During business trips, we stay at the Reikartz Park Hotel. The staff is always polite, friendly and ready to provide all possible assistance in solving emerging issues. Always attentive to the needs of the guests! The rooms are spacious, always clean, daily cleaning. There is everything you need. Breakfast (buffet style) is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. I have a very pleasant impression of the hotel! I want to come back again! I wish the entire staff of the hotel prosperity and well-being!
The rooms are great. We were in October, there is hot water, tea set, bottled water, safe, refrigerator. Cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, they suggested and helped a lot. The location is wonderful, close to all iconic places, within walking distance.
Well, such a thing. The whole hotel is laid with cheap tiles. Like in the toilet. The hum in the corridors, the echo. If a suitcase is being rolled down the corridor, then the whole hotel can hear it. Problems with locks in the rooms. Sometimes the cards don't work, you go back and forth to magnify them, then, on the contrary, the doors don't close. One day she came, and the door to my room was wide open. That is, in my absence, the lock opened and the door swung open. Nothing was stolen, but it felt disgusting. Because it was evening, there were no technicians. They refused to change my room, even for a smaller category. It was scary to sleep, but the door can open not only during the day. There are no chains or stoppers on the doors.
The rooms themselves are huge (why?), with some creepy antediluvian dark-colored furniture. The mattresses are terrible, it's uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast in the Georgian restaurant downstairs. Poor thing. The restaurant itself is good, we had dinner there all the time, but the breakfast is very modest. I can't recommend the hotel.
Nice hotel, the room is spacious. The location of the hotel is convenient, you can take a quiet walk, walk to the malls. The dining room is very good, a variety of food for breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. It was the first time we were in Kazakhstan, Astana. And there are many cafes and canteens nearby. The food in Astana is sooo delicious, the portions are huge and simple. There is a construction site all around, the city is growing! I really liked it!!!
A decent hotel. Clean, neat. The room has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff responds to requests instantly. On the ground floor there is a Georgian rastoranchik. Convenient location near Abu Dhabi. Good morning breakfasts.
One of the minor drawbacks is that there is a karaoke bar in this building and on weekends you can hear a little music at night. However, if you want to light it, then you don't have to go far.
Of the advantages, it is worth emphasizing once again the attentive work of the guys at the reception and the maids. Thanks and good luck.
A good hotel, the staff is very friendly and friendly. Solves all issues quickly.
Cleaning every day. Delicious breakfasts.
Tea, water, disposable dental supplies were brought every day. A large room with a pleasant interior.
There is a bar in the fridge. Safe deposit.
Of the minuses, the wallpaper in the corners is moving away and the ceiling is stained, apparently the room was heated.
I've never seen a worse hotel. And I was surprised by the shabby walls, tired surroundings and unfriendly staff, these are all flowers, compared to the fact that their canteen is on the 2nd floor (the room was on the 3rd)... so, they fry everything there in the smoke of fat and smoke, and all this rancid smell stood in the corridors and in the room...We all smelled of it through and through and ran off to another hotel the next morning. And, also, in the evening we went to their SPA. We went in and saw that this is a communal pool (entrance for all residents of the city from the other side)There are a lot of people in a small pool and you won't believe it! But there is a mini bar in this pool where they also fried their stinky pies!!! And there was the same chad in the pool!!! Just ugh!
The hotel is not bad. The bed linen is clean, the rooms are cleaned, the staff is responsive. Breakfast is a buffet, there is plenty to choose from. But there are a couple of disadvantages
- the interior is already tired
-music from the cafe downstairs prevents you from sleeping, even on the 4th floor.
I want to recommend this wonderful hotel. It is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance of the shopping center and the sights of the city. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful in its architecture and is seen from a far distance, so wherever you are, you will find it from afar. And there is a place to walk here and where. The lobby of the hotel is cozy, very attentive and courteous girls at the reception. Morning breakfasts are served in the restaurant, where there is always light music and a delicious variety of dishes. A nice cute waitress Bigaisha kindly greets, invites and, upon request, prepares delicious coffee at will and of your choice. There are: salads, assorted vegetables for hot side dishes, fresh pastries and drinks, juices.
The room I lived in is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses are excellent. The dream was good. There is everything for a normal stay. The only thing is that the room requires cosmetic repairs. There is no dressing gown hanger in the bathroom. The staff is polite and attentive. I advise everyone to stay at the Reikartz Park Astana Hotel when you visit an extraordinarily beautiful city with its magnificent architecture, spacious avenues and kind people
A wonderful experience of staying in a five-star hotel! Top-level service, comfortable rooms, fine cuisine. The attentive staff and luxurious atmosphere created unforgettable memories. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates luxury and quality of service.
