We rested at the hotel in April 2023. The hotel is located in a quiet location, the area is not touristic, there are office buildings around. To the tram 5 minutes on foot, to the metro 10 minutes. McDonald's is located very close by. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, very tasty natural juices, a wide variety of fruits. There are always 6-8 different dishes for hot. There is always fried bacon, potato pancakes, several kinds of cheeses, sausages. Dinners on the menu in a restaurant, I do not advise, it was quite possible to do without them. It's delicious, but the menu is the same. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were placed immediately. There is no reception for Jeanne, thank you so much to her! Promptly solved all our questions. We got a room on the 5th floor, the windows faced the American University. There is no noise from the street. We went to the beach by tram. Get off at the stop "Jumeirah beach resident 2", from the stop literally 2-3 minutes and the beach. Tram fare- 3 dirhams on the silver card nol.
The hotel left a very positive impression.

Great hotel!
the only downside is that there is no transfer to the beach and there is nowhere to dry things in the standard room, they do not dry in the bathroom (.
The food is super (I took 2 meals a day), a Russian-speaking girl after 17:00, extended the room for free for 3 hours before departure :). The room has a huge bed and is very comfortable, the window opens, there was no balcony, towels are changed daily.

This is the first thing the manager told us about)))) they settled in the second building, took a room with breakfast: it is located in another building and the number of seats for all guests is clearly not calculated. They clean well for tips, without- even the towel does not change. The number with the photo varies greatly. A maximum of 9 square meters. Originally ordered with two separate beds, as a result, upon check-in, it turned out that there were no such beds 🤷♀️

Great hotel. The location is great. You'll go straight, you'll find the subway.
You'll find a tram on the right.
A 25-minute walk to the beach of Barasti and the monorail to the walking area.
We went to all the places of interest ourselves. The guidebook is easy.
In 30-40 min walking area Dubai Marina.
We walked every evening to new locations.
The food is simply amazing, for breakfast all you can think of is space.

I definitely recommend the hotel.

I really liked the hotel.
Positive: good, varied breakfasts; polite staff; coffee machine is available around the clock; the area is quiet, not far from the metro station and the red and orange branches, there are two swimming pools, a rooftop cafe with a beautiful view.
Of the minuses, I can highlight that it is far to the beach, we went by taxi, it was possible to take the subway. There are almost no cafes around the hotel - we also took a taxi to the Marina area.

The hotel is pleasant. The renovation and furniture are not the first freshness, but everything is decent. There is mold in the shower in some places. It was possible, of course, to clean up and monitor this case.
The staff is super friendly, they will always help and sort it out. A warm welcome, my son and I liked it very much. The breakfasts (buffet) are decent. Everything is delicious, there are diet dishes on the menu, lots of fruits. In general, everyone was full and satisfied.

We chose how not to get into traffic jams on Marina Walk, but to have a beach nearby and a subway. In general, everything was fine. It's a little noisy by the roadside. I liked the hotel. The food (breakfast lunch dinner) could be more varied, but it will do too.
Among the disadvantages: windows did not open in a room without a balcony — they did not have such an option at all. The pool is shallow — 1.20 m in total. The mixer poured water anywhere but into the sink (only 5cm long)

In rainy weather, you can ask for an umbrella. Dubai Marina is 15 minutes away by tram. Very convenient location. We were in December 2022 - we were very satisfied.

There are no shops, no exchangers, nothing within walking distance.

Very nice hotel for its price. We took breakfast and dinner (I highly recommend it). Breakfast: buffet, but dinners are portioned (a la carte), the menu changes every 2 days. Keep in mind that the hotel can buy lunches on the spot for 85 AED/per, so take advantage of this).
From the hotel it is 15 minutes to the free Barasty beach, 10 minutes to the tram, also to the metro.
There are 2 swimming pools on the 8th and 2nd floor.
Excellent wi-fi, there is a coworking on the 2nd floor.
Special thanks to our housekeeper Jhoana, who cleaned the room daily and was responsive.
