The service is fine. The beds and plumbing were clean. But the hotel is a little tired. The doors are chipped, the furniture is slightly worn.
The pool is large. But the sauna is only Russian + Jacuzzi. That is, for those who like easier, wet baths, there is nothing to do there.

*Вовлеченность в клиента на 100%
Был небольшой инцидент ,который наилучшим образом решился в нашу пользу с максимальным количеством комплиментов от отеля
*Классная Spa зона
*Континентальный завтрак и бизнес lounge-отдельная гордость за это место
*Цена за номер немного завышена (на мой взгляд) но в целом ,есть понимание динамического ценообразования
*Был там 3 дня и в целом …Рекомендую !

Мне все понравилось. Просторный, уютный номер, большая красивая ванная комната. В номере есть чайник, все для приготовления чая, кофе. Гладильная доска, утюг. Прекрасное постельное белье, удобный матрас. Халат по запросу на ресепшн. Отличный завтрак. Спа зону оценить не могу, не была, но другие гости оценили высоко. Замечательный персонал. Отель не в центре, но сервис такси городе отличный и такси стоит недорого совсем. В общем, рекомендую отель настоятельно.

Очень хороший европейский отель! Вышколенный персонал, невозможно вывести из себя! Я пробовала ( люблю провокации). Великолепные завтраки, очень вкусно и разнообразно! От традиционного английского завтрака до роскошных блинов с семгой и сливочным сыром. Много фруктов, я насчитала 6 видов, и это в январе в холодной Белоруссии! Подают шампанское, в любом количестве. Я шампанское не пью, но забота приятна.
Большие и удобные номера, средства ухода лакшери класса. Очень хорошие и удобные кровати. Ненавязчивая уборка номеров.
В чем подвох? В расположении отеля- реально промзона, только безумец мог построить здесь отель такого класса. Подобное видела в египте, когда едешь по грязной пустыне и вдруг- о, чудо чудное отель!

The spa area is normal, the rest was spoiled by loud talking and breathing in the sauna, but this is more a question for people, not for the hotel, although perhaps the hotel could regulate such things too. The restaurant was not visited. The casino was upset by the strange approach to visitors: we asked how alcohol works, paid or free? They replied with advice to talk at the bar. In fact, the first cocktail turned out to be free, and they asked for money for the second one. The feeling is that the hotel is quite expensive for Minsk, even if you come from Moscow. Everything would be fine if there was a match between price and quality. There are woodlice in the bathroom, it's not pleasant to live with some kind of animal. When I went to the SPA in the evening, the towels ran out due to the influx of visitors (this is a completely unpredictable event). The gym has very mediocre equipment.
One of the advantages is a very comfortable bed.

We stayed at the RENAISSANCE MINSK KONG HotelRESS HOTEL AND SPA for one night on the way from Brest. Before returning home to Moscow for Christmas, from 05.01.24 to 06.01.24.
They greeted us warmly, went to the SPA. The SPA has 2 saunas and a swimming pool, the atmosphere is cozy. There are not many people, even when all the sun beds are occupied. The room is comfortable, the TV is "human" diagonal, unlike other hotels. All toiletries, including soft bathrobes and slippers were in the room at once. Even a capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules and a kettle, a refrigerator with a mini-bar. By the way, there is an ice machine on the floor! It is on our 10th, it is a pity that it was not useful to us that day). Parking for hotel guests is above ground, free of charge.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everything was decent. We didn't take breakfast in advance. A buffet for $ 20 per person (in the hotel, the prices for accommodation are also announced at $). We lived for one day on the second of May.
The hotel is located away from the center, 15-20 minutes to the nearest cafes and restaurants.
They were chosen based on reviews and appearance.
Once again, I am convinced that a lot depends on the staff. We checked into a standard room on the 3rd floor, the batteries in the room are turned off.
There is a cold heated towel rail in the bathroom , a oak tree in the room, 1 degree outside the window at night.
They called the reception, the master came, could not help in any way , said that the batteries were in the process of being replaced and he would do nothing here.
According to the girl at the reception, plumbing is being replaced in some rooms and she will not be able to help in any way. Why the hotel checks into a room with non-working equipment and, most importantly, does not warn is not clear.
The room costs 19,000 rubles per day, positions itself 5*.
As a result , a heater was brought .
The answer of the senior manager: the demand is great, so we are settling in ( we were not warned, well, sorry …

Отель очень понравился. Персонал очень доброжелательный, в основном молодёжь. Завтраки просто замечательные, шведский стол, каши, омлет, яичница, рыба солёная красная, масляная, сухофрукты, йогурты, овощи свежие, на пару, жаренные, фрукты, что-то было ещё, но я не брал. По еде вечером в лаундж зоне не такое разнообразие и количество, но перекусить можно. Номер стандарт очень просторный, в номере гладилтная доска и утюг, капсульная кофемашина (не во всех номерах) и чайник. Кровать и бельё обменные спать очень удобно. В некоторых номерах есть балкон. В ванной очень красиво и дорого. Очень чисто. Отель понравился, будет дорога в Минск выберу опять Ренессанс.