I didn't like it right away, you come in and immediately the smell of dampness is even stronger in the rooms. The rooms are tired and shabby. The breakfasts are great in a nearby restaurant where music is blaring at night, which can be clearly heard in the room even on the 4th floor. I spent two nights without getting enough sleep. The staff is good, the location is in the center, all the sights are within walking distance. But it doesn't pull at its stars even next to it.
Well, it doesn't pull at 4 stars at all. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, there is karaoke in the hotel, it is not possible to fall asleep until 2-3 nights. It's hot in the room, and if you open the windows, you can listen to karaoke half the night. Well, such a thing. The buffet, alas, does not correspond to the photos, the variety is -0, the quality of the food is the same. It seems that the hotel chain in Almaty is an excellent hotel, but alas, I do not advise it in the capital.
The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars. The walls are very thin and if one of the neighbors is awake, then you are unlikely to sleep. On the 1st floor, if a disco is organized in a cafe, then you will also listen to it even on the 5th floor precisely because of the poor sound insulation of the entire building.
The breakfasts are very weak, there is practically no choice. If something is over, they may simply not replenish it.
The room has never been cleaned in 2 days. You need to go for water yourself every time.
The rooms are old, the furniture is dilapidated, for 4 the hotel itself took the cost of a day's stay. There are much better hotels for this price. I do not recommend it. The staff is very unhappy, it's not about them to greet a guest with a smile
It's just a nightmare! For such a price to offer such rooms, well, it's just Carl! I literally heard everything as if I was resting in the hallway! The location of the hotel is excellent, but everything else requires major repairs! The rooms for a hotel of this class are large and spacious bed/crib! I'm not going to this Ritz Carlton anymore!
Nice hotel in the city center. There are two restaurants in the same building with the hotel, Turandot Chinese cuisine and Stamuri Georgian cuisine. Breakfast is served in a Georgian restaurant. There is a Botanical garden nearby and, accordingly, a 4km treadmill around it (this is for those who jog in the morning)
Clean, cozy! The staff is polite, breakfast is included in the Georgian restaurant Stumari, halal meat. I rented it for two days. Cleaning is daily.

Good price-quality ratio. The hotel is located near the main attractions of Astana.
One of the advantages is the delicious breakfasts in the restaurant on the ground floor. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious cheesecakes. The rooms are clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the disadvantages is that we didn't work out with the air conditioners.. he began to leak in one room, was moved to the second - there he did not cool the air at all. Also, the Internet is very bad, the signal is very bad.
Good location, room size, there is a Chinese restaurant in the basement, there is Parking, supermarkets, bars, cafes in the vicinity, the city center is only 1 km away.
The price-quality does not match. Beautiful entrance group, but be prepared that the rooms are "tired", terrible audibility. We lived on the third floor, and karaoke on the ground floor. So on Monday night there was a feeling that they were singing behind the wall
This is the worst hotel in my life. 1 terrible cold in the rooms, 2. They did not settle an hour earlier, they demanded payment for half a day. Terrible dirt in the room, other people's missing food in the fridge. But the most terrible thing is the toilet, there are traces of human activity in the toilet bowl, not even flushed. I just threw up. This is a horror, not a hotel.
The old room stock, traces of dampness are visible on the walls, the doors are broken, they do not close well. It doesn't pull 4 stars. It was somehow uncomfortable to spend the night there. The breakfasts were downstairs in a Georgian restaurant, where there was a smell of old things (my opinion).
Among the advantages: polite staff, large rooms, inexpensive.
Compared to a hotel 60 km from where I live (obviously not Moscow), it wins in all respects, and the cost of rest is almost the same. I will definitely stop here again.
The hotel, frankly speaking, lacks grooming. Wide corridors, spacious rooms, a cozy restaurant... But all this lacks thoughtful care. In the first room in which he lived, the faucet hose, although wrapped with duct tape, was still flowing. One of the sections of the baseboard was missing from the ceiling (it fell off, along the way). The toilet was not fixed to the floor. It should be a shame for the meager set of TV channels in modern satellite times...
In the second issue, the TV cable was damaged, so even the existing channels were not clearly shown. An inconveniently positioned faucet in the bathtub constantly flooded the floor ...
In general, somehow it does not pull at the declared four stars...
We stayed at this hotel a couple of times - excellent service, I like it, I recommend it. Everything is very comfortable, everything is there, breakfast is included and everything is within walking distance
The hotel is cool , the room is spacious. The cleaning is super. There was nothing to eat for breakfast.a bad grade because of the food .

