We stayed for 3 nights. It can be seen that it was once a very good hotel. Polite staff. We arrived at 23:00, and we were checked in. The room is clean, there is everything for convenience. Kettle, bottled water. According to the standard. Upon request, the room is cleaned and the linen is changed. There are interruptions in the water supply in the city, but in the 3 days that we lived there, there were no problems. There are three 5-liter bottles and a bucket of water in the toilet.
Breakfast is available in the restaurant for an additional fee. I liked the kitchen.
I am very glad that I chose this place to stop in Donetsk.

Executive class, the room is slightly larger than in ordinary hotels. There is a separate plus for having a bath. There are 4 types of breakfasts, very tasty and varied. Parking is large. But... After 22-00, they do not accept payment by card, they have to look for a reception employee. The price per room is high for the services provided

Nice hotel, within walking distance from the center and from the waterfront. There is a stable Internet connection. A fitness room and a decent level swimming pool. If they had opened earlier and closed later, it would have been great.

Well, I do not know who writes extremely positive reviews.
I booked two rooms on the hotel's website a month before check-in (I took screenshots - two separate booking rooms).
At the time of check-in, it turned out that supposedly only one room was booked and they could offer the second one only increased comfort - I will not even draw a conclusion about the purpose of such manipulations.
In addition, at the time of check-in, the reception was not working - no one warned about this either. It was about 22:30 when the security met us and said that we had to pay for the rooms either in cash or leave our passports as a deposit, because the reception is open only from 08:00 to 20:00 (yes, yes, if you need an iron and ironing board, then it will be available only from 08:0000, as well as other similar services). There is no ATM in the hotel and in fact I had to leave the document to it is unclear to whom.
To be honest, even in the polar settlements there is no such disgrace.
There is not a single hook in the bathroom in the superior room, and the mini-refrigerator does not work at all - the reception said that this is "not a refrigerator, but a mini-bar, it should not freeze" - OK, but even it does not create the required 2-8 degrees, in fact it is just a box in the form of a mini- the refrigerator. Oh, the mini-bar.
A small household hair dryer, there are no problems with water.
During the three days of stay, cleaning was not carried out even once. It is difficult to assess the quality of service, since the policy of the hotel owners is clearly unclear: asking the staff why all of the above exists is stupid.
The restaurant is not bad, the level of cuisine is average. Although it's a bit expensive for the provided one.
There was a desire on the last day to go to the manager regarding the reservation and the situation "you have a reservation for one room, but we can only provide increased comfort," but there was no time for this.
Bottom line: what is stated on the site is missing, there are no 4 stars in sight. It should be borne in mind that the service is very peculiar, you can forget about goodwill.

For the current times, an excellent hotel in Donetsk. Of course, it is already tired, but at least it resembles a standard grid.
A huge plus is a restroom on the 3rd floor with a veranda.
Of the minuses, it closes at 22, well, for some reason there is no person at the reception around the clock.

The most disgusting hotel service I've encountered, considering that I've visited 87 regions of Russia out of 89 onshore. Firstly, I was able to achieve the current room cleaning only after 3 days of stay, after several reminders. They told me that there were not enough maids and therefore I would have to live in an unmade room. Secondly, the disgusting breakfasts, which do not even include coffee, it is only for an additional fee. But the "cherry on the cake" is an absolute rudeness at the reception. Not only is there no one there from 20:00 to 08:00, but when there is an employee there, this does not change the case. Since I have to leave at 05:00 in the morning, when the employee is not there, I asked in advance to make accounting documents. In response, they "explained" to me in an ultimatum form that the ticket office closes at 19:00 and only after that I can receive the documents. I arrived at 19:15 and, again in an ultimatum, they told me to come by 20:00, because the employee was busy and he had no time to do it. That is, I have to adjust my schedule to the whim of the employee at the reception. I would like to note that the issuance of closing documents is mandatory under Russian law, but apparently this hotel does not know about it. To summarize my rather emotional review, I want to say that I myself never intend to stay in this hotel again, so to speak, and I do not advise anyone to do so.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location. The hotel is clean and tidy. Polite staff. High class of service. The school is visible. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. An exquisite menu. There is everything. From borscht with pampushki to seafood dishes. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a salad with sardines on the menu. I ate such a delicious one only from the Greeks.

Well, what can I say...This is probably the most decent hotel in the city in the current conditions. And this is an undoubted plus. Wi-Fi is working quite stably. Almost the very center. Both cold and hot water was present on the 8th floor, although the pressure was so-so. The elevator is functioning. Of the disadvantages, there was no cleaning during the three days of stay..the trash can overflowed. Water and soapy and dusty supplies were also not replenished. I didn't dare take breakfast..Well, the price tag is too high for everything in the city...

Taking into account all the difficulties of the frontline city, the amenities of the apartments functioned around the clock. In particular, hot and cold water. There were problems with the light, but this is the fault of the APU. Moreover, a smart electrician came and fixed everything quickly. The room is warm, Wi-Fi is working.
On the downside, the reception closes after 20:00. I didn't see any warnings about this anywhere. I will not argue with the policy of the institution, but keep in mind this possibility.
