A classic chain hotel. Thoughtful facilities, good multimedia in the congress hall, plus trained staff. The cuisine is European, nothing superfluous.
Parking is paid, but it is logical considering the location of the hotel and casino.

We stayed at the hotel during the November holidays of 2023. The hotel is good only externally. There is no smell of any 5 stars here. Unpleasant impressions began immediately upon entering the room. The condition of the bathroom in the room immediately indicates the service. A broken toilet lid, a broken shower drain, 5 towels for two guests, a broken towel rail in the bathroom (the administrator assured us that this was how it should be, which seemed strange to us for November). I had to beg for extra towels, a heater, bathrobes and hangers in the cabinets at the reception. We were also "lucky" with a utility grenade in front of our room. Every morning at about 6 o'clock, a huge room cleaning cart rumbled out and regularly woke us up. The mattress of the bed in the room is unfortunate, very soft, the linen rustles unbearably. In short, I didn't get enough sleep for 3 nights. Also, no one was going to clean the room every day. One evening at ten o'clock, one of the staff unceremoniously and very insistently began knocking on the door to find out if we had room cleaning and if we needed it. Of course, no one was asleep yet, but we didn't need to clean up at night either. Once we ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant to the room, the dishes naturally remained in the room, stood for a day, because cleaning was not done again.
The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day. The quality of the dishes shows that the chefs do not have time, some dishes look very sloppy, and some are not even very fresh. There are a lot of people in the hall, it's better to come earlier.
I do not know by what criteria hotels in Minsk receive stars, but unfortunately this place does not deserve more than three. In which 5 stars remained unclear. A large hotel requires a lot of attention. Next time I will give preference to a small hotel where every guest is important.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Minsk Hotel. We took the Family fan fare (we visited the hotel as part of mom, dad and 2 children), upgraded the standard to a Suite, gave a 15% discount to the hotel restaurant and bar, took into account the wishes for check-in (we asked for a higher floor for a good view). A welcome treat for the children was waiting in the room. The hotel is a solid five, not a super luxury suite, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: excellent sound insulation, pleasant to the touch bed linen, plenty of storage space. I liked the SPA complex. We had a rest at the weekend, there were a lot of people in the evening, but in general it was fine, I expected an even greater influx. There is a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, 2 saunas, herbal tea is offered for free. The second time we were before dinner - there were fewer people and it was quite comfortable.
The windows of our room faced the road and the building under construction opposite. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, with the windows closed, the noise from the road could not be heard. Judging by the appearance of the hotel, the rooms on the other side have ordinary windows (not floor-to-ceiling).
The breakfasts are normal. Everything we tried was delicious, there is sparkling and red fish. There are dishes of Belarusian cuisine: pancakes, their delicious milk (cottage cheese, sour cream), birch juice, pastries with apples.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel seemed new, even though 10 years have passed since its opening!))) X-ray stayed at Marriott and Double Three, but only because they didn't know about this cool hotel! The SPA area is very beautiful. A large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, a sauna and a Jacuzzi are included in the accommodation. We are thrilled! Now we will only visit this hotel, and the price is twice as low as the above mentioned hotels))) So, I recommend it!!!

A decent, beautiful hotel, we lived in it for 20,000 for 3 nights ,booked through Tinkoff travel , more profitable than at other sites.
The hotel has a good spa, there is a gym, if you get a platinum card, buffet breakfasts and lunches are free. There is a casino. The people living in the hotel are decent.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly. The room is very comfortable, clean. I took a standard room. Towels were changed every day. If you need to change it, then throw it on the floor. I want to share my impressions about staying at the hotel.
We lived for 3 nights, booked a standard with breakfast.
Pros: excellent spa, nice pool, cozy. It 's cool to swim in the evening and in the morning . Improve : add spa music, creates Relaxation…
The spa is open until 23, but when we came to the reception at the spa, we were announced at 22.40 closing time. At the same time, at the reception at the check-in, we asked in advance for the time of entry and no one indicated that the spa closes at 22.40. Tip: if you declare the opening hours of the spa center until 23, then we can spend time until this hour. Or adjust the schedule until 22.45 and visitors will plan the visit.
The room is fine , there are no complaints . Maybe not a lot of soft mattress , you gradually get used to it ..
The air conditioner works perfectly. When it was hot , it was very helpful .
When checking in, there were only slippers, but on request, you can request more . Similarly with a bottle of water .
Bathrobes are available on request .
The cleaning is super, the housekeeping service is on top! Thanks ! We responded promptly to requests .

