I bought the tickets and made a refund on 25/09 (due to the fact that citizenship was not correctly indicated in them, this is my mistake). We have been in touch with the company and called on this issue, they explained in the call that they work with Yukassa and as soon as the necessary amount of money is credited to their account, they will automatically be credited to my account. It is a very strange process and I have not been able to understand why these problems should concern me and I cannot get the money for the returned tickets back. The company also noted that if I had a RB bank card, they would have made the transfer much faster.
