We visited this place on 10.08 (Sat).
The administrator (a brunette girl, unfortunately we did not read her name on the badge) accidentally gave the table we had reserved to other visitors, said that she had confused the name... as a result, we stood at the entrance for 15 minutes waiting for other places... boorish and arrogant communication towards visitors... There was no apology from her. The guard was outraged that we fraudulently tried to enter the hall, lectured))) It feels like we got into kindergarten... the staff left a bad impression.
As for the atmosphere, music, bar and menu - I liked everything very much!!!
It's a pity that at the beginning of the evening we were a little spoiled.

We were with a friend at 16.10 on Monday. The hall is empty, the interior is wonderful, the hall is comfortable. The waitress is very nice. But the kitchen let me down.
They served Pinsa with pear and Dor Blue, not cut at all. Externally, it practically did not correspond to the picture from the menu. It wasn't that appetizing. It can be seen that they saved on cheese. Dry. They reported this to the waitress, said the cook conveyed an apology. I regret that they did not immediately compare the dish with his photo and did not return to the kitchen to finish it.
The salad was not bad.

But not here)) the receptionist picks up the phone, the girl, you dig out all the information from her one word at a time. To my "please tell me in more detail, I can't get information out of you", she answered me with rudeness. Minuses: the food is at the level of a good dining room, but no more (only the prices at the same time as for delicious food); music is like food, only here there is more a question of the lack of sound check and equipment settings; hookah is a fiasco, very expensive and non-smoking from the first minutes (in order not to spoil the atmosphere of the celebration, it was "swallowed")
bonus minus: when booking a place, it was announced about a cake from the institution for the birthday girl, which turned out to be a 7*7cm cake that shocked the whole company - a CAKE!

We've always loved this place. Corporate parties have been repeatedly celebrated. The audience was also chosen this year, but our holiday was ruined. The unpleasant and arrogant receptionist spoiled our mood at the beginning of our evening by making incorrect remarks and showing her disrespect towards the guests. I'm very sorry that I didn't ask for a complaint book right away. The kitchen worked very well, everything was delicious and beautiful, the music that evening was disgusting, a cover of three guys was playing (we didn't even remember their name), so they didn't save our evening. Our company will never return to this place again. I do not recommend this place for banquets and important celebrations. Visited in January 2024.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
On 12/16.23, we celebrated a corporate party here. It's the first time we've been to this place and it's one big DISAPPOINTMENT... starting from the "New Year's" program and ending with waiter service! Portions were not counted, empty dishes were not cleaned, champagne was poured on the sofa at the opening… KITCHEN 50/50 - you can't cook pork, it's too tough! I have not seen such horror yet, thank you, impressed!😅
"The audience", and the exit of Santa Claus with riddles for first graders and a round dance around the perimeter of the cafe is this your super program?Is this a matinee or what happened!?? The soloist of the coverband (Blondie) is voiceless from the word at all…
There were people from different parts of the Republic of Belarus in our company, and we did not expect such a setup and shame! the associations from the institution are the most DISGUSTING!!! KOOOOL!!

Recently we had a rest in a restaurant... we liked everything. Live music, good, delicious food. But one thing. I can put a stretch of 5 points out of 10 for the service. Our banquet was served by one waiter for more than 30 people. I didn't have time to do anything, I had to ask for a lot, including to clean the dishes. The second hot dish was asked three times to be served. And in the end, he loudly declared that they would not forget to leave a tip... and they would have left it without his request.

Caesar salad with shrimps - whether it's greed, or it's stupidity, but cutting the shrimps in half is already too much.
The prices for alco are simply cosmos - 3 times more expensive than in the most ordinary store. Any wine is 90 rubles, and it doesn't matter if it's Georgian or Spanish.