Very nice lobby and bar downstairs.
Breakfast in the restaurant on the 1st floor.
There aren't many places, it's cozy.
But!
The biggest disadvantage is the quality of the breakfasts.
The assortment has not changed in 3 days (apples /bananas were changed from fruits)
We are experienced travelers, and we know the level of similar hotels in Moscow and other cities.
If they were included in the room rate, there is no question, but they are absolutely nothing for an additional fee.
Please pay attention to the hotel management!, since I see that complaints have been repeatedly written here specifically about the quality and choice of breakfast dishes-apparently, work with claims is not being conducted at the proper level.
Cottage cheese is not delicious (loose store-bought)

slicing (sausages) does not excite the appetite at all. And this is in a hotel in Minsk? You should have these products on top and as local , which you want to try . Why not work out the issue with farms?
Bread is a separate story . When I came to breakfast , I saw a slice of sandwich bread , 2 pieces of black bread and 5 more pieces of rolls and 3 pieces of sweet bread . I would like fresh pastries! Coffee shops have all this , but a European-level hotel does not. Buns , and all the pastries are just as tasteless .
It looks like they 're from a supermarket.
That is , it seems to be there , but nothing . It doesn 't crackle .
I recommend the manager to try the cheesecakes and make sure that they are not curdled, from semolina? They 're overcooked a lot ..
the dranik was also heavily fried and soaked in oil..
Not a bad glaze , shakshusha , good coffee . The water without gases is of a strange quality .
And why is there no kettle for self-brewing tea?
I didn't like the juices.
Breakfast is extremely important to me and it was a complete disappointment..
I hope that the situation will change and there will be no problems with the layout , and even more so with the quality .
Food should sell itself, look fresh .
Sparkling wine for breakfast is not essential for me, although it could be present in the hotel.
I am writing with an emphasis on local products that do not incur large financial costs for the F&B service, but seriously affect the choice of a hotel and the comfort of vacationers.
Among the advantages, I would like to note the constant replenishment from the chefs .

Excellent hotel near the center. The staff is friendly, without the arrogance that is often inherent in the reception staff. All issues were resolved quickly — from clean robes to glasses and an ice bucket. Very soft, airy beds, I managed to sleep well after a hard working year. We stayed here for the New Year holidays, so the hotel was 100% populated, but it was quiet. The pool is too small after all, there are not always enough sun beds, and the Jacuzzi was never visited due to the large number of people. But it didn't spoil the overall impression. I would like a more democratic price tag, since the hotel is still far from the main center; we gave 53,000 rubles for 4 nights.

Staff: everyone tries their best to make sure that your stay at the hotel leaves a positive impression. A small minus: we went up from the 1st floor of the parking lot, we were escorted, but we carried our things ourselves.
Rooms: we lived in a standard room. Everything is comfortable, the plumbing is good, and there is a spacious shower room. Soft snow-white towels, disposable slippers were reported. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are not stuffed enough for me, but this is delicious. Shampoo / shower gel is better to take your own)) water dries very much, so girls - take a moisturizer not only for the face, but also for the body)
Location: it was convenient for us to get by car and taxi to any point of the city.
Spa, swimming pool: nice area, lots of sun beds. There are 2 saunas, but one worked during our stay (it was enough). Caps are not required. The depth of the pool is suitable for children and those who cannot swim)) because it is no deeper than 150 cm. Among the disadvantages: the swimming pool and gym are used not only by residents of the hotel, but also by people "from the street", you can buy a subscription for a one-time visit.
Access to the SPA area is only through the lobby of the 1st floor. This is when you go downstairs in slippers and a bathrobe, run into those who came to the restaurant, to the bar, check in or check out. More and more hotels are implementing a separate elevator directly to the spa area from each floor and this is a really good solution.
Parking: there is free parking on the side of the hotel (for some reason the barrier is always open). There is also a paid underground parking. But there are features of getting into it, which is not very convenient. To open the entrance gate to the parking lot, you need to call the reception from the car or drive up to the entrance, go inside and ask for a call and a special person to open the gate. In the opposite direction, the same scheme. The elevator from the parking lot goes directly only to the luxury rooms. For everyone else, you need to go "with a transfer". First, from -1 to 1 on one elevator, then go through 2 corridors and transfer to another elevator((
Food: I can't say anything, since we didn't eat at the hotel. The lobby bar is pleasant, we drank Americano. They brought it with a glass of water 👍🏼
Overall, the experience is pleasant, I can safely recommend it for living.

