But when there are no such situations, they work quite quickly.
It is impossible to "book a queue at the PSC" from a computer, at the very end of registration, the system gives the error "call 141 or write to us 1414.kz ". It is impossible to get through and no one knows that there are problems with the electronic portal. I couldn't book by phone for 1.5 hours: at first they answered "registration is not possible, call later", and then the telephone connection did not work either from a landline phone or a cell phone. The staff does not see any problems with the portal and with communication, they also snapped that I did not know how to use the Portal. NCRLayer could not be installed for 2 weeks (there was a failure at the final stage of registration), and then it was impossible to get certificates for 1.5 weeks, the certificates were never downloaded to receive an EDS. The PSC management does not manage the process at all and does not even monitor the operation of the Electronic Portal and "Queue booking". Along the way, the Portal's motto is "Citizens for the government"! Unsatisfactory job evaluation. The staff at the reception cannot answer questions, cannot explain what to do if, in a situation like mine, the telephone connection does not work correctly, the electronic portal does not work. But what about poor pensioners if they don't have computers and smartphones?
The work schedule is not relevant. This is the second time I can't pick up the documents. The site says from 9:00 to 20:00, but in fact at 18:00 there is no one. The administrator will update the data on the site.
