We ordered Pinsa , because we were hungry , the first piece was immediately swallowed , then I noticed that the sauce tasted just disgusting , pushing it away , I found that the dough was raw , the waiter at first resisted that the crust was crunchy , asked how to solve our problem , he could not offer anything , called the administrator . The receptionist said that Pinsa is not pizza , they bring the dough ready and it can 't be raw , it 's just wet . If the three of us think it 's raw , we don 't have to pay . Yes, we do.. it was the evening of an attempt on our pancreas and the general mood . I would call this pinsa Pinsa pancreatic . I 'm sorry for the photo , but what to do . The place, the interior, the service, the menu, the music, and the audience itself. I'm waiting to get there again. Prices are basically the same as everywhere in the city. The female receptionist is not interested in customers returning to the establishment. In January, we arrived to place an order for 10 people. The administrator stuck on the phone half the time, answered questions reluctantly, in monosyllables. In the end, without explaining anything, she wrote on the pre-check that we still have to pay for the music program, and she did not explain which or what it was at all. The "hot" was cold. A star for the waitress and for the Caesar salad. I'm not coming back anymore.

the second time, as in another dimension....stoned, definitely not with a hookah, "***" in another way, unfortunately, I cannot name these persons who rolled on the floor (the cleaner will say thank you), danced almost on the tables.and they were lying on the dance floor, thus interfering with adequate people.
I was struck by the inaction of the guards and waiters.
The level of the establishment has dropped from 5 to 2 stars in my eyes.

Let's start with the advantages: pleasant atmosphere, good cuisine, reasonable prices.
Among the significant disadvantages: as a guest, I came to relax and unwind, but instead, for some reason, I have to sit in suspense to understand whether the waiter will come to me to take the order. Or sit and wait for the waiter to call to the table, which is very inconvenient and looks very disrespectful from the institution.
I was in the restaurant on 02.09, I booked a table for 6 pm.
The main goal: to try the dishes from the gastrofest and have a good time.
What we have as a result: Gouda in punk and potato slices were not placed in the set. Is it strange or unpleasant? Naturally!
I pay money for the set, accordingly I want to receive the declared dish.
The waiting time for the set was also not announced, I additionally ordered a hookah and, of course, the waiting time was also not announced!
Further, the waiter did not issue a coupon when paying with an Alfa-Bank card and also did not offer a card, which is stated on the gastrofest website.
I ask you to draw the attention of the administration to this situation and give feedback.

We celebrated the corporate event with colleagues on 10.12.2021. Food is scarce. Just a week before the date, we visited a regular Terra Pizza in a residential area. The choice of snacks was much bigger and tastier. Right there, the meager slicing, everything looks shabby, unappetizing. The snacks are sad. Liver pate, lard…There is nothing to choose from. The vegetable plate is generally Saigon level. It is not at all the level of a "restaurant", and even in the city center. The hot one is boring chicken with baked potatoes, spicy. Most of us are not fans of spicy food, they were upset. My colleague visited this institution a couple of years before and responded very mediocre, so this year he did not even go with us. And he turned out to be right : (they promised a New Year's decoration of the hall. There were two snowflakes hanging on two chandeliers. There was no New Year's mood from the word at all. The dance floor is packed, you can't turn around) Don't set foot there anymore.

We used to really like to come here with our friends. The service has gone bad. The waiter doesn't even pour champagne into a glass, just opens the bottle... This is the first time I've seen this, even in a cafe there is no such thing, and this place calls itself a restaurant....
The cover seems to be good, but the repertoire leaves much to be desired. Probably more for those who are DEEP over 45 (perhaps we are just so "lucky").
The food is just plain. The check is average.
Neither I nor my company liked both hookahs at all. The worst one I've tried so far. Although the hookah is very positive and likeable.

The menu seemed to have a small selection of dishes, but to eat and drink)) We had enough from the bottom of our hearts. A professional bartender, a polite waiter, great music and also a live performance of songs.

I was not pleased with the waitress serving our company (I felt coldness and dislike for the guests).