The room was rented for a day. I liked the hotel. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The bed linen and towels are clean, without stains, as often happens. But...I didn't like 2 things: 1) the employee was asked - "where is the nearest store?", the answer: "I have no idea!" - turned out to be 200 meters from the hotel. 2) upon departure, they asked if their minibar had been used, and the answer was "no."...we checked for a very long time and the question is what's the matter? why is it taking so long?... and such distrust of customers who have allowed themselves to live in a 5-star hotel - red cheeks and silence...an extremely strange position of the hotel! For these 2 positions, there is a decrease in the overall score.

I'll start with the pros, otherwise it will turn out gloomy. The room was given on the 9th floor with a beautiful view, spacious, good beds, clean linens, good towels and a cosmetic set, a lot of storage space, settled quickly. Spa area with a large swimming pool.
Unfortunately, trash will go on, which does not meet the high requirements of 5* at all, the reception staff, the boy was so nervous, could not clearly and competently explain what services the hotel provides. Cleaning!!!, water, cosmetic and dental kit, slippers must be REQUESTED. Okay, we even stepped over a slight perplexity and asked for cleaning, that I had never even been in 3 * in my life, but even after the request, the room was not cleaned for 3 days out of 5 that we spent there. Towels are not given in the spa, referring to the heavy workload, it would be fine if it was 1 time, but in 5 days we managed to beg only 2 times!!! towels, as when approaching the spa administrator, she pretends that we borrow her personal belongings, neither greet her, nor offer services. One sauna does not work in the spa, the jacuzzi does not work with hydro massage, mattresses with mold on the sun beds, handles of faucets are broken off in the showers, mold in the joints and in plastic paths, water is not collected from the floor, it is dangerous to walk in rubber shoes, they close not at 23-00, but already at 22-35 turn off the light in the sauna and ask everyone leaves the spa area, rude to catch up that they need to clean up and they are not going to wait until 23-00 and spend the night at work, a very strange position of the staff, no one prevents them from making changes to the schedule, but apparently they like to be rude more. Upon learning that we were staying in the room, we were told that we should come with our towels, but considering that the room had not been cleaned for 3 days and towels had not been changed, we had to be dirty all this time, then use it. Due to the fact that the maid did not visit us for 3 days, water and cosmetics were asked at the reception, each time reminding us that there was no cleaning, but she and I were simply ignored. In general, this did not spoil the overall impression of Minsk, as we spent most of the time outside the hotel. No more foot in it for 5 days, $ 300 is without food, I don't even want to think how upset I would be with their service. We took a standard room with two beds, the room is tired, the furniture is worn, small pillows are uncomfortable, the bathroom door is terribly uncomfortable, it is impossible to approach the toilet, one not careful movement is narrow and the door left a bruise for a long time, the water from the shower, no matter how hard you try, spills all over the bathroom floor. There is one chair and one armchair in the room for two, logically it is necessary to have two and one bedside table, which is occupied by a huge tasteless lamp, barely the phone will fit. We expressed all our comments at the reception and wrote them down in the book of reviews and suggestions, but after reading this book we realized that the hotel administration does not give a damn about negative reviews, since all the problems we have encountered have been described in it since 2015 and have not yet been eliminated.

I spent 2 nights in early April. Standard room with a double bed. Very spacious, large room, large bathroom with shower. Clean, beautiful.
