Employees in white shirts and halstocks, but without badges and other identification marks, you are completely uninterested until the appointed time. They came to me at 15.03. Next, the shock! I drove 150 km, ruined my day off, burned almost 20 liters of tanning beds back and forth, but it turns out this is not a dealership, this is a sharashka... Half of the consumables are missing! There is no air filter. With an important, but not smart look, it seems Artyom began to sell me that well, there is no need to change it for the winter after a dusty summer, but with oil, of course not so. I would also like to note the arrogant and boorish attitude of master Andrey Lomako with clients. He absolutely does not hear the customers and believes that he is the smartest. Whenever possible, I try to work exclusively with Master Victor. Shoals, of course, also happen, but at least this master is very polite, explains everything and tries to help in every possible way. However, the last time, due to the fact that the master did not immediately look at what specific configuration my car was, I had to wait 4 hours longer for the car, because in the midst of work they did not have the right timing belt, which they ordered for the campaign, and it cost me 100 rubles more. Not critical, but very unpleasant. I would like to mention a comfortable waiting area, a bar with hot drinks and snacks and a gallery where you can watch how the craftsmen work.

The reason for the refusal was not really explained, one line in the Order is an operational defect.
I consider this attitude of Renault towards its customers extremely disdainful and discrediting the reputation of the brand as a whole!

After 50 minutes.... (Probably dried up and were afraid to approach.) at 19.04, an employee came up with a laptop, got into the driver's seat, and left at 19.07. (I hope I managed to open, download the laptop, connect to the machine). At 19.23. They called and told me to come over, they would tell me everything. They told me: problems with the pre-launch ... (Thanks, I knew myself, and I came with this). To make sure that these candles need to ring.... And we won't have time today. (Of course, because it was drying for 50 minutes). In short, in 3 hours we managed to wash the computer and diagnostics (3 min.). But there is a plus. They took 31 rubles. So the service is inexpensive for 1 hour and 10 rubles. But useless. I don't recommend it.
