Excellent service. I took a Land Cruiser Prado for a weekend trip to Amirsoy. I made an appointment on the phone about the rental, as soon as I arrived for the car, all the documents were ready. They explained in detail all the terms of the contract to me, they did not impose insurance, they told me how it works, I decided to take it. I am happy with the car, there are no complaints. When issuing the car, it was completely inspected, all the defects of the body were noted. When returning the car, they did not find fault, they did not consider every scratch. Visits to Uzbekistan can be for a couple of days or for several months, they begin with a call to the guys who will make your arrival in Uzbekistan as comfortable as possible. In addition to renting cars that are always clean and never let down from budget class to premium, you will also be given a warm and professional attitude on any issues. We rented a car in January 2024. In general, I liked everything, except for some overlays. Namely, the return of the deposit instead of the 5 days promised under the contract, they returned 10, they made me nervous. This is due to the use of the resources of newly arrived tourists in the country, i.e. the use of bank cards of Russians who came to rent a car. However, this did not affect the overall impression. The guys in the company are friendly and attentive. Initially, I requested a Chevrolet Spark, but by our arrival it was disassembled, and we were offered a Chevrolet Cobalt almost new (mileage of 3 thousand km).
By the way, booking is possible only before arrival (3-5 days in advance), i.e. without prior notice. Perhaps this is a feature of Uzbekistan.
The company's office is located in the building of the City Palace Hotel, on the opposite side from the main entrance. We stayed at the hotel across the street (Wyndham), which was quite convenient.
We visited Samarkand in a rented car, we wanted to get to Bukhara, but at the last moment we refused, it turned out that we did not have time in time. The roads as a whole cannot be called very bad, but they are very far from ideal. There are many small towns with speed limits between the cities. The error of speed cameras is +5 km/h. The fines are comparable to a daily car rental.
In general, a recommendation, think carefully about whether you really need a car in Uzbekistan. The Afrosiyob high-speed train runs between major tourist centers (Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara). Taxis, by Russian standards, are very humane prices. The Yandex Taxi application works, with cash payment. Traffic jams in Tashkent are a separate story. Even for residents of large cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg), riding during rush hour is extremely uncomfortable. People drive along the roads like scattered peas on the floor, Before handing over the car, on weekdays in the morning, we went to refuel the car, queues for refueling are 100-300 m., waiting can be about 30-40 minutes.

I do not recommend it! They will pocket your deposits. Sensors/locators are installed on the machines.... After returning the car, they show you that your speed was more than 120 km/ h and according to the terms of the contract, they do NOT refund your deposit. Although they don't tell you about it in advance, then they show you a finely written contract that you have already signed..... The sensors are 100% wrong! They don't give you a check.....

Excellent car rental.
I took a Chevrolet Gentra car for two days, drove to Samarkand, the car never failed, no problems or complaints occurred during the trip. I left a deposit of 300 euros, I was warned in advance in case of falling under the cameras, they can deduct part of the amount. As a result, I did not get under the cameras, the entire deposit was returned. It was designed by an excellent manager Temur.

Great rental! I took Spark, the car, although not new, is clean and fresh, almost like from the salon. When issuing, they themselves showed and noted all the damage to the car (additionally examined it themselves, found nothing). The prices are moderate, we made a small discount on the re-run. The only drawback is that handing over a dirty car will cost 80,000 soums, which, as for me, is expensive (although car washes in Tashkent are not cheap).
Please note that in the Republic of Uzbekistan, all rentals accept deposit only in cash, you can pick it up only after a few days. However, no one prevents you from testing your diplomacy skills and trying to negotiate ;)

I talked about renting a car from Moscow by phone, confirmed the rental on WhatsApp. We arrived in Tashkent at 17.30. They met us at the airport with a sign, inspected the car, and signed a contract. Everything is very clear and prompt. I paid for the car rental in Sumy, left the deposit in rubles.
We were given a Chevrolet Ravon. New, in excellent condition, with a mileage of 13,000.
The daily mileage limit is 200 km.
There is a currency exchange at the airport. If you have rubles, then you will go to the exchange office, there may be a queue. If dollars and euros, then there is an ATM in which you can exchange for bags without waiting in line. There is also a kiosk at the airport where you can buy different SIM cards, according to your passport, but only for local currency.
We handed over the car already in Tashkent, in the main office. Everything is very loyal, no quibbles, but they took 100,000 som for the sink. A deposit for a car in Uzbekistan is given after a minimum of 3-5 days. In my case, the deposit was returned to my Sberbank card in full after 5 days, because at
that moment I was already in another city. Fines in Uzbekistan are high, and the fork of the non-fined threshold is not 20 km per hour, as in Russia, but only 5.
In general, I was satisfied with this car rental and recommend it to everyone.

The car was given the one that was promised, the car is not new but in good technical condition, the air conditioner at + 45 coped perfectly. Ambiguous impressions from the rental, since, according to the employees themselves, my booking through the site was missed, because one of the employees did not tell me about it (although immediately after booking, they wrote to me in WhatsApp, which is why I was sure that they were waiting for us and knew about us). But fortunately, at that moment, just the car that I booked was free and we were provided with it, it seems to be an overlay, but everything seems to be according to plan. They gave me a quarter of a tank, I also handed over a quarter, it turned out just to top up the tank once to full and I used up exactly 3/4 of the tank. By the way, they gave me a clean car, I can say, but they marked it as dirty, but I handed it over really dirty, since we rode in the mountains, the snow was melted in places and often drove through puddles: they did not withhold additional money. The deposit system is a bit strange. Russians are offered a deposit payment in the form of a refund of the deposit to the previous person who borrowed their car. Russian russians explain that they will deduct less interest when we send money from a Russian card to a Russian card than we do at their terminal and then refund it. I sent a deposit to Sberbank to a previous client, and the money was returned to me within 3 working days after handing over the car, there were no pitfalls. There were minor minor roughnesses in the operation of the car, but they did not affect driving in any way, so I decided to put a top five on the result of using the service. After handing over the car, we had almost 3 hours before the train to Samarkand, we left our suitcases with them, and we went for a walk to Amir Temur Park, which is located nearby, plus they also printed out train tickets for free, it turned out that printed tickets were needed in Uzbekistan.
