I really want to pick up my car faster and in good condition and with a new hood.

Not all managers are able to work like this in all areas. Probably, it was only thanks to him that everything worked out for us) Only positive emotions remained from the cooperation)
I will not recommend this place to anyone as a service station. 04/25/2020 I visited about a complete diagnosis of a used Renault car before buying. All the positive emotions ended after accepting the application and making an appointment by phone. Everything was on top here. But that's all ... Upon arrival on the appointed day and hour, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes, although I said that I had to finish the diagnosis by a certain time, because the seller had to leave on personal business. But that's nothing. Then they took the car for diagnostics for almost 2 hours. From the waiting room, it was absolutely impossible to see what kind of work was being carried out. The car was driven into the very edge of the box so that only the rear part with the trunk door was visible. The car has been standing in this position and place all this time. Then I was given three sheets of printout for control, one of which is for checking the brake system - in English: figure it out yourself as you want!! In words, the specialist who led my order, named Andrey, said that the computer in the car works fine, there are no errors and problems. Only on a certain run there was one error in the clutch pedal end-of-stroke sensor circuit and that was it. There are minor cracks in the suspension of the front silent blocks and a slight backlash of the right ball bearing, with which you can still ride for a long time without any problems. The main (and only according to the SRT) serious drawback that requires very quick elimination in the car is the replacement of the front brake pads (95% wear). Then they pointed out the small chips and scratches of the paintwork on the hood and front bumper. What was my surprise when, already on the way home (to Grodno), the computer began to issue parking brake errors, as well as steering, and demanded to go through THAT. After two days of downtime at home, the car did not start at all. After recharging the battery, the car started working, but there were more errors. When replacing the brake pads, it immediately became clear that the front silent blocks were not just slightly cracked, but torn into trash, as well as the right ball bearing. In addition, it immediately caught my eye that the anther pads of the front shock absorbers broke away from the bumpers and fell down (to the wheel disks), and the support cushion of the right one was completely torn. In addition, it immediately caught my eye that one of the parts of the exhaust pipe has severe corrosion. When the car's computer started to give errors, I called the service and began to find out the reasons. The answer was very simple, we don't know anything, everything was fine, but what you have there now is not our fault. Come and diagnose it again. In general, read between the lines - go fuck yourself.
From what I've seen and the answer I've received, I have two reasonable questions:
- service specialists collude with car overbiddings and issue conclusions after diagnosis, significantly reducing the degree and number of existing issues (shortcomings)
- the service employs very bad craftsmen who are absolutely indifferent to the result and, accordingly, the prestige and increase in the customer base of the organization.
Both are simply not acceptable for us, the consumers of services.
Why wasn't I invited to inspect the identified defects immediately at the service??
I do not advise anyone to go to the service station Renault on Kamennogorskaya.
In the place of management, if it cares about prestige and preservation, and even more so the multiplication of customers, I would reconsider the approach and take effective measures to exclude and prevent such cases in the work.
With all the desire to comply with European standards, only a scoop is obtained. Regarding the sales department, it's dark. There is a mess with documents, with promises - zilch. If you really want to buy a lada, then not on Kamenogorsk.
I am very satisfied with the service. There were problems, everything was fixed, the guys worked until the last client after closing. Very blogging! Well done! Everything is great!
It's terrible at Kamennogorskaya in the Renalt car center, only students work, there is no quality. There is no attitude towards their employees, which is why there is a turnover of employees!!! They like to cheat and promote the price of the client. Workshop foreman Evgeny does not understand cars at all, only pretends to know something. It's actually an OAK TREE! They don't want to be responsible!!! I would not recommend such a station (Lausange) to the enemy.

I had a chance to take a car for repair. Promptly, professionally, I liked it, there was no negativity left from the first call to the execution of the order.
I was at their service. I liked the waiting area, the exchanger is preparing to open, everything is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, there is no tea for customers and there is no Wi-Fi yet, but I think it will be over time. Comfortable sofas and armchairs, and I really liked the panorama of the remzone.
Well done, there is no limit to perfection.
Like an official dealer, they can't do the work on activating the camera or translating the dashboard into Russian ((( in Russia they do it without problems, but they don't even strain here....(Sadness!

The Renault Duster car was transferred to replace the rear bumper under warranty. When installing the bumper, the rear part of the body was scratched (the corner of the right wing between the bumper and the stop). And also a fog lamp and a reflector in the bumper are dangling, which they did not bother to fix.
