The location of the hotel is that you can only walk in the parking lot, it is noisy, the windows do not open- they overlook the roadway, the room for two is small, but for some reason there is also a bed for a third - and so cramped.
There is mold in the shower, it is very unpleasant, for a 5-star hotel (and for any hotel)
The advantages are all accessories and bathrobes. The bathroom is even great.
The buffet is not bad for 4 balls.
WiFi is weak.
One of the advantages for casino and spa lovers is available.
The administrators smile sweetly, but in fact they did not help.

An excellent hotel, the service is beyond praise. The girls at the reception did their best not only to smooth out some of our minor quibbles, but also to exceed all our expectations! Special thanks to Anna for her active participation (unfortunately, I did not specify her position, but if she is not a duty manager, then it is high time to appoint her to this position :)).
And such hospitality is felt in every employee.
As for breakfast, there is a wide variety of everything, everyone will find it to their taste, especially since everything is very tasty.
The spa is cool too. Large swimming pool, 2 saunas and a Jacuzzi. We were in a period of high workload, but we still found a free sunbed every time. The Jacuzzi is a space. One of the best we've visited. 10 minutes and relaxes so that you literally have to get out of there. By the way, according to our feelings, relaxation from it is much more than from a Balinese massage.
In summary, I recommend the hotel. If we are going to Minsk again, then only here!)

I really liked it!
We took the "Corner Suite". In Moscow, a room of this level is 3-4 times more expensive (they took a SAFMAR GOLD card). Breakfast is delicious and varied. With champagne.
We didn't have time to visit the SPA. On New Year's Eve, my friends and I booked two Suites, I'll write about the SPA.
The casino is SUPER! Apparently a new owner... new equipment and staff are just "buski". The security is harsh, but it's calmer with them. In the main hall, the chamber atmosphere and nothing distracts from the game. I've only seen some slot machines in Las Vegas. Life is in full swing in the VIP lounge (strange, but fun). You can hang out, and rest, and eat.
Raised money for the KKK was paid without hesitation.

It's a good place, I've been to your place three times: at a conference and in the spa area. The pool is clean, the Jacuzzi is cool, but the white sides for draining the Jacuzzi water are dirty. Few sunbeds🤷
The massage room is gorgeous, there is a shower with shampoo and gel, the masseuse girls are polite, maybe because they don't know Russian, they do massage well, but poorly. It's more like stroking, but here's a 10 out of 10 facial massage.

Отличный отель, удобная локация, до центра можно за 20-30 минут спокойным шагом дойти, для любителей подземки - рядом станции метро, судя по названию на месте когда-то бывших грушевых садов.
Приветливый и внимательный персонал, чистые и свежие номера, а главное уборные кровати и подушки. Немного шумновато под вечер с учетом того, что окна на обе стороны выходят на дорогу, но после 22:00 этот вопрос отпадает за исключением редких не особо умных водителей с прямотоком вместо классической выхлопной трубы.
Если брать отель как локацию для конференций с проживанием - место идеальное. Хороший лобби-бар, завтраки к сожалению заценить не успел, т.к. поддался отзывам предыдущих писателей 😁
Успехов в дальнейшем развитии отеля, пусть всегда будет только 5-звезд 🤝🏻

The hotel is cool! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, we really liked it! You can also swim in the pool - available to all hotel guests. Of course, there were a couple of joints - a clogged shower ladder and they forgot to bring towels after cleaning, but in general everything was decided.

I liked the hotel! The rooms are quiet, you can't hear the neighbors! Free secure parking at the hotel. The location is great! The girls at the reception are friendly!
The only downside is cleaning. You can clean up a little better, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom when you checked in, and there was dust in places.

It is a good hotel, we have been staying in it for the third time upon arrival in Minsk. During this visit, we managed to visit three types of rooms due to the workload of the hotel.
Good breakfasts, champagne is served, they make sure that the dishes are full, they constantly update and trim the food (but during the five days of stay, the range of dishes did not change much), the staff is responsive, the hotel location is quite convenient. But there is one thing, the suites and junior suites already have a shabby look, for such a price, in my opinion, it's time to update the renovation.
I visited the spa once, it was crowded, and some people were not quite sober.
Balinese women do massage - not bad, especially those who like relaxing massage.
Spacious free parking on site.
Overall, good impressions, if only for minor flaws.

The breakfast is not bad, but not epoch-making either. The waiters are not very efficient. Strained: a girl came out for breakfast in a bathrobe and slippers. Sticking headphones in her ears, she walked back and forth, obviously perceiving surprised looks at herself as compliments and envy. Apparently, there was no one in her life who could tell her that this was a bad thing. The open robe exposed her body, which in itself seems to be beautiful, but not at breakfast. She ate for a long time and thoroughly, apparently, she was hungry during the night, a lot of energy was lost. Made a remark to the staff. In response: we are shocked ourselves, but we can't do anything. And it should have been done. Come up and say that other guests feel uncomfortable, we have a 5* hotel here, not a beach, we ask you to get dressed and wait for you back. Something like that.

