I have been to this institution 2 times.
The first time is a delight, the beer is delicious, the content is adequate, the music ...
the second time, as in another dimension....stoned, definitely not with a hookah, "***" in another way, unfortunately, I cannot name these persons who rolled on the floor (the cleaner will say thank you), danced almost on the tables.and they were lying on the dance floor, thus interfering with adequate people.
I was struck by the inaction of the guards and waiters.
The level of the establishment has dropped from 5 to 2 stars in my eyes.

We celebrated the corporate event with colleagues on 10.12.2021. Food is scarce. Just a week before the date, we visited a regular Terra Pizza in a residential area. The choice of snacks was much bigger and tastier. Right there, the meager slicing, everything looks shabby, unappetizing. The snacks are sad. Liver pate, lard…There is nothing to choose from. The vegetable plate is generally Saigon level. It is not at all the level of a "restaurant", and even in the city center. The hot one is boring chicken with baked potatoes, spicy. Most of us are not fans of spicy food, they were upset. My colleague visited this institution a couple of years before and responded very mediocre, so this year he did not even go with us. And he turned out to be right : (they promised a New Year's decoration of the hall. There were two snowflakes hanging on two chandeliers. There was no New Year's mood from the word at all. The dance floor is packed, you can't turn around) Don't set foot there anymore.

We used to really like to come here with our friends. The service has gone bad. The waiter doesn't even pour champagne into a glass, just opens the bottle... This is the first time I've seen this, even in a cafe there is no such thing, and this place calls itself a restaurant....
The cover seems to be good, but the repertoire leaves much to be desired. Probably more for those who are DEEP over 45 (perhaps we are just so "lucky").
The food is just plain. The check is average.
Neither I nor my company liked both hookahs at all. The worst one I've tried so far. Although the hookah is very positive and likeable.

07/17.21 my husband and I celebrated a small event by booking a table in advance. Upon arrival, we were politely greeted by a smiling receptionist, who escorted us to the table. The menu seemed to have a small selection of dishes, but to eat and drink)) We had enough from the bottom of our hearts. A professional bartender, a polite waiter, great music and also a live performance of songs.

A pleasant atmosphere, especially in the evening when the music starts. We are also pleased with the good cuisine and pleasant prices. I was not pleased with the waitress serving our company (I felt coldness and dislike for the guests). We hope for further work on the staff, this is the only thing that was missing for a 5-star rating.

We celebrated a birthday. They wanted to breed us for money. In the bill for 500 rubles, they added extra cocktails for 30 rubles. They could ask for a 15% discount for the birthday boy, which is 75 rubles, but decided to score and fight for the truth. As a result, 20 minutes of swearing, they offered to call the police. The administrator realized that she could not cheat and deleted the excess from the receipt, the discount was left for them to tip. An extremely unpleasant aftertaste from the visit. The live music was only 2 hours, then just a disco. They smoke everywhere - on the summer terrace and in the main hall. Such people should be avoided.

I tell you: I arrived with a friend at the beginning of the second night on Saturday. The guards wouldn't let us in, saying that the club was full and there was an instruction not to let anyone else in (let me remind you that there were two of us). I looked into the club, there were no more people than on other days when we came earlier.
But the highlight is different: after the guards did not let us inside, a man came up to us and offered to pay 7 rubles for the entrance. (as usual, we paid) and TOP up with an additional 20 rubles in cash and he will ARRANGE to take us inside. We refused. We were about to leave. He caught up with us and offered to pay 15 rubles each instead of 20. We refused. Then we met a friend, he invited us to come in with him: we paid 7 rubles at the entrance.
Later, we saw a man who asked us for an additional entrance fee standing and talking to the guards.
I think that this situation spoils the reputation of the institution. Moreover, the establishment itself is good. But such strange schemes of earning security are unacceptable.

There are no people. This is the only advantage. Two visits and never given a drink menu. I ordered Americano with milk, they brought hot foamed milk, without specifying whether it was necessary. After all, then you could order a cappuccino right away. I'm not happy about the food. I didn't want to take any chances after coffee, and therefore the choice fell on food, which is difficult to spoil.
