My husband and daughter and I were at the end of August, there are generally three accommodation options in Minsk (my daughter is 17 years old) there were almost none, we were very satisfied with the accommodation, there was a lovely clean comfortable room with everything you need, with an extra bed, excellent breakfasts, a good spa and parking, we are satisfied with everything!

We lived on the 7th floor. The room is normal. We took breakfast, then had breakfast in the lobby bar for less than the cost of breakfast. The menu is the same as at breakfast. The room doesn't cost that much money, it's a regular one. It's just that the spa is included in the price. We didn't go to the spa. But people were walking around in dressing gowns on the 1st floor. Judging by the reviews, there are a lot of people there.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are large, clean, cleaning every day. There is a swimming pool, sauna, gym. They did not take breakfast, they went to the lobby on the ground floor, it turned out to be much cheaper. Recommend 👍

We lived there with my wife right after the painting. So to speak, we decided to make ourselves such a spoiler gift, we were a little disappointed. On the first day everything was fine, when checking in at the reception we were asked what our holiday was, after hearing that we were married, we were congratulated and promised a gift to the room (thanks for that, it was very nice). On the first day, dinner was on top. But on the second day, the jokes began. First, an undercooked piece of meat was brought for dinner, and in the salad at the bottom we found a red hair that could not possibly be mine or my wife's. They called the reception, explained the situation, what they argued with us about roasting meat, but they didn't say anything about hair at all, it's a shame. In the morning at breakfast, my newly-made wife felt unwell, and they ate only at the hotel, they did not eat on the side.
They did not swear at the departure, because they decided that it would not be any use.

I really liked the hotel, despite the negative reviews. Everything is fine in the room, I was pleased with the balcony. The furniture is in good condition. The breakfasts are pretty good. The only drawback, it is at all hotels - very loud work of the maids, slamming doors, talking loudly among themselves, it is unpleasant, especially in the morning. A nice bar at the entrance to the casino.

It's a good place, I've been to your place three times: at a conference and in the spa area. The pool is clean, the Jacuzzi is cool, but the white sides for draining the Jacuzzi water are dirty. Few sunbeds🤷
The massage room is gorgeous, there is a shower with shampoo and gel, the masseuse girls are polite, maybe because they don't know Russian, they do massage well, but poorly. It's more like stroking, but here's a 10 out of 10 facial massage.

I liked everything. Spacious, cozy room, large beautiful bathroom. The room has a kettle, everything for making tea and coffee. Ironing board, iron. Fine bed linen, comfortable mattress. A bathrobe is available on request at the reception. Excellent breakfast. I can't rate the spa area, I haven't been there, but other guests rated it highly. Wonderful staff. The hotel is not in the center, but the taxi service in the city is excellent and taxis are inexpensive at all. In general, I highly recommend the hotel.

The service is fine. The beds and plumbing were clean. But the hotel is a little tired. The doors are chipped, the furniture is slightly worn.
The pool is large. But the sauna is only Russian + Jacuzzi. That is, for those who like easier, wet baths, there is nothing to do there.
Everything was in our room: slippers, bathrobes, sets with a brush, paste, discs, etc.
The breakfast is delicious.
There is an offer for birthday parties, where they bring champagne and a cake as a compliment

I liked everything, the room is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the repair is excellent, you need to go to the spa before breakfast, then there are few people (I'm talking about the weekend). I took an Indonesian foot massage for 30 minutes, done by a girl from Southeast Asia. I washed it well and pleasantly. But Bali was somehow different. The breakfasts are excellent. Got high)

A very nice European hotel! Well-trained staff, it's impossible to get mad! I've tried (I like provocations). Great breakfasts, very tasty and varied! From a traditional English breakfast to sumptuous pancakes with salmon and cream cheese. There are a lot of fruits, I counted 6 types, and this is in January in cold Belarus! Champagne is served, in any quantity. I don't drink champagne, but the care is pleasant.
Large and comfortable rooms, luxury class care products. Very nice and comfortable beds. Unobtrusive room cleaning.
What's the catch? The location of the hotel is really an industrial zone, only a madman could build a hotel of this class here. I saw something like this in Egypt, when you drive through a dirty desert and suddenly- oh, a wonderful wonderful hotel!

In general, I liked it. But you need to get in when there are no people, otherwise you won't find a sunbed for sure. There aren't many of them there. And there are towels on everyone, but there are no people. I don't really like it. As it is, the pool, two saunas and a Jacuzzi are good. There are no seagulls either.
It is better to go after 19 o'clock, when the guests have dinner. Then you'll definitely enjoy it.

A premium hotel, as it positions itself. After the first day of stay, there were doubts about the premium:
Freeze-dried coffee in the rooms
The cream is dry and not portioned
After cleaning the room, cream was not added, the bed was not made, dirty dishes were simply put back in place. The dust was not wiped off. The robes were not removed.
WiFi in the hotel is weak.
The breakfasts are good.

Of the minuses - a hotel for living with dogs, in the pool in the evening there are a lot of people from the street, cleaning for three, in the shower the bottom is in black mold at the seams!

Adequate pricing with such a high quality of everything. The spa is gorgeous. It works from morning until 23.00. It is very convenient after a hard day to look into it and swim a couple of pools. I highly recommend it for placement!

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly, mostly young people. The breakfasts are just wonderful, buffet, porridge, omelet, scrambled eggs, salted red fish, buttered, dried fruits, yoghurts, fresh vegetables, steamed, fried, fruits, there was something else, but I did not take it. There is not such a variety and quantity of food in the lounge area in the evening, but you can have a snack. The standard room is very spacious, there is a ironing board and iron in the room, a capsule coffee machine (not in all rooms) and a kettle. The bed and linen are exchangeable, sleeping is very comfortable. Some rooms have a balcony. The bathroom is very beautiful and expensive. Very clean. I liked the hotel, there will be a road to Minsk, I will choose Renaissance again.

We stayed at the RENAISSANCE MINSK KONG HotelRESS HOTEL AND SPA for one night on the way from Brest. Before returning home to Moscow for Christmas, from 05.01.24 to 06.01.24.
They greeted us warmly, went to the SPA. The SPA has 2 saunas and a swimming pool, the atmosphere is cozy. There are not many people, even when all the sun beds are occupied. The room is comfortable, the TV is "human" diagonal, unlike other hotels. All toiletries, including soft bathrobes and slippers were in the room at once. Even a capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules and a kettle, a refrigerator with a mini-bar. By the way, there is an ice machine on the floor! It is on our 10th, it is a pity that it was not useful to us that day). Parking for hotel guests is above ground, free of charge.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everything was decent. We didn't take breakfast in advance. A buffet for $ 20 per person (in the hotel, the prices for accommodation are also announced at $). We had breakfast according to the menu. Breakfast cost us 60 BYN for two. We are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it!

We stayed there for a couple of days. The conditions are good, attentive polite staff, clean.
The spa is great! The only negative thing in the morning was there were no towels (we went down about 10 o'clock) and hot brewed tea, which is freely available there)
The water is warm and clean, the sun beds are not always free, especially if you want two next to each other)
It's a little expensive to order room service) but overall I liked it, we'll be back in September)

The feeling is that the hotel is quite expensive for Minsk, even if you come from Moscow. Everything would be fine if there was a match between price and quality. There are woodlice in the bathroom, it's not pleasant to live with some kind of animal. When I went to the SPA in the evening, the towels ran out due to the influx of visitors (this is a completely unpredictable event). The gym has very mediocre equipment.
One of the advantages is a very comfortable bed.