Первый раз в Минске. Впечатления по отелю следующие. Вначале позитив.Номер хороший, качественная сантехника, хорошие кровати. Спа комплекс с сауной. Ночью тихо. Вкусные завтраки, отличный кофе. Что не понравилось: медленный wifi, в ресторане небольшой выбор блюд (те, что есть на 3+), уборка в номере по запросу, халат по запросу. После прилёта в первый день, решили посетить бассейн, везде написано, что спа работает до 23.00. Пришли в 22.25, администратор на нас посмотрела так, что стало понятно "нас здесь не ждали" и сказала, что они уже закрываются, полотенца нам не дадут и сегодня мы уже опоздали. Для меня, если написано, что спа работает до 23.00, оно должно работать до 23.00. С персоналом нужно работать и подтягивать клиентоориентированность. Отель в целом хороший, но сервисом нужно заниматься. Всем хорошего отдыха!

Spacious rooms (lived in a standard room), a large swimming pool (20 m), delicious breakfasts, pleasant polite staff. Parking for hotel guests is free. Stayed for 4 nights in November, were satisfied.
In the SPA area (included in the price), the second sauna did not work, but there was enough space in one. Otherwise, everything is as stated when booking. I recommend the hotel.

We lived there with my wife right after the painting. So to speak, we decided to make ourselves such a spoiler gift, we were a little disappointed. On the first day everything was fine, when checking in at the reception we were asked what our holiday was, after hearing that we were married, we were congratulated and promised a gift to the room (thanks for that, it was very nice). On the first day, dinner was on top. But on the second day, the jokes began. First, an undercooked piece of meat was brought for dinner, and in the salad at the bottom we found a red hair that could not possibly be mine or my wife's. They called the reception, explained the situation, what they argued with us about roasting meat, but they didn't say anything about hair at all, it's a shame. In the morning at breakfast, my newly-made wife felt unwell, and they ate only at the hotel, they did not eat on the side.
They did not swear at the departure, because they decided that it would not be any use.

Заехали в отель в свадебное путешествие. Отель предоставил комплимент в виде шампанского. Приятно. Это были все приятности. На четвертую ночь новые соседи гуляли так, что уснуть было невозможно, а с 7 утра им было плохо и это так же отлично слышно. На мои жалобы на шум администрация привлекли охрану. Гости охрану проигнорировали - отель не справился. Я попросила замену номера. Мне заменили. В итоге спина болит от кровати, она была подавлена. Холодильник в номере еле жив, мастер пришел с термометром и доказывал, что +15 это норм. В предыдущем номере холодильник работал хорошо. Ну а в ванной текущий полотенцесушитель и поломанная раковина. Мыльница тоже сломана. Отель никак это не компенсировал кроме "простите, извините".
В спа вечером много народу. Это вполне объяснимо. Но много и детей в подгузниках не по размеру, свисающих до колен, ни от чего не защищающих. Но это, конечно, вопрос к родителям. Хотя и к отелю. Правил для посетителей с детьми я не видела нигде.
Одним словом, если возникнут проблемы с соседями, решать отель их будет за ваш счёт.
Не рекомендую.

We stayed at the hotel for only one day, but the impressions are the most pleasant, clean, cozy, comfortable cot and bed linen in the room safe, ironing system, hair dryer, kettle - everything works. There is a spa with a swimming pool-unfortunately we didn't get to evaluate it. Nice comfortable room. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Nice underwear, it can be seen that it is not worn. There are all necessary appliances: hair dryer, kettle, iron, TV, refrigerator. Everything is working properly. There are many outlets in the room. A comfortable shower in the bathroom with a clear water temperature controller.
I took the hotel without food, I can't appreciate its quality.
And now what I didn't like. The furniture in the room is a little shabby. There were noticeable stains on the carpet from previous guests. The room was cleaned, but for some reason they did not wipe the dust. The spa has a constant problem in the morning with warm water in the shower in the morning. Which is not very comfortable, because after a public pool, it is advisable to at least rinse off for hygiene purposes. And here in the fall, under a cold shower, you can get sick. Another constant problem is the towels in the spa area. There are none. One evening an incomprehensible situation happened to me. I came and asked for a bathrobe and a towel. The receptionist said that you need to wait 15 minutes. When I agreed and said that I would sit and wait with them, the robe was immediately found. It turns out there were bathrobes, but they just didn't want to give me?
In general, the hotel left a good impression, but there is something to work on for even better quality.