I really liked the hotel, the location is convenient. The room is clean and spacious. There are two tables, chairs and a soft sofa (in addition to the bed). The mattress is very good, the linen is clean and fresh. I had a bathtub in my room, which was a separate plus. The staff is very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is a buffet, the menu has everything you need and familiar. I will definitely come here again!
A normal hotel, spacious rooms, everything is working properly. It is not located in the very center, but through the park you can walk to the city center.
Everything was great. It is only slightly cool in the rooms. Georgian cuisine is great. The service is excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.

A wonderful hotel, value for money, for a short stay, nearby there is everything you need and a beautiful large park for walking, there is a very tasty Chinese restaurant and an excellent SPA in the building
Guys, it's very sad that everything is only cool at first glance. There was no Internet connection in the room, so I had to go downstairs to work. The sockets are turned out so that you plug in at your own risk. And most of all, it "killed" me that when I asked for a plug to get water into the bathtub, I was first asked to wait 15 minutes and they would bring it to me, and then they called and said- we don't have such a thing....I was looking for an iron on the floors, somewhere in the corridor..., I didn't find it until I went down to the reception and asked to bring it. I conquered the city a lot, but somehow I was unlucky with my accommodation this time ...🙁
The staff is attentive and polite.
They clean up cleanly. The interior / renovation is high-quality, not tired, but old style, late 90s. The desk is not lit, and it was difficult to work at the laptop in the evening. Everything worked. WiFi has always worked.
Do not take breakfast - there is almost no choice, what was disassembled is not replenished. The pastries were dry.
The hotel may be a little more expensive than it should be. Somewhere between three and four stars.
Of the advantages, only a spacious room.
The breakfasts are tasteless, the same thing every day, coffee doesn't work all the time, there are no other basic products, clean dishes are wet, they don't even wipe. After the shower, half of the water will be on the floor, despite the fact that it is a bathtub. A bed with springs that give you a massage. The chair under me almost collapsed.
I wasn't inside, but I wasn't particularly impressed. Not a big parking lot, a Georgian restaurant and, oh my God, a shopping center. And it's all in one building. So it seems to me it should not be. The service staff is friendly and responsive. A solid three.
Good evening. The breakfasts are good. The rooms do not have air conditioning everywhere, it is dim, there are no bathrobes, soap is pouring, there is no shampoo. The mattresses are old and hard. I chose another hotel.
They were supposed to stay at the hotel for a week, but on the third day the hot water was turned off. The administration knew about this in advance, as it was a planned shutdown, but they did not say a word about it when booking. No alternative was offered. at the reception, the girl did not know what to answer, stuttered, was silent and embarrassed. The heat was at its peak and it was terrible to be unable to wash . They asked for at least a basin and a ladle to make boiling water in the room, fortunately there was a kettle in the room, to which they received the proud answer that there was still a 4-star hotel here and they did not have any basins. We moved out ahead of time
BITTEN BY BEDBUGS!!!!!!!. People, think a hundred times before booking a room!!!!!
I will not give any estimates to this place. This is a hostel, not a hotel. 6.07 at night we stopped at a standard room for 6-7 thousand rubles to spend the night for a couple of hours after a long flight. There were no expectations from the hotel, it was important to get enough sleep.
They were obviously not ready to meet us, they checked us into a room with one towel and no bathrobes. The faucet in the shower was running on leave me alone, hot water was pouring. the room was renovated in the same condition. Or rather, it wasn't there, the ceiling was stained and the wallpaper was peeling off. We stopped for the night tired after a long flight. It is a pity that they did not immediately find bedbugs in the room, they realized only when they saw traces on the body.
The complaint is already being written to the right place. Warm greetings to the owner and the hotel administration. I hope you'll look into YOUR BEDBUGS at least once. Running a business on the principle of "it will do" is a lost cause. This way you spoil the impression not only of your hostel, but also of the city as a whole. WHY DO I BRING BEDBUGS HOME FROM YOUR HOTEL FOR MY OWN MONEY? It's just disgusting.
There are no mats in the room. It's cold in the room. In the refrigerator, a 6-centimeter layer of ice in the freezer is frozen. Low lighting (5 lampshades in the chandelier, but dark frames). 3 of the 4 lamps (table, floor and bedside) have burned-out lamps. Furniture with knocked-down corners and edges. A sofa with a worn surface and a torn armrest. For 1.5 days there is only 0.5 liters of drinking water in the room. For comparison, in Hampton - a liter per day. One of the advantages is a bath in the bathroom. It would also be nice to add variety to the breakfast buffet
Breakfast is good. The staff is polite. But there is no Internet in the room, they only promise that they will do it. Three days have already been here and they still promise. The batteries are warm only at the bottom. It is necessary to deflate the air, but they also only promise. The room is on the fifth floor, that is, the last