Останавливались там на пару дней. Условия хорошие, внимательный вежливый персонал, чисто.
Спа - отличный ! Единственный минус с утра не было полотенец (спустились около 10 часов) и горячего чая заваренного, который там в свободном доступе )
Вода тёплая и чистая, лежаки не всегда свободны, особенно если хотите два рядом )
Заказать еду в номер дороговато ) но в целом понравилось, в сентябре вернёмся)

Потрясающий отель по своему качеству,сервису, завтракам. Отличное расположение. Недалеко от центра и вокзала. Шикарные конференц-возможности. Адекватное ценообразование при таком высоком качестве всего. Спа шикарный. Работает с утра и до 23.00 очень удобно после трудового дня заглянуть в него и проплыть пару бассейнов. Очень советую для размещения!

We are vacationing from April 13, 2024, standard double room with one large bed, breakfast included. The room price includes access to the SPA (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna). Upon arrival, they give out a card with which you can get a towel for the pool, like a bathrobe, but I had my own. I really liked the pool and Jacuzzi, warm water, clean, cozy, comfortable. The size is 5 by 25, the depth is from 110 to 140 (approximately). Buffet breakfast, the menu is almost the same every day: lightly salted salmon, sausage, cheese, fried eggs, scramble, oatmeal (unsweetened) and rice porridge (sweet), pancakes, vegetables, sausages, bacon, mushrooms in sauce, beans, sandwiches, cottage cheese (delicious), sour cream, sauces, dried fruits, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese in chocolate, various desserts, coffee machine, tea bags. We have not ordered at our own expense in the restaurant yet, the prices are quite high. There is a casino at the hotel, but we haven't been there. In the lobby on the ground floor, we had dinner on the day of arrival: grilled chicken breast and French fries (there is no other side dish here). Prices in the lobby are slightly lower than in the restaurant, drinks were not taken, I cannot give information. The staff is polite, they immediately replaced the poorly functioning TV remote control, printed out tickets for the performance purchased on the Internet, answer questions, explain, make calls to the city through the reception, they always give water at the reception, two small bottles are brought to the room every day. There is a safe in the room, a refrigerator (mini-bar is paid), slippers (look for them in the bathroom on the shelf), a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron, there are enough hangers, a TV (there are Russian channels), towels are changed every day. At the reception, we asked about the excursions, we were provided with a booklet with a code, on the website we selected and paid for 2 excursions. There was a similar card with a code in the room (they didn't notice it). We pay for all services and purchases with the Mir card (we haven't changed it to local money yet). I'll tell you a little more about my stay: they booked a standard room for three nights, put us in a room, everything seemed to be OK, but then it turned out that the balcony door just wouldn't open! You are locked in a plastic cage that gets very hot overnight! The first morning I woke up with a headache from the heat and stuffiness. We turned on the air conditioner, but we can't sleep with it all night, immediately the nose and throat are blocked. And all this despite the fact that it's May, and I really, really want a breath of fresh air, even from the road (a room with a view of the city, so to speak). We asked the Reception with the question "why doesn't the balcony open and why don't you tell this to the guests?" - the answer was something like "well, that's how it is with us." With grief, they found us another room and moved us. And then it turns out that the standards in the hotel are also different, the new room was much more modest and with an older renovation than the previous one. And another important point, which of course we immediately noticed: the new room was exactly opposite the doors of the maids' room. And that means what? That from eight in the morning all these cleaning carts leave the back room, something starts to clean right next to our door, etc. Apparently, the Reception staff decided to "teach" capricious guests a lesson so that they would not complain about the room next time. But even with such disadvantages, we did not regret moving in exchange for a breath of fresh May air! So to speak, let's be patient - the hotel is 5*)))
What else: The reception works disgustingly, when checking in, everything has to be pulled out with ticks (where is the restaurant, how to enter the hotel parking lot, how to turn on Wi-Fi, etc.).
The spa is good, but they say that after three there is a full house. I don't know, I was in the morning, there was no download, I liked it. I do not recommend massage, it is very mediocre, and the price tag is not budget-friendly. The restaurant is good, but not all the dishes are successful with the cook, as luck would have it. I can mention the soups - we tried everything, they are very tasty. Of the advantages, I can note the interior of the hall as a whole - it is beautiful, and in the lobby too.
It is unlikely that we will return to the hotel, there are many decent places to stay in Minsk.

In May 2024, we stayed at the hotel twice.
Room 1015 was very good, the second time we were given room 1024 and it was disappointing in contrast (smaller in size, worse layout)
We specially took a club room to use the lounge room on the 11th floor. And they were just deeply amazed that he does not start working early in the morning, as in the whole world, but only from 15 o'clock. The lounge has an extremely poor selection of snacks and drinks. I was especially surprised by the wine ... for some reason Georgian and very bad. In the form in which the lounge is now, it is disappointing.
We also went to the restaurant on the ground floor for lunch once. At that time, there was only lunch from the Swedish line. The quality and assortment are just terrible. Seasoned salads, over-salted hot, cold soup. They left hungry, because they simply could not eat what was offered.
All other things being equal, we will definitely not come to your hotel next time.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms (stayed in the "standard" category). The bathroom is great, everything is new, the water pressure is good. Champagne is offered for breakfast :) on the 8th floor, cleaning got to the room around 16-17 hours, but for us it was not a problem.
Round bedside tables are great!
