I really enjoyed my vacation here, we came on tour to Almaty! It was great and comfortable, but not everyone's TV was working, so we had to set it up ourselves and call for help... Then, of course, everything is evaluated without emotion and even with nostalgia. The sauna was just such a plus for everyone! Thank you for the delicious meal at the restaurant! Everything is at the highest level!!!

Good location price/quality. Fresh renovation. There is no elevator, so be prepared to lift your suitcases manually. Far from the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet. Comfortable beds, large rooms. There is a private Parking, fast Internet. Sauna/swimming pool. Delicious food. Special thanks for the delivery of fresh samsa to the room at a later time. It was very tasty. 😊

The cleaning quality is not very good for a 4-star hotel, the toilet in the room was strange and the water was poorly flushed. There was also a plaque on it. For me, this is an essential criterion, because the toilet determines a lot. The rest of the hotel was clean. But it was still a bit cold in the room in winter. The air conditioner was also in the room, but it was not possible to interact with it. For some reason, he didn't want to turn on. I still haven't figured out the TV channels. There seemed to be only local channels.
Wi-Fi is available, which pleased me. There were sets of towels, toothpaste and brushes, shower gel and shampoo. I don't remember if there were bathrobes. I liked that there was a shoe cloth.
I didn't like the fact that the room also had dirty glasses and an otherworldly smell. It's not difficult to wash, but still, you expect a little different from this level. There was water in the room, an electric kettle, tea (I don't remember having coffee). It was also not very convenient with sockets. The voltage was low or something, but one light bulb on the ceiling was blinking, if I'm not mistaken, when you put the phone on charge. I don't know how it's related, but there was something like that and it was very strange. But in the morning there was a mini-buffet with a fairly good selection of drinks and breakfasts. There were even cakes. I didn't like everything, but I really liked the meringue cake. And the dish of mashed potatoes with chicken legs was also very tasty. And compote.
I lowered the rating for the toilet and the problem with the electrics. Otherwise, it's not so bad. It's a long way from the center, but it seems like the prices for accommodation are reasonable.

Great hotel, great staff, especially the receptionist Irina the golden man. Delicious, most importantly, a fresh breakfast, an assortment for every taste, eat and eat. The prices are excellent. In the evening, you can go to the sauna for free, bathrobe towels are all business, the steam room is excellent.

I'll immediately note that the food is top for your money - if I'm not confusing anything, then on the menu, for example, potatoes with meat and cabbage, something like 1950, well, I think + room service - in short, just pennies considering the service. Dada - I wish there was more meat and so on - that's all understandable, but the portions are sufficient and delicious. By the standards of a large Russian city, this is just a super option for your money - it's very nice that they do it - this is a separate point - there's no question about it, I was just super satisfied.
The service - the girls do everything they are asked for (water, tea, sugar - I mean that) - is also very pleasant. I had a double room, and sometimes after cleaning, one bottle of water and four bags of tea (there is powdered milk and sugar), two black and one green - I drink a lot of black tea and one bottle is certainly not enough. BUT - there is an amazing kettle and refrigerator there - buy yourself what you want and order amazing food in their restaurant and buffet the dishes at your discretion - it will be simply luxurious!
The rooms, like the whole hotel, of course, require modernization - I had a lot of work and, unfortunately, I could not find the strength to go to the sauna and evaluate it there - I'm only talking about the room... but otherwise, at least the plumbing needs to be repaired - but you can live and it's not even bad at all. You need to make friends with the toilet bowl, so that after flushing it does not flow further - you need to push the button a couple of times, for example - the cmc is, apart from one bottle of water in a double room, this is the only jamb...
Wi-Fi is working - if for work, sit in the room and work, get high on potatoes with meat - if for entertainment (well, you get it) - I dunno, I'm there for work.
Location.. Oh, the whole of Almaty is just luxuriously located - if you need to go to the center on business, then either strongly in the morning or wait until the traffic jams resolve - this is not their problem. There are two supermarkets nearby, if you go north, that is, the shopping center, for example, in 7 minutes by taxi, I advise you to order economy, if you are not chasing balls or kitsch, they will normally take you wherever you want for a penny - I did not notice the disadvantages of the hotel location, given the nuances of the Almaty itself.
I really like the atmosphere especially in the morning - it's quiet, fresh - the girls only clean up - in the evening, even considering that there was a corporate party, I didn't even flinch on the third floor, only planes fly low, but I personally sleep in earplugs - it's not a problem for me at all.
I won't say anything about the price tag for accommodation - I was on a business trip - see for yourself. It was a long business trip, and as an engineer, I liked everything.
If they call me on a business trip again, I hope to come and eat delicious homemade potatoes with meat and kimchi, which I will buy in the soup.)

Cozy, responsive service.
While some rooms are being renovated (not a minus, keep in mind).
The food is simple, but very tasty.
The plumbing is mediocre.
The location of the hotel has its pros and cons, it suited us.
Perhaps this will be critically important to someone, the proximity to the airport imposes increased noise, it did not bother us. After a day of walking, we slept soundly.
For any question about leisure in the city, ask at the reception, people are very responsive and sympathetic, they will advise and prompt.

A good place to spend the night before the flight by land or by air. Because the airport for international and domestic flights is the closest and of course the Railway Station. I like the quality of the rooms and a lot of additional services for the safety of personal belongings. Smoking room on the street. The average hotel, the territory is normal, the room took a suite for a friend, too big and empty. There is no wardrobe at the entrance, no hangers, no bedside tables for shoes either. The cost is too high, as it seemed to me, I paid 52,000 tenge for the promotion in 2 days, paying 26,000 tenge for such a number is a lot. Flat screen TV. There is a Wi-Fi connection. Positive:
1. Close to the Airport or Railway station of Almaty-1.
2. Polite staff, always smiling, always punctual, tactful.
3. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator (although it did not work in ours) and a safe. The room is Standard.
4. The hotel has Breakfast, Sauna, fitness equipment.
Minuses:
1. In addition to the cost already paid, you need to pay a tourist fee. Not included in the price!
2. Proximity to the airport precludes normal sleep, for those who are light sleepers. Planes fly frequently, low and loud.
3. The water pressure in the room is not large enough (if you get plenty of soap, you will have to wash it off for a long time).. But at around 21:00 p.m., the water does not run out of the watering can, it REALLY DRIPS. +/- You can wash comfortably early in the morning and late at night.
4. Sooo slow Wi-Fi. It is so slow that it is impossible to use it.
5. It will take 45 minutes to get to the "civilization" by trolleybus or bus to Abai. A taxi without traffic jams will take you in half an hour.
6. The steps on the stairs are of different heights. It sounds funny, but my colleagues fell several times))
