь веди себя задержано и ожидали дальнейшего решения медиков. Конечно в пути они старались нагнать упущенное время. И хотя автобус прибыл с опозданием поездка оказалась приятной, хотя изначально я была против возвращения на автобусе. Спасибо огромное ребята вам за вашу работу и внимание. Желаю вам и вашим близким здоровья на долгие годы. Ровных дорог и хороших адекватных пассажиров. Нигвоздя вам ,не жезла .😊🛣🚦🚌😃
